The Chuck walkaround was cool but the employee inside was really dismissive....i get that I'm almost an adult but...no need for the dismissive attitude, you are supposed to portray Chuck, be kind and loving like him... Pizza was good. Employees=mediocre The ambiance inside was dull...not very Chuck E. Cheese feeling, it was a little sad too. We appreciate our daughter and son-in-law hosting our Sweet Granddaughter's 6th birthday party here and hosting a large group of friends & family. They graciously ordered a number of pizzas, some other appetizers, plus large deep dish cookies. We had two long tables in the back party room area, plus three booths, so there was space for the adults to spread out while waiting for the kids to play, play, play. It was bright inside, and definitely on the loud side. Not that conducive to having conversations. There are a lot of activities for the kids to enjoy, and I think SG got to enjoy most of them. We didn't see a lot of her as she was playing with her guests, being a kid as she was meant to do. For the adults, if you couldn't have much of a conversation with the noise level, there were opportunities for people watching. There were also big screens showing videos of mostly child actors singing and dancing at various locations. That had some entertainment value. Every so often, Chuck E. Cheese himself would come out and make a short appearance. The younger kids would scream with joy and carry out adoration sessions of hugging the giant rat dressed in colorful clothes, and dancing with him. There was a special appearance of Mr. Cheese during a tribute to the birthday kids. Those children were invited to come and boogie on the dance floor with their "host". Fun for kids! As I don't eat dairy cheese, I scraped off the cheese on a couple pieces of pizza and had the pleasure of consuming sauce and crust. It was okay, but not what I would normally crave in a pizza. DH made a pass at the salad bar, and I had a few bites of veggies and. . .pineapple (from the salad bar? Odd ingredient). It was nice to see so many familiar faces from other family gatherings come together to celebrate our Sweet Granddaughter. From what I could see, she was having a blast. For us grandparents, being at a Chuck E. Cheese party was a fair piece of sensory overload. read more

I attended a Birthday party here and it was so much fun!! The birthday section is huge but they have multiple parties going on at once. The salad bar was stocked with lots of veggies and a few different dressings. The self serve Pepsi fountain offers about 6 different drinks. Pizza was yummy. Chuck E cheese has a specific taste and I like it. Now if you are just going for fun. You check in, order at counter then sit. If you are playing they give you special socks and a bracelet or play card. For grown ups they sell beer. Its fun. read more

Came here for my niece's birthday party and must say since my days as a kid visiting a Chuck E. Cheese they have definitely changed for the better. This location was particularly clean; not having that musty gross smell these types of places tend to have. There were plenty of arcade games to play for all ages and all the machines were also clean and well kept. The obstacle course and trampoline play area looked fairly new and although you have to pay additionally to use it it's only $10 and you get a pair of grip socks! Not bad for the bundles of energy kids have lol. The staff was great and took good care of our reserved party table. The pizza was actually quite delicious as well. Spent my daughter's birthday here couple days ago. Wasn't able to book the party table bc you have to reserve it days in advance but still was able to find a table to accommodate my family members. Some of the games were not working. The sketch picture booth was out of service and 2 of the skee ball lanes didn't have any balls in them. The food was ok. Ordered the 2 one topping pizzas and the app platter. Also ordered one of the cakes that they have there with the option of putting a picture on it- we chose the hello kitty. read more

I've been bringing my kids here for years, and I've repeatedly mentioned in surveys that the trampoline price should be lowered -- but nothing ever changes. Now there's a giant claw machine right at the entrance that's cash-only, and it just feels mean-spirited. As a parent, it's exhausting having to explain why the trampoline and ninja zone cost extra and why their game card doesn't work on that claw machine. My child had a perfect grip on a stuffed animal that still didn't come up -- probably glued to the bottom. When you pay to play at Chuck E. Cheese, kids should be able to run around and have fun without constant "no's" for extra costs. This place used to feel magical; now it just feels designed to take more money from families. P.S. Please hire more staff. I've never once been here when there were enough employees to handle the crowd -- it makes the whole experience stressful for everyone. read more

We had ordered a package that included the "ticket blaster" for her birthday, which my daughter did not receive during her party, but Porsha made sure it happened. Even while doing that, she made my daughter feel special and talked to her in a way that made her comfortable and not left out. Possibly fun experience ruined by horrible management practices. These are kids games. When we first started coming here, paw patrol started at 50 tickets. My 5 year old would sometimes win by chance. The settings were set so that you could win. Now, this game is set to a difficulty that is essentially impossible. Same with the nerf game. It used to start at a high score well below 100,000 every day. We could sometimes beat it and even get up to 120-130,000. But I've never seen anyone come even close to the 200,000 plus it's set at now. And scoring 120,000 (which is very difficult) nets 4 tickets. Skeeball also spits out 9 balls like always, but only counts your first 6. Not sure if this is all an attempt to counter people who come every day with the fin pass, but honestly it ruins the fun for the rest of us. It's fun to hit the jackpots. That's why people play the games. But now they are all impossible. read more

Extremely Disorganized and Poor Service We had a really disappointing experience at this Chuck E. Cheese location. There were not enough employees working, and the ones who were there seemed overwhelmed and uncoordinated. We waited in line 45 minutes just to order, and then had to wait over an hour to get our food. Meanwhile, one staff member was just standing around watching kids in a gated play area that you have to pay extra for, instead of helping out where it was really needed--like serving food, drinks, or cleaning tables. The communication between staff was terrible. They couldn't get on the same page during activities, and everything felt super disorganized. Definitely not worth the money or the stress. I promised my kids a ChuckE day and literally drove 25 minutes out of my way to go to this location. The customer service is beyond amazing! Every employee is just so kind, responsive, and very welcoming. Even after my daughter had selected a bunch of items from her tickets they allowed her to change it 5 minutes later when she wanted something else. I thought that was SO kind. We didn't end up eating because we grabbed food beforehand but everyone else that was there seemed to be enjoying their pizzas and salad bar choices. This location also changed the layout where they no longer have the mechanical characters on the stage. It's more spacious with a dance floor and big screen playing music videos. This is also one of the cleanest locations that I've seen. They have a designated "rides" area for younger kids and an arcade section for older kids. Went a couple weeks ago and it was so freezing in there. The girl at the front said that their heater was broken and they were working on getting it fixed. However, it felt like the air conditioner was blasting. Not only was the temperature insanely cold, but the prices there are absolutely outrageous. I'm so happy that they remodeled and got rid of the creepy looking band of characters. My son was always so terrified of them. We love the clean, modern and spacious look. We hosted a birthday party there and I highly recommend them for parties, so stress free, affordable and the crew is wonderful! And I was surprised that their pizzas are actually good, the crust is crunchy and not doughy. All our guests were pleasantly surprised too.
