When they put it back together they found an issue - since the knock sensors had been swimming in coolant, they had to replace them, unfortunately the wiring got a little messed up. So my baby, Cordelia, had to go back a third time. They stood by their work, only charging me for the part not the labor. But we were able to book online for an appointment Wednesday first thing when they opened. Drop off was super quick and easy, they kept us posted on the progress of the vehicle, provided an estimated time it would be completed, and they were able to take care of it same day! We got new breaks and rotors, oil change, transmission fluids, bumper to bumper inspection, and had them check the cvt sensors. When we came to pick up the car, Steve did a great job of recapping the work done and gave suggestions of what else may need to be done in the future/what to look out for in these parts that would signal to us that it's time.
