It didn't have any sauce or anything like that either it that would have helped. But this really is more of a "my preference" type of situation as opposed to something not being made well. There were six pieces of perfectly crispy rice mini bricks topped with miso tuna and mayo. I loved the contrast between the crunchy rice and fresh tuna mixture. It was delightful having this appetizer. I needed a drink. The only downside was that my server didn't drop by until I was done with my appetizers.
