The two young men at the front desk failed to help me the proper way. They also failed to mention the BOGO deal on the 120-minute jump time, which would have been helpful information for customers. It honestly feels like good customer service has completely gone out the door. Thankfully, the manager, Kennedy, stepped in and handled the situation without a doubt. Kennedy was professional, understanding, and actually took the time to help resolve the issue quickly. If it wasn't for Kennedy, this experience would have been even worse. The two younger employees seriously need a Customer Service 101 class to learn how to properly communicate with and assist customers. Management like Kennedy is the reason customers may return, but the poor attitude, lack of communication, and inexperience from the 2 front desk men staff definitely leave a bad impression.

One game is 20 credits and for two people it's 40 credits so $10 wasted on a broken game and nothing sky zone can do? Really

Terrible, we had a birthday party here. We bought the arcade card, it's $10 per 40 credits. My son tried to play This game total it's 40 credits for 2 people. We swiped it and it took the credits and it didn't work. I let the staff know and they said "ya that one is broken sorry but we can't do anything you can try to call the arcade company" but my credit car says skyzone. And so you already knew it was broken didn't bother to put a sign and let people lose there money. Then basically said o well not our problem..... ok got it. This has been our 3rd bday party at sky zone and I have 1 baby on the way....

My very active 4 year old and 12 year old absolutely loves this place. It's a bit pricey, but we make sure to get our money's worth. Also, Evan (the staff member who was monitoring the "king of the hill" and the "boulder balls" on the day we visited is absolutely AMAZING! He made sure everyone was enjoying themselves to the fullest, while keeping all kiddos (and some adults!) safe. I had a chance to observe Evan in action because my kiddos spent so long in those areas and all I can say is he is a really amazing team member to both guest and his crew- give the guy a raise! lol we will be back soon.

Finally Sky Zone opened in Santa Clarita. No longer need to go drive all the way to San Fernando Valley to take kids. Although a little smaller than the SFV - Van Nuys location. It'll do for the kids.

Very small and hugely underwhelming. Rude and annoying staff who limits all fun activities. Will not be going back and cannot recommend.

We had…read moreabout 50-60 people attending and it was spacious enough for the adults in the party room as well as the play area for the kids. I was initially told that staff would not help with tear down but thankfully they did help tear down the very minimal wall decor we had. The party room definitely requires a lot of imagination and I really wish they gave more time for setup, especially given the location in the mall and how far you have to walk from the entrance for each trip to and from the car just to get things into the place- which you then of course have to unload and then set up. I highly suggest measuring prior to planning decor and bringing some extension cords as there are only 2 outlets in the party room and they are a good distance from the tables you are given to use. The benches at each table hold 4 adults per bench. My kids love to come here even on a regular, non-party day and have lots of fun at this little town. There is so much for them to do that they can spend hours here without getting bored.

We celebrated my son's 2nd birthday last September and everyone loved this hidden gem. Everything is clean and up and running. The staff is friendly and very helpful when it comes to time, we have the monthly membership and it's a total deal $39 a month for 3 months minimum (M-F 1hr) and we usually get 15 mins extra in each visit. Today we came in and noticed this gentleman,Suro, cleaning and making sure all the equipment is up and running, I've seen him multiple times, checking for safety and maintenance. I feel really comfortable leaving my kids in this playground. I am a fan of this place! Tip: You can bring your own grip socks or pay $5 for a pair. There is plenty of FREE parking.

While it is a little high on price and everyone in the group, including parents, must pay, it was pretty fun. They have a big jumping area with few obstacle courses and basketball; they also have a zip line, which is pretty fun for the kiddos. But the greatest thing is that they have a playground inside of the arena. So similar to going to an indoor playground but with added trampolines in it, which is fun. There is no food except a pizza vending machine, which is strange, and I would not eat from that, and there are also snacks in a vending machine. They also have a VR section where you can have fun with VR for a price. Overall the place was fun, and there was plenty to do with the kids for the 2-hour price point. Kids were tired, and they had a blast and will return the next time the kiddos want some trampoline action.

Just from visiting this spot a couple times on separate occasions, I would definitely consider this…read morethe best indoor spot I have ever seen for a toddler. It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.
