1 Star Review I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this experience deserves it. The manager, customer service, and client relations are all extremely unprofessional. I hosted a party about a month ago and paid in advance for 15 kids. I was told that I could receive a refund for any kids who didn't attend. Only 10 kids showed up. When I asked the manager for a refund, he suddenly claimed their policy only allows refunds for 2 kids -- which is not what I was told. I didn't argue and agreed to the refund for 2. He assured me that the refund was processed, but I never received it. I've called customer service (who said they don't handle refunds) and was told to call client relations -- but they never answer, and you can only leave voicemails that no one returns. I've done this multiple times over the past month with no response and no refund. This is terrible business. Communication and honesty are everything when it comes to customer service, and they failed on every level. Do not book a party here! read more

Went here for my son's birthday party and it was great! The kids loved the pizza, and did not leave any leftovers. They all enjoyed the arcade as well. I even helped myself to some the games, I couldn't resist. The atmosphere was great, and the workers were even greater. The best part was seeing my son light up when he saw Chuck E. I used to be terrified of him when I was younger, but my son was not. read more

Cheese since I was a kid and never have I seen staff seem so lazy when it came to singing birthday songs to a child!!! I understand it's a tiring job but you choose it and the workers who danced for my baby you guys seemed like you didn't even like it! Took 5 kids here today. Has a great time. We were there 4 hours and Chuck E. Cheese only came out once. That's the only think I could complain about. I remember going as a kid and before Covid and he seemed to come out every hour those times I'm sure Covid messed up a lot. read more

I came here for a birthday party of my friend. They took away the band which made me want to cry i miss the chuck e cheese when i was a kid, im now 16 and it isn't nostalgic anymore. the toys are cheap and games are rigged. Toys that u can buy are incredibly overpriced, i could go to target around the corner and get the same toy for 15$. But the really cool thing is the balloons at the birthday party last a long time, mine is still up and we came in march!! I miss the nostalgia, not there anymore Also i really hope y'all disinfect the machines OFTEN bcz the thought that 3 year olds are picking their nose and then touching the games, then i touch and eat food is DISGUSTING!! I think their may be rats in the kitchen. They take pizzas that are old put them together and make a full pizza with leftovers which is disgusting. The manager was super mean when i asked to see the kitchen cause i wanted to know if there actually were rats. When i went to put my tickets in the machine it shredded my hand which is why making this review has taken 3 hours so far because i'm typing with my left hand only. I got yelled at by little kids. Do they even disinfect the machines i saw a toddlers full diaper on a machine. The robots were broken and scared my little child named Garthalamue. Every so often my family likes to travel to Chucky cheese in Ann Arbor Mi. We get pizza, points... Play games and have fun. But this time i went to the monroe St. location in Toledo and the young lady working the counter did not smile once. She hates her job is what i would think of her. The floor looked like it needed to be swept. The salad bar area was so filthy the floor in front of the salad bar had food all over the floor. The salad appeared old no green color at all. The young man who walks around fixing tickets will not crack a smile or even respond while you are talking. The bathroom floors were sticky. I just got the impression these workers do not care about their jobs or how it looks one bit. Will not be returning. The link the owner provided... does not lead me anywhere. This place gets worst and worst each time I go. It smells awful half the toys are broke down. They need to hire more people. The manager who is always working there is the same guy who makes the pizza, brings the pizza out, rings you up at the counter and makes cotton candy. I mentioned they needed to hire employees because we were waiting at the counter for over 5 minutes to add time to the card because the automatic machines were out of order. The manager says with an attitude he was making cotton candy. Then he said he didn't see me but the one other employee who was on lunch told him we were at the counter. Anyway this place is horrible. Places like this are often (for me) dreadful to go to. Today after taking my two year old for a play date and lunch, I am happy to say my experience was nothing short of delightful. The workers were happy, kind, and accommodating. They got us in and out quickly while at the same time making sure we got the most bang for our buck as far as pizza combinations go. The best part was the PIZZA. If you told me I would be looking forward to my next chuckIe Cheese pizza, I wouldn't believe you.. but wow was it good. The restrooms could have used a little more love but over all the facility was clean and well kept. read more

I can't say that this is my favorite place to go but kids seem to enjoy it. I came here for a friend's kid's birthday party. The drawbacks of this place is that they really cram in the parties and there's not much room between the tables. I think there were maybe at least 5 other parties going on at the same time. And it's really loud in there. Between the kids and the music, you can't hear anything. The good thing is that the kids all get a balloon, 35 tokens, pizza and a drink. You have the option to bring your own cake or buy theirs. The cake there is actually pretty good. We had the chocolate cake which was really moist and tasted a bit like dark chocolate cake? it was pretty good! The pizza was ok- not the tastiest but edible. The nice thing is that the employees box up any leftover pizzas. Each party had an employee who helped facilitate things i.e. brining out the food, telling us what was next. The birthday kid gets an inflatable crown, a medallion, a huge balloon of Chuck E Cheese and gets to go into the ticket booth to win some extra tickets. Chuck E Cheese comes out and says hi to the birthday kid and guests. You don't get much time with him since he has to make his way to every birthday kid. But the kids seemed to enjoy it. After the parties, the kids have a blast playing the games that they have there. Chuck E Cheese's is definitely better than I expected it to be but loud and very chaotic! read more

The day before Christmas we were driving by and saw barely any cars in the lot, so we decided to check it out. It was the perfect time to go! There was maybe 5 other families present! We bought a bunch of tokens and me and the kids went around and played almost all the machines. The kids got to dance with Chuckie and were able to collect free tickets! I would have rated higher, but the gum ball machine we traded for the tickets does not turn. For how much money those ticket were worth in terms of the money spent on tokens, they can afford to purchase toys that work correctly! read more

This is a great place to eat and have fun - as long as you are age 5 or younger. Otherwise, be prepared for the million kids running around, the cheesy animal band, the loud games, and the bland pizza. read more

Overpriced. Terrible service. Only gets worse over time. There are always machines that don't work including the ticket machines. Not clean. But what tops it all off is the attitude from the teenagers (my assumption) working here. I mean when I drop so much money in less than two hours the least they could do is be cordial and helpful. read more

So many improvements in last year. Menu has expanded, pizza was great, hot and timely, service definitely better and much cleaner. Problems with machines were taken care of immediately. Kudos to Management and their team. read more
