Trying to pack this many kids into small areas expecting them to share and take turns is a recipe for disaster. My 2 year old was unable to play anywhere on the second floor, the outdoor area and the play kitchen area on the first floor. The whole experience was frustrating. I ordered bubble balls for a company event and 2 of the six they dropped up actually held air. Therefore we were unable to use anything, and we paid over $500 of your team budget that my team won't get back. I didn't even want a full refund, but I wanted SOMEONE to hear me out and at least try to help. The people who dropped them off were nice, but said they don't handle it. I kept getting the "not me" response. I've tried to do the best I can with handling this one on one, but with no response I was forced to leave this review publicly to warn others.
