Been a long time since I've been to this location. It has changed a lot. The games are played on a "minutes" basis. You can buy 45 min (or however many you want)worth of games and you can play as many as you want in that amount of time. Pretty cool. It was clean and the food was good. The best part was the service. Juan the manager was polite and professional. We had one small issue, (our table was cleared before we had time to finish the meal) that he immediately rectified with a free pizza and replacement of our beverages. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because there were quite a few games that didn't work. Overall a good time, and great customer service. read more

Ridiculously overpriced. Requires you to pay $18 per child to use the very small trampoline and play place area. The $18 includes $5 for no slip socks that you have to pay everyday you go no matter if you already have 20 pairs. Save your time and money and try Scooter's Jungle which is only $15 per child with no ridiculous requirement to buy new socks every day, and is 10x bigger. read more

My younger brother is on the spectrum and rarely asks to go anywhere. Today he asked to go to this establishment so we came. Recently a line of Squishmellow like plushies, my brother current has the Mr Munch (Purple Guy) Plush and asked for the Pasqually (Chef Guy). We've been to this location before and have had positive encounters as well as coming in for the Sensory Sundays that are offered. We asked the employee and they said we checked the back. When there was none in the back he came back with the news and walked away. My mom then asked a different employee if it would be possible to take the Pasqually from the display case and give it to my brother as he's in the spectrum. There are only two plushies in the display case, Helen (The Chicken) and Pasqually. It would have been easily to replace Pasqually with either Chuck E or Mr Munch as there was an abundance of those plushies on the prize counter but this employee said he did not have the key to the case. So we decided leave having to walk past the display case to do so. My brother who's an elementary schooler then pointed to Pasqually and asked to take him home. There was no one at the both to leave but my mom was walking out with my brother so he wouldn't have to look at the Pasqually plush. My mother was then called back because it's protocol to have your hands checked for the matching stamps before leaving, normal we understand and come back which brought my brother back in the line of sight for Pasqually. He pointed as a different employee checked our hands and sent us off but as she was walking away my mother asked on more time if it would be possible as my brother rarely asks for anything. Not a single voice was raised just a mother and and her two older kids seeing if an employee would show there special needs son/brother kindness. She was denied for the final time and we left without Pasqually. I now type this with my brother still asking for Pasqually as we explained to him that we have to get it next time. Thankfully he took it well and no scene was made but I feel that this could have been handled differently. Especially for a family that comes 2-3 times a month and has the membership to get discounts on points, food and drinks. We've been here before and have had great experiences but today's situation really rubbed us the wrong way. read more

We visited chuck E. Cheese recently. We arrived at opening. We were greeted by the manager. He was very nice and welcoming! I downloaded the Wednesdays 30% off coupon along with having the app coupons. The manager gave us recommendations on the best way to utilize them towards pizza and games. Along with the Wednesday deals we were able to purchase the use of the trampoline along with the cutest souvenir socks for $10.. We ordered drinks, pizza and breadsticks. The food tastes fresh and delicious. We were able to take home our leftovers. The kiddos loved their Chuck E. Cheese souvenir cups. The cups were an additional cost but worth it and included free refills.The children received wristbands with a card attached to enjoy unlimited games and ride on toys for 60mins. The wristbands for the game cards are additional cost. The card comes with your game purchases. The wristbands make it easier for the littles to hold. If you have older kids they can just put the card in their pockets. Chuck E. Cheese came out twice during our visit to dance and take pictures with the children. He was a true star! The restaurant ,restrooms and games were clean. All the games and ride on toys were working. The photos wasn't coming out on one of the ride on's but the manager fixed it right away.The staff was friendly especially patient at the end of our visit when the kids were picking their toys from the tickets they won. Had my daughters 4th birthday here and they really exceeded my expectations! I haven't been to this Chuck E. Cheese in years and I was happily surprised when I saw that they took the play place part out (where the kids climb up and through tunnels). It was old when I was kid so it needed to go. They also got rid of the stage and the animatronics...another good thing because they were creepy looking, but a little sad because that nostalgia is gone. They replaced the stage with a wall that has a giant screen and plays videos and music. Overall their changes made the place look bigger and nicer. My brother and his wife brought my niece and daughter here last Sunday. My 6 year old niece made a mistake of swiping her card at the wrong side of where she was playing and this lady cursed them off, accusing them of cutting. She told my sister in law to fuck off in front of the kids. My brother approached and told her to not curse when kids are there and she repeated herself and then told them to go back to their home country. She proceeded to tell her kid to "just keep playing, they're just natives anyway." My brother didn't want to start anything in front of the children so he told the manager. The manager's response to the racist, hateful incident was to give them a free large pizza for IF they come back. She didn't ask the racist lady to leave. This just means that this Chuck E Cheese location tolerates racism and its equivalent to the hurtful comments is just a large pizza. read more

So, Ive recently visited this Chuck-E-Cheese and let me just say... this place is amazing!!! the employees are super cool and very nice to the children and patient with them and my 2 kids had so much fun. One bummer though was that there was a lady who just kept complaining and making a poor employee clean after her so much and she was being so disrespectful toward her but staff was extremely professional about the situation. Corporate needs to overhaul the staff here or send them to customer service/hospitality boot camp and enforce real standards. It's supposed to be a fun place but the staff here hate their job and it shows. No happy greetings or acknowledgement from any of the staff the whole 2 hrs we were there. Either they are severely under staffed or they were all hanging in the back. Couldn't find attendants when we needed them at the register when we first walked in, not at the prize counter when the kiddos wanted to trade in their tickets, and at the door when we wanted to leave (families were piling up at the entrance too). They seemed to keep going back and forth from the back and it made me wonder if the person at the door was also their cook. As soon as you walk in there's a funky smell and most of the tables were dirty. We came on a weekday for lunch and opted for the buffet. No joke, only 3 slim slices of cheese pizza, half a pizza with onions and tomatoes, and 2 slices of sausage pizza to choose from (no pepperoni or dessert) so I filled myself with salad which is your standard lettuce and mixed garden pre-cut packaged stuff and the only toppings offered were Parmesan cheese and croutons. We also ordered the kids chicken nuggets with fruit and the fruit was just honeydew. I wish that was mentioned when we ordered otherwise we would've chosen something else because that got wasted. I came here with my niece this afternoon to spend quality time with her and I felt like all the guests within the establishment were running the place on their own. The overall cleanliness was good and their food was tasty as well. However, they seemed as if they were extremely short staffed and there weren't many guests there to begin with. I overheard the managers arguing about people not showing up for their shifts and you can tell there was some tension amongst them. I ordered a medium pizza with a stuffed crust and ended up giving me the wrong order entirely. But, they made up for it by giving me the right order at no additional cost- I had to keep the messed up order. Moral of the story: No matter what time of day you are servicing customers, especially when the entire atmosphere of Chucky E. Cheese is catered towards families and their children, smiles and professionalism should be a must at all times. read more

We went to this location today, and had the worst experience ever, we have a toddler (2) with Autism and he's non verbal I was buying the socks for the trampoline and he goes on the trampoline and this worker was standing next to the trampoline and she grabbed his back and pushed him out, and closed the gate on one side of the trampoline. Again he has Autism so he doesn't understand and he's TWO. He tried to go into the other side and she grabs onto his arm and pushed him out. We then go, and tried to explain to her that he has Autism and doesn't understand and she rolled her eyes and her and another coworker were laughing when we walked away and kept judging my 2 year old. Pointing at him and laughing. I then went to go try talking to a manager and said he didn't get what the issue was because she is also a minor. The issue is, no matter how old she is. SHE SHOULDN'T BE TOUCHING ANY OTHER PERSONS CHILD. Any thing my child did she would go and tell him he couldn't do that but this girl accidentally tripped next to him and she blamed my child, and this older kid tripped him and she got mad because my child was sitting on the floor instead he was only sitting because he got tripped and the other kid kept jumping and he couldn't get up.. And all of this is okay to management because she's a minor too. read more

They stamp your hand upon entering and make you wait to leave to make sure you are not stealing a child, but the stamps wear off and they don't really care. Long waits in line. Not to mention the games that do work are rigged to give you no tickets, and the prizes are terrible for the amount of tickets. Not much good I can say, except the kids love running around. When your having fun playing you loose track of time . Manager JUAN comes to the basketball arcade while people are playing and just shuts the game saying time to leave . no game refunds.... telling us to exit to the door and slamming shutting the door on us. Also you had to wait for your food order for more than an hour and most of the games are not working and supposedly no one is there to assist. If the manager is this rude - Horrible service! A Chuck E Cheese that still has a small play yard for the kids is a bonus. I can't believe they are going away. Drove up to Stevenson Ranch just so my young grandkids could run around a little on a rainy day. Got here and waited almost 5 minutes just for someone to check us in. It appeared there was only one person working and she was taking orders. Once in, we found a seat and started to acclimate. Yes they have a play gym. But it appears they don't clean it often. The tubes smell like urine. Someone's child spit up or vomited on the play steps and I couldn't find anyone to address it. So I got a bunch of napkins and started cleaning it before someone's kids or mine, climbed through it. I picked it up and then finally a manager came over with disinfectant. We started talking. He was very nice. He gave my grandson some extra tickets while he was checking a machine. I thought of is as payment for cleaning up the vomit. Eww. The kids played games. Won some tickets. Then when it was tone to cash in, all but one ticket exchange machines were broken, jammed or out of paper. The other one was glutinously being fed by a young boy with literally roams of tickets. And even then, he jammed the machine. I notified the staff. It took us over a half hour to cash them in. And for a dumb slinky. They gave each if my 3 grandkids a lollipop, which to the younger ones probably meant more than a toy anyway. But what a joke! I would not voluntarily come back to this Chuck E Cheese! read more

Guest beware. The pizza dough has weird stains in it(red/pink)they still make pizza with it and put it through the oven and serve it to guest. They don't care about your health because it would be a waste of money to throw all that dough out. The pizza always taste different to you because they do not make the dough consistent. Whoever is making it for that batch does is as they please. They don't even use a thermometer for water temperature when mixing dough. Go to another Chuck E. Honestly I haven't been to a Chuck-E-Cheese in years. I went with my 2.5 and 1 year old. Both of them had a blast!! They had a good about of thing to do for my son and my daughter just loved being included on some of the toddler rides. It was shockingly clean. I don't understand all the bad reviews. I go to this location multiple times a week and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the store. I have the Fun Pass which makes it super affordable with taking the kids so often and they have a blast every time and can't wait to go back!! The Fun Pass also gives us crazy discounts highly recommend! The staff has always greeted us with warm smiles and go beyond and above for their customers. They always make the effort to help and make their customers happy! I know almost all the staff by name and have nothing but good things to say about all of them. I notice it's only the ghetto/ karen's who come in a complain and cause scene's. These people treat the staff absolutely horrible!! I tend to notice it's mostly the young party servers who get treated worse from these insane party's. I have witnessed multiple interactions on how these adults treat these young teens, not okay. They should refuse service because it ruins the experience for the other guest including my family. Love this location and the staff not so much the guest. read more

After spending about $230 dollars for a 2 and half hour visit for food and for two 90 minutes of game play only about 880 tickets were accumulated and we hardly got any prizes and I had to pay out of pocket for the difference of the cost of the prizes. The Chicken Wings were so cold and not fresh and the pizza was not the same quality as years back. Very disappointed in the quality and decline of value for the money paid. Where do I start?!! I came here for my nephew's birthday. My sister paid for a birthday package that was supposed to include a hostess/host yet I've only seen the hostess 4 times. I went looking for her and I couldn't find her. Come to find out she was on break and the manager was supposed to cover her.... That never happened. I needed to throw away my trash and both (yes I only found 2) trash cans were full. I wish I would have taken a photo. The bathroom is disgusting!! No toilet seat covers. No toilet paper. Trash cans overflowing. Trash all over the floor and the electric dryer does not work. Again.. I wish I wouldve taken a photo. Skeeball machines were a mess. Some had 3 balls, some had none....where was the game attendant????? There is a Chuck e Cheese's near us but we chose to come to Valencia because we heard wonderful things from our friends. This Chuck E Cheese is clean and has a lot of parking. I wish they had more ride one for the younger kids. I also wish they had more arcade games like Ninja Turtles. They have the new trampoline area. The trampoline area doesn't look cool and it's $15 with the purchase of the regular play. Otherwise it's $20. They get socks. Its not like Sky Zone that has like activities (basketball, rope, rock wall and etc.) It's just the trampoline squares on the floor. My kids wanted to do it but I wasn't planning on staying long and thought $15 was a lot. It would have been $45 for my 3 kids plus play time and they wanted pizza. The trampoline area should be $5. Where a kid can be a kid! True. Chuck e Cheese loses its charm as you get older. It really is the best place ever for a child but that's all. My 3 year old sister loves coming here and she is super content with the machines/games here, even if some of them actually suck/broken/give u one ticket/not even a game. Salad bar good but always a mess. Cheesy bread= best of the bunch. However, service is super slow and it takes forever to get your food. The line to order food is also crazy long and takes forever. They serve beer (a plus) in these plastic cups, I understand glass is a no no here, but those cheap plastic cups make the place look tacky. If you have an official bday party here, take the 5pm slot that way you're the last party there and don't get the boot after 2hrs. Also, bring back the ball pit! Haha jk. If you want to wait an hour for one pizza, the wrong order, cold food, no sense of any urgency- this is defiantly the place for you. With all the places going out of business these days, I hope someone looks at this and changes immediately.
