My friends and I weren't too sure of how the process would be since they picked us up after we walked across the border. We booked our rides through WhatsApp and the communication was super easy. They were super responsive, and the day before our designated rides, they shared the driver's number for us to connect directly. Our driver down to Valle was named Elias and made the whole process so simple! He picked us right outside of where we came out after crossing the border. He was super friendly and wanted to make sure we were comfortable for the drive. He told us a little bit about Valle and how he's lived there for 25 years. On my way back, I had a different driver, who was Natalie. She was super nice and the ride back was so quick, probably because it was the morning and traffic wasn't too bad in Tijuana yet. She was helpful in directing me to find the line to cross the border. Without the direction from her, I would have definitely been confused. They made this whole process so seamless! They were on time and available for all the questions I had leading up to the rides as well. I will for sure use them in the future any time I'm traveling somewhere driving distance in Mexico!

We added on a wine tour in the valley too. Ivan our driver, a native of the valley, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the valley, even providing excellent restaurant recommendations. The whole experience made us feel safe and secure, we would gladly travel with them again. They even suggested and helped us get a fast pass for border crossing that saved us 3 hours in crossing the border. Great team and service.

The pricing was super reasonable for the amount of travel time and top-tier service we received, and we felt completely safe the entire time in Baja. The wineries were beautiful, the food was amazing, and the whole day was seamless thanks to our driver Daniel -- if you book, definitely request him! I 1000% recommend Baja Winery Tours we're already planning our next one!

Tour runs after we get a total of 6 signups. However what I was referring to was the email I received which stated " You're reservation for Public Taste of Baja Tour on Saturday, July 1, 2023 for 2 tickets has been cancelled. If you have any questions feel free to call 619-535-9994 or email bookings@bajawinerytours.com." Before assuming your customers are not reading the information on your business site, make sure you take the time to ask questions to understand exactly what they are referring to. The condescending annotation in your reply is another reason why I would never go on this tour. Edit: you could have said what you updated your message with in the beginning rather than making it seem as if your customers did not read the information that was given on your site. All explanations would have been cleared up then, however you wanted to come and try to reiterate the message as if their was a lack of clarity.

Even though…read moremy good friends Lauren, Raffa and Jim worked so hard on planning the wineries, restaurants and road side stops and of course the Boutique Hotel on the way, we could not have accomplished our tour without Vinos De Baja Tours. From the moment we were picked up by Jose to the last drop off at the border, we were able to visit most of the wineries, three of the best restaurants in the Valley with a great stay at a great Boutique Hotel located in the middle of the vineyards. Last stop of course, was our drop off right at the border by Jose. Jose was "part of the group" of 8 of us as he helped us navigate to the different stops, we obviously spent a great amount of time in the roomy van he drove around for 2 days. Very friendly and helpful, we could not help to feel he was part of us. We even invited him to have our Saturday night dinner with us instead of just waiting with us until dinner was over. The greatest part of this whole experience is that Jose took several pictures of us at the different tasting rooms, overlooking the scenery over the roadside ocean stops and backgrounds of the vast mountains and vineyards, so many pictures we would not have gotten as a group ourselves when the time was right. We are supposed to have a link to go to as soon as these pictures are collaborated together to keep these great weekend memories alive. Experience of navigating the region is a big part of what a tour company should be GREAT at, and although Jose did a great job, there were situations where we could of shortened our travel times by him being more familiar with the area, knowing more of the different places we did NOT know to go to, being more proactive to add to get the trip by taking us there. It is all years of experience and I am sure that had a lot to do with it, so a lot of room to grow there. All in all Jose made this trip easy to relax and enjoy. He was always there for us and even held our wines we purchased overnight in the van until the next day so we did not have to carry them into the hotel and back. Thank you Vinos de Baja Tours and especially Jose for really helping make our experience to memorable. We will be looking forward to seeing the great pictures of Valle del Guadalupe and of course the good looking group we had.

One thing to note, he is very strict on timing, so if you think you've got an extra five minutes, you don't.. LOL Now onto the tour itself. I've done quite a few wine tours, and unfortunately this one was my least favorite. It was also the first wine tour I've done that only visited two locations, which was a bit of a letdown. The first winery had a nice selection, we got three wine tastings. The Burgundy was my favorite from The Heritage flight. The property itself was beautiful to walk around, with amazing scenery and lots of great photo spots. We also stopped by the sweets shop and picked up a few treats. There were also surrounding shops near the winery. Personally, they weren't really my style, but that comes down to taste. If you like clothing and home décor, you might enjoy it more. Clothing prices looked to start around $50 and went up from there. The home décor shop was very cute with lots of handmade items, mostly in the $20 range and higher. I skipped the candle shop due to allergies. The charcuterie board was a nice touch and came with a good variety of items. The second wine location included five tastings. I personally wasn't a fan of the wines here. One person in our group ordered a glass from the regular menu and shared it, it was much better than the tasting options, and most of the group seemed to agree this stop was a bit of a disappointment. That said, the views were absolutely incredible. The pizza included in the tour was a highlight for me, I had the vegetarian, and it was really good. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. There wasn't much walking around at this stop, so we mostly stayed at the table and ate. My favorite parts of the tour was the food and the tour guide. I'm glad I tried it and can check another wine region off my list, even if it wasn't my favorite experience overall. For reference, we were picked up at 9:45 AM and dropped off around 3:00 PM.
