That said... the bathroom needs immediate attention. It was rough, definitely had me a little worried, and I said a very serious prayer over my food before eating. Thankfully the food was GREAT and I didn't get sick, which is why I'm still giving a good review. But whoever is managing the place, please clean up the restroom situation. The asada meat was seasoned well but it was chewy in a bad way. The chicken burrito was heavy but full of too much rice and it was lacking seasoning. The Tamale Platter was nice and freshly made. The rice and beans on the side was not housemade but from a can. I think the new owners are trying to cut too many corners and will not get repeat customers. There was just nothing special about anything at this place and even their only hot sauce that can be added for some heat to the meal is a watered down green tomatillo mild sauce or a red pepper mild sauce which both are served in a cold squirt bottle unless you pay almost $2 for a small roasted jalapeño.
