Towing is about the only thing he has going for his business. His guys working for him are great guys and so are the mechanics who can put up with his shady behavior and don't care about their reputations being destroyed. The ones that stay working for him are no only are NOT ASE certified as he claims but stay because they need jobs and will do as the boss says. His ASE certified mechanics have left his shop to save their names in a small town like Mt. Orab where you are only as good as your word. I f I could give him a zero star rating I would Trust me take your vehicle somewhere else if you want it fixed right. He sends a lot of business to his competitors to fix what he shafted people on then tries to charge them for repair work he never did.

I never saw the car I was interested in. A ploy I assume to get me snagged into a more expensive vehicle. I negotiated new tires since the ones on it had little tread. He was irritated by this and decided to try and find another vehicle. He said he couldn't find another one and rudely asked me if I would purchase the car if he would add the the tires in the negotiation. I agreed. I was told to give it a week or two and service would call me to make an appointment. 2.5 weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I called the salesman. He said he would look into it and call me back in the morning. I ended up having to call him that afternoon. This time he said he would call me back in 10 minutes. Again no return call. I waited until the following day before I called him again. I ended up having to call his manager. The manager was very helpful in getting the ball rolling. He was apologetic and in a few days I received a call from the salesman with an appointment with the service department and would have a loaner car for me as well. Which was great since I purchased a used car. He told me to pick up the keys to the loaner from him. He was nowhere to be found when I got there and nobody else knew what was going on. After about a half an hour another salesman showed up with the keys. When I went to pick up my car he again was nowhere to be found. It was another goose chase and another half an hour before I got my car. Now for the dealership review: the manager was great in resolving the problem. Because of the manager I would buy another car from them however as I said in the beginning I would not deal with that salesman.

When we originally told the owner Tim Foley there were issues he ensured us all of them would be fixed with no problems. He is a liar. We have had the car since May 14, and they have had the car in their shop for an accumulated 2 months. It is only September 10. Our car is not in drivable condition, it dies, they have put on differently sized tires, didn't seal the tires and i got stuck on the side of the road for an hour, and then when fixed, the car was lopsided. we have sent two family members to him to purchase cars and both of their cars have had non stop problems.
