We had a great time. 3 families and 8 kids jumping. Braydon needs a shout out. This young man was knowledgeable and efficient at handling customers. I was impressed how he asked people to step aside if they were signing waivers so others could check in. The place was clean. We had all kids under 9, and most under 5. We went at 10am on a Sunday and glad we did. It was chill at that time. It did get pretty full by the time we were leaving around 12p. I've been to other skyzones that have more options for littles only even if it was for 10-15 min blocks. The bigger kids were pretty respectful of the smaller ones. Has some issues trying to get the website to honor the but 2 get 2 but Braydon also offered to just honor it when he saw the website wasn't working. There was a parent in there with a shirt on and an inappropriate saying about guns and killing people. I get we all have rights but there's an appropriate audience and this wasn't it. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, poorly trained, and ineffective at supervising and managing children. Unfortunately, we had multiple negative experiences here. During one visit, my kids were actually told they were "jumping too high," which seems ridiculous for a place centered around jumping. During another visit, a staff member ended a dodgeball game after only about five minutes because of a minor disagreement between the kids. Instead of calmly addressing the situation, the employee appeared unprepared and unequipped to handle even a basic dispute between children. The most concerning experience happened in the foam pit area. Another child repeatedly kicked and punched my kids and other children while staff stood by and did absolutely nothing. No warning, no intervention, and no attempt to stop the behavior. It wasn't until my kids, who are trained in self-defense, defended themselves that staff suddenly decided to intervene. Instead of acknowledging what had been happening or speaking with everyone involved, my children were kicked out for "fighting." The situation could have been handled much more professionally. The staff seemed inattentive, poorly trained, inconsistent, and incapable of appropriately de-escalating conflicts between children. Employees supervising a children's facility should know how to recognize aggressive behavior, intervene before situations escalate, communicate respectfully with kids, and speak with parents before jumping to conclusions. My children are 8 and 10. At a facility like this, I should not have to follow them around every second because I cannot trust the staff to adequately supervise the areas they are assigned to. They are old enough to have some independence, and they are trained in self-defense, so I normally feel comfortable allowing them that independence. Overall, the biggest issue is the lack of competent supervision, poor conflict-resolution skills, inconsistent enforcement of rules, and unprofessional communication from staff. Management seriously needs to invest in better employee training, particularly in child supervision, de-escalation, conflict resolution, and communication with parents. read more

I must have came on a very off day... This is our first time here, and the lady at the front was kind and doing the sales pitch for a monthly $37.99, and the day pass for 31.99. I have an issue paying some of my small subscriptions - what more $37.99 monthly fee!! Mayyybeee next time?:-/ After the kids were jumping for less than a half hour, a BLARING alarm went on, blasting the whole gym. This lasted for 10-ish minutes. We were all told to stand outside till the alarm stopped. Then we came back in and the alarm happened AGAIN 5 minutes later. I went to the fuel zone to order a large pizza for my family and was told that there wasn't enough staff to handle the cafe and the front desk so we can only have nachos!!! So 2 nachos and drinks it was... Ho-hum. I'm not a complainer. Just sayin'. I will give a couple stars to their clean dining areas and equipment. The lady at the front was nice. A special shout-out to our host, Katelyn, who was exceptionally helpful throughout the party. BUYER BEWARE If an associate upsells you on a monthly membership, just know it is a recurring monthly membership. The associate did not verbally communicate that to us. It's written in the TOS, but if you're going to SkyZone, odds are you will be there with kids, so your attention may be a bit split. So know going in that the monthly membership is recurring. The associates do not do a great job of communicating plans and memberships and apparently their systems do not allow them to properly cross-reference your membership status. We did not know we were paying a monthly membership fee and we were monthly members. Not knowing that, we signed up to get a summer pass and were sold the summer pass. Why the associates sold us the summer pass even though our information was in the system as having memberships already is beyond me. The summer passes, by the way, were non-refundable despite the circumstances. Overall we paid for four months of memberships and a summer pass. SkyZone issued a partial refund, but we're still out over $400 because of poor communication and SkyZone's ineffective and unethical systems and our own oversight that we admit to. We totally take ownership over not understanding or thoroughly reading the TOS that we signed, but it does seem that SkyZone takes advantage of distracted parents trying to pay while wrangling kids. So yes, we paid far more than we wanted for only going a couple times ($500+), but that will be the last we give to SkyZone moving forward. Just wanted to write this for other parents. read more

A promotion posted publicly is not just a suggestion. If memory serves me right from my BLAW 101 class, this is the very definition of an agreement you're expected to honor. I went back and searched for any fine print or disclaimers that might justify the switch...nothing. No hidden terms, no exclusions, nothing. Changing the rules at the last minute is misleading at best and dishonest at worst. Needless to say, this will likely be a one-and-done for us. It honestly feels like good customer service has completely gone out the door. Thankfully, the manager, Kennedy, stepped in and handled the situation without a doubt. Kennedy was professional, understanding, and actually took the time to help resolve the issue quickly. If it wasn't for Kennedy, this experience would have been even worse. We visited Sky Zone Santa Clarita after seeing an Instagram promotion advertising $10 for 2 hours of jumping with free socks. Based on that, we expected to pay $30 for three people. Instead, we were charged $51, because the "free socks" apparently only applied to the first limited number of customers -- something not stated in the advertisement. That's frustrating and misleading, especially when people make plans and budgets based on what's advertised. Beyond that, this location is very small compared to other Sky Zones, extremely crowded, and uncomfortably warm. It felt chaotic rather than fun. If you missed opening day, you honestly didn't miss much. Transparency and crowd control would go a long way here. read more

I decided to try this new location out with my friends recently and it was a fairly good experience! I ended up going twice this week and I believe that though the tickets are a little pricey, there are a variety of both highly active and more laid back recreations for all kinds of visitors. The two-hour time slots leave more than enough room to try every activity and there's food available with a seating area for parents to hang out while their kids play. If you have younger children, I recommend booking an earlier time as there are more young-ones in the early afternoons, while the teenagers start to come in the evenings. Overall, this is a fun Santa Clarita option for the kids or just your friends and is a decent replacement for the recently closed Rock N' Jump (formerly Sky High) trampoline park in Castaic. My very active 4 year old and 12 year old absolutely loves this place. It's a bit pricey, but we make sure to get our money's worth. Also, Evan (the staff member who was monitoring the "king of the hill" and the "boulder balls" on the day we visited is absolutely AMAZING! He made sure everyone was enjoying themselves to the fullest, while keeping all kiddos (and some adults!) safe. We went to Sky Zone Trampoline Park on a Saturday night, and it was beyond packed--which is understandable for a weekend. The facility itself was very clean, had plenty of seating, and the kids had a great time. That being said, the pricing is extremely high. For three kids plus socks, we paid $117, which feels excessive. On top of that, a simple water bottle was $6, and all food and drinks were similarly overpriced. It really adds up quickly the owners are greedy pigs While the experience itself was fun, the overall cost makes it hard to justify. Really enjoyable visit on Sunday night at SkyZone Santa Clarita. The place was clean overall, very spacious, and got plenty of activities. I was greeted by Isaiah at the front who was very charismatic and helped me understand the whole jumping process. He was able to check me in fast and made the process super smooth for my party. We had a lot of fun, although I wish there was more bigger trampolines, not just only single squared ones. This place seems tailored for more little kids, so having a bigger area to jump could be beneficial for all ages! The middle activities are fun but can be congested which is why expanding to more trampolines itself would be helpful for everyone there. Many party rooms which could be good but also take up a lot of space that could be used for different purposes. Overall, I will definitely be back! Absolutely awesome. I enjoy taking my kids there. I just recently had my daughters bday there. Katelyn, our party host was amazing. She problem solved and was very energetic. She took care of everything with a great attitude and energy was great for the kids. For instance, we struggled trying to tape up the banner on the wall because of the material. First visit at the Canyon Country location. We've always taken our grandson to the Alhambra Sky Zone. I was pretty disappointed that there were no slides or zip lines at this location, which are super popular at the other location. At this point, they only have a small bench and a couple of couches for adults to sit on while watching their kids play. This location is very scaled back, but the monthly passes are the same prices. I definitely won't be keeping the automatic monthly pass if they don't add metal benches like they have at the other Sky Zones. If you don't get there when it first opens this place is a complete mess. They lack proper training and it's sooo small. This location also doesn't have special days for those who have additional needs which sucks because we need to be more inclusive!! Where is the harm in opening early for those with disabilities who still want to enjoy some fun, but with it not being so crowed and overstimulating. This community really needed a kid play zone but this place falls short. The management is rude to parents and children and it's often over crowded. I'm all for rules and but this sky zone is OVER THE TOP. I've been 5 times in a month and every time I go they are obsessed with yelling at the kids for the dumbest things. Don't bounce so high. Too many kids playing on the basketball court. No hitting with the jousting sticks on the jousting apparatus. It's absurd. The Team Lead, Elijah is the king of the rules issuing penalties and threats to the kids. It's just not that fun, especially when paying so much money to be there. This place is pretty fun when you don't know what to do and just wanna get out of the house. The reason it's two stars however is because its cramped and the kids (Mainly littles) are mean. First time I went I expected it to be decently big, but this place is so small so the hundreds of kids and teens are cramped into this building. I could probably run from one side to the other in less than 30 seconds. As a teenager It makes it a little hard to move around without bumping into some little kid whos self awareness is as big as a peanut. The parents are worse though. If you have a kid under 9 (depending on maturity) please have your eye on them, this isn't a place you can drop your two year old and go on your phone or whatever while they sink to the bottom of the foam pit. Then I end up babysitting your kid so they don't get pelted by a dodgeball. Anywho, The workers are trying there best but the enthusiasm is lacking. I get its noisy and I bet your salary isn't high but if some kid is cussing at my little siblings it'd be nice for a little talking too, then again if your kid is cussing at other kids, parents, please reflect on how you raise your kids. We are very happy with our Extra Play Membership so far. This location is clean and spacious with ample, friendly employees gently monitoring for excessive rough housing and jeopardizing safety. We have a 9 year old foster son and a 14 year old who were playing in the dodgeball area when one of them was hurt (on purpose) by another teen. I was pleased to discover that the Skyzone employees handled the situation very diplomatically and appropriately. I took my family to Sky Zone located on 26573 Carl Boyer Drive in Santa Clarita, California. I am extremely disappointed, taken aback, and disrespected by the behavior and customer service of Dick, Sebastian, and Isaiah, who work the front desk. I arrived at Sky Zone at 3:15 p.m. on March 25, 2026. I was taking my family out for my son's 9th birthday. Upon entering Sky Zone, things were moving smoothly as I purchased my tickets in the amount of $190 for two hours' worth of jumping. We entered the jump zone and were having a good time. My 13-year-old son was hit by a soft mallet from a little girl, and he hurt his nose. One of your employees was very accommodating and got him an ice pack. Things were going smoothly. There seemed to have been a shift switch during the time we were jumping, and one employee approached my youngest son, asking where his wristband was. He said he didn't have one, and he came to me. The employee said we could not jump without wristbands. I explained that when we entered, we were not given wristbands by Dick. I said I'd get them and went to the front desk. This is where my issue began. I told Dick I was not given wristbands. He claimed he had. I said we never received them. I asked for five wristbands so we could continue jumping. Dick demanded my family come to the front desk, as company policy requires him to place wristbands on wrists. Dick, Isaiah, and Sebastian doubled down on the fact that this was company policy, that they had to place the wristbands on our wrists at the front desk. I said to them, it's interesting that now you want to follow company policy. However, I've been jumping with my family for over an hour and a half, and you did not follow company policy, but yet you want to follow company policy now. This is unreasonable and unacceptable and disrespectful. I said that was unreasonable, as he didn't give them before. I said it would be a courtesy to bring them to us. Dick refused. Sebastian, standing next to Dick, also refused. Isaiah watched. I told Isaiah he knew we had been there for over an hour and a half and that we only had 30 minutes left. I said it would be courteous to bring them, as it was their mistake. They were not accommodating and made my family come to the desk. My family came, and wristbands were placed on all of us. I sent them back to enjoy their last 30 minutes. I told Dick, Sebastian, and Isaiah they were being unreasonable and disrespectful. They should have apologized and brought the wristbands. As I explained this, they were dismissive, rolling their eyes, saying, 'Have a nice day, sir,' and cutting me off as I explained I wanted no other customer to experience this. Sebastian was the rudest--very short with me. Dick was rude, not taking responsibility. Isaiah was dismissive, telling me 'Have a nice day.' When I told Isaiah I didn't appreciate the treatment and would report them to corporate, their manager, and leave a review, he gave me a thumbs up, half-hearted smile, and said, 'You do that.' I am extremely disappointed in Sky Zone and the way that you have trained your employees. Dick, Sebastian, and Isaiah are poor representations of Sky Zone, and I am almost certain that they have cost you business in the past. The fact that they were not receptive to my constructive criticism tells me that this was not their first time doing this to a customer, and they need to be fired. read more

This place is awful. Save your money. We took my son and 2 friends today. Almost $100 for 3 of them to jump for 2 hours. The "trampoline police" followed them around the whole time and bothered them when they weren't doing anything wrong. He then proceeded to kick them out 40 minutes before their time was up. He kept arguing that the time had run out, even though my receipt had a time stamp. Bouncy robocop will be a virgin forever , but at least he can be a bully to a bunch of kids.
