Love that the games don't require a million points to play so you can get the most of the play time. Also like that you can buy unlimited play for an hour so you don't even have to worry about points per game and that you can just buy tickets for a penny a ticket for those kids that didn't so much win tickets but just had a good time. Appreciate that they offer Sensory Sensitive Sundays the first Sunday of the month that gives kids a chance to enjoy themselves without the crowds and overstimulating sounds from all of the games. Fun but expensive place to hold a kid's birthday party. Granted there are "cheaper" party options that you can try but at the same time, it's not like a birthday comes around every day and like you'd be throwing a Chuck E. Cheese party every birthday---so, go for it, if you can. The kids enjoyed their time. Lots of fun games and things to do for the kids. There's an adventure park area with trampoline for an additional cost. The pizza, is surprisingly tasty so don't sleep on it. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially for my large group of neurodivergent kids. They were able lower the volume to accommodate our kiddos and help keep them calm. I'm sure you could stop in with just your kiddos and do your own birthday celebration if you wanted without the extra costs/bells and whistles. read more

My son had an amazing time at this Chuck E Cheese! It's not that big but we went around 6:30 on Saturday and it was not super busy, had no problem playing the games he wanted to play. We spent around $36 dollars for an hour unlimited play which included a card that you had to pay for to load, so keep your card for the next visit to avoid that charge. I had a coupon for an additional half hour with purchase of 60 min so I used that. I did have one issue with the card after we played for about an hour I asked how much time was left and the worker there said none. I got my son an ice cream and as I was sitting there realized that it didn't make sense based on the time I got there, the half hour was missing. I went to the employee about 10 min later and he scanned my card on another machine and it said I had 18 min left. So I guess double check your time on both machines. But he did agree to give my son a wristband and socks for the trampoline to resolve the issue which I was very thankful for. My son loved the trampoline the most of all. (This is also typically an additional $12, not included in the unlimited play) The venue was clean and the staff were accommodating. My sister and I braved a Friday night at Chuck E. Cheese around 6:00pm with 3 kiddos. The place was packed and staff did the best they could with the chaos. We waited at the door for about 10 minutes as the gal working the counter was helping a few other customers. We were patient and let her know we understood. She appeared to be the only one working that area. My sister purchased a monthly pass for her family as they live near the area. The pass seems like a steal of a deal, especially for a family with multiple children. It was bright, loud, and full of entertainment. You could honestly see all the varies ages having fun. Parents were being kids as well. Noise coming from the games and the sound of kids and adults laughing. Lots of game options. Our favorites were the ring toss, skee-ball, and the Photo Booth. We had a blast having many takes on the Photo Booth. The pizza was great. The pepperoni stuffed crust is SO good. It hit just like it did many years when I had it for the first time. I love how it comes out super hot and cheesy. Chuck E Cheese is a perfect option for the MN winters. read more

Took my kids there for my daughter's 5th bday. Paid $20 for my two kids to jump in the trampoline, only for them to jump in there for 5 min. Another staff came and told the worker that was watching my kids was told to go do something else so they didn't get to jump the whole night. If that's how it's gonna be, make the price cheaper, have a worker assigned to the trampoline or just don't have it at all. Also wanted to add that the tickets you win from the games are only 1-5 tickets per game. 5 isn't event all the time. Not worth for the money. It's not like it use to be. I had the silver pass and there was a problem with it. Very complicated, and the manager on duty was no help at all. However the young employee at the counter was able to help me by creating a new account. The pizza was delicious and came out fast. But the games were terrible, dirty, and broken. Had at least five games in a row that did not work. It was overcrowded and understaffed. I would suggest going at a time that is less busy unless you like the chaos. If negative stars could be given, I would have selected that option. Worst experience at the Woodbury location. We had my sons birthday party here and purchased the Ultimate Package. The only things we received were burnt pizza and the goodie bags. The birthday host was absent, the included ticket blaster never happened, character show and experience never happened, extra play pass not given and dipping dots never handed out to kids. I spoke to a the manager and she claimed they were busy and told me that our cups were coming. After two more requests and hour into the party they arrived. At the end of the party I addressed my issues with a now different manager. This new manager agreed to charge for the food and have me talk to the GM on Monday. I paid and went to leave. As I was leaving, the manager that claimed they were "too busy" earlier, told me she was calling the police because I she claimed I was refusing to pay. (Receipt of my payment for food in her hand by the way). She then told me that if I had a job, then I need to pay... not sure why this has anything to do my with my bill in question. This is a place you should avoid at all costs! I will be disputing the charge and talking to the GM. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. On a side funny note, as I was leaving a woman approached me and told me that she also was accused of nonpayment and told to leave because she also questioned her bill. Having a birthday party at chuck cheese's? We all know what you are signing up for, but if you happen to select THIS particular chucke cheese? Well, the failure at this location goes far beyond your typical chucke cheese experience. Prepare to be embarrassed that you invited people to your party. At one point i felt like we were on punked or something, because I have never seen a group of people try so hard to do everything so completely wrong. Dont get me wrong, i love chucke cheese and have had many parties at chucke cheese. However, let me explain why exactly i feel this particular chuckie cheese is just a little bit closer to hell then the rest of them. So first thing, they have 4 Bday parties taking place simotaneously with spacing similar to a high school cafeteria. They give you cards that give unlimited video games for 2 hours. Great idea, but they had 3 times as many kids in that arcade than video games. So playing these games was pretty difficult. No big deal, but they call the 20 4-5 year olds back to the table for cake/chucke time.. But where is chuck? For around an hour they are hinting that chucke cheese is almost here, so these 20 kids with their game passes lose 1 hour of gameplay waiting for this actor. (Guess this is how they handle too many kids and not enough games?) He arrives, and because he was so late, it was decided by these hostesses, that all 4 parties are going to get their personal experience at the same time. They do one big happy birthday song for all 4 parties at the same time (inject your kids name). I am not sure what was up with this chuck, but he was basically being held up by the hostesses and walked around, i suspect it may have been a weekend at bernies situtation. Then apparently an issue in the kitchen and our dessert wasnt ready on time. I thought they would have given this to us after the chucke cheese being so late. But no, they told us they need 15 minutes to clean up the table prior to the next group arriving, so we have to move everything to a different table. I mean who better to pay for their mistakes than the individual who is paying for this experience (in so many ways). It doesnt stop here, the hostess demands we settle the check immediately (prior to opening presents or eating the dessert), stating she does not have the time to come back after we are finished. However, what she did have time for... After the check was paid, She demands my wife to GIVE THEM A GOOD REVIEW ON THE EMAIL WE RECEIVED FROM THE CHUCKE CHEESE SYSTEM. She actually stood there over my wife's shoulder helping her write the review, holding my daughters tickets ransom until this was completed. Im writing this review because of the "another day at the office" style that all of this mess was served up. I would say they looked almost like they were proud of the work they had done. I need to make it perfectly clear, that this is unacceptable. When you overbook your little event space, the fallout cannot filter down to your guests. Because your guests will in turn write reviews like these. Your version of service is a complete disgrace, and having inviting people to your establishment brings shame upon myself and embarrasement to my family. I am in the process of contacting this service my wife was sequestered to give you a good review on to inform them of the tactics you employ when these reviews are being written. We were looking for something for our family to do on a Saturday night that wasn't just for the kids or just for the parents. On a long shot, we decided to try Chuck E. Cheese, as neither my wife or I had been there in decades, and we hoped perhaps it might have evolved beyond what we remembered. For better or for worse, it is exactly as we thought it would be: slightly worse than mediocre food and incredibly loud with kids running everywhere. On a brighter note, the employees -- while not appearing to be very happy -- were genuinely helpful. I doubt we'll ever go back here. It was very busy, so certainly some families find value at Chuck E. Cheese. It's just not our scene, I suppose. Oh, and if you have young kids (ours are 2 and 4), there are about a half a dozen games they can pay to play and a small toddler area. The other 30+ games -- most of which are games for earning tickets -- are for older kids. I don't hang out in Woodbury but ended up there with my 2-year-old daughter and newborn son while out killing time. We went to go check out the store Nadia's Cupcakes which was awesome. Afterward we were surprised to see a Chuck E. Cheese nestled into the strip mall around the corner from Target. When we went in we were in for many surprises, all of them good. First, its smaller than you'd expect from the commercials of my youth. Second, it was amazingly inexpensive -- $10 buys 400 tokens and each game/ride/photo booth is 15 tokens or less. Most video arcade/boardwalk places are overpriced these days but we spent over 2 hours there for $10! There was a great play area for the very young. The personal size pizza was enough to feed us all for $6 or so, staff was smiley and best of all the place was bright and clean. Plus Chuck E.
