    Cuban bread

I came here for a casual family dinner and we were promptly served and sat down. The restaurant was relatively empty probably because since it was a week day and there was only 2 other people in the restaurant. We were able to order and modify our sides for our meals. It came out nice and hot and fresh. My only complaint would be the service since our waitress took way too long for refills and was nowhere to be found to ask again but we found another waiter to help fill up our water and give us more bread. Everyone enjoyed their meals and it was priced amazing for the portions! We only paid ~$90 for 4 meals and 1 drink and even had another for leftovers the next day. The food and portions are great but the service could use a bit of work.

Located in shopping plaza end area with lots of open parking. Outside tables as you enter as well as tables and booths inside. Party of 8 go late Sunday lunch. Very welcoming staff and attentive waitress quick with the refills Lots of items on the menu.ordered and there wasn't a long wait for our meals to arrive. Nice portions.

Guarapos is a wonderful little spot that always guarantees a great meal. For starters, the staff members are incredibly friendly. You're seated right away and your sever will bring waters and the most delicious, warm bread with some sort of butter on it that is to die for. Their menu is huge, so it's nice to having something to munch while everyone at the table decides what dish to get! The food itself is incredible. I've tried a few different steak dishes and the pork and was pleased every time. The meat is always well marinated and so tender. It's very clear that they have perfected all of their recipes! Their sides are also fantastic. I opt for the traditional side of rice, beans and plantains. However, i definitely recommend ordering some additional sides if you feel like branching out. Their fried yuca is unreal and the garlic dipping sauce is the cherry on top!

Was craving some Cuban cuisine , so we picked up some take out, from Guarapos in Boynton Beach. Unfortunately it turned out to be a bad choice. Ordered the Ropa Vieja , which I have had many many times, in my last 45 years living in south Florida, and I am sorry to say, it was one of the worst, watered down sause which is supposed to be , thick and full of taste, had little flavor at all, it tasted like it came out of a can, the black beans Were just a little better but not by much. Very disappointing, I have had better at one of the latin markets in the area that serve hot food , which will go nameless.

First time here - hope food is as good as the drinks - sangria -big thumbs up - friendly service

Great restaurant to be. Restaurant has guarapo (fresh squeezed sugar cane juice). They even have mix guarapo with different juice or cocktail. It is something special and unique. We were here because of the Churrasco. I have the Churrasco steak. The temperature was cook correctly. The taste is good. Big enough steak. It comes with rice, plantain and black beans sauce. Those sides are very good too. We got Guarapo and mix guarapo with orange juice. Both drink are good too. Service is on point.

I recently stopped by for lunch, and my experience was pretty solid overall. The restaurant had a lively vibe with lots of people picking up take-out orders, which added some fun energy to the place. I am saying this because this created some fun people watching as I had a good view from my table. My server was super friendly and helpful, which was appreciated. She brought out garlic bread as soon as I sat down. The garlic flavor was pretty mild and the bread was a bit soggy. I still ate a piece since I was hungry. For my main, I ordered the beef empanadas. They came three to an order and were tasty but definitely on the greasy side, seemed like they'd been deep fried a little to long. Next time I will try something else from their lunch menu, which actually has a pretty decent selection. They also offer daily specials that are reasonably priced. All in all, I'd go back and give it another shot. The service was good and there's a lot of good reviews, so I think there's more to try here that I might like. There's plenty of parking since they are located in a large plaza.

Great Cuban food! Awesome value for the price you pay! Had a the chicken fricassee lunch special and it was super filling !!! The buttery garlic bread is a slam dunk! Looking forward to coming here again and trying out the other lunch specials

Always very good Cuban Food I. A great location with plentiful parking. Always stop in when in Boynton Beach.

Pretty sure the pork wasn't marinated, just fried in old oil.

I was actually headed out for a steak, but along the way, I thought fish would be a better option for me. I sat at the bar where there were several open seats. I started by ordering a house merlot, since it was still Happy Hour. After searching the menu, I inquired about something called Butterfish. I had never had it. Kelli, the bartender, said it was similar to Sea bass. I decided to try it. It came with a choice of two sides. I selected mashed potatoes and broccoli. I also ordered a side salad ala carte. The fish was as advertised, very fresh and tasty. Cooked perfectly. The sides weren't anything special, but I didn't need that. The salad was great, sprinkled with a generous amount of sunflower seeds. Dinner came with a warm mini loaf of artisan bread, with an olive oil, pesto dipping mixture. I could have made dinner with the salad and the bread it was so good. Service was pleasant and timely. Now that I have "broken the ice" so to speak on this Bonefish, I hope to return again and try something else. I don't go out as much as I used to due to higher prices, but it's nice for me to know that there is a good seafood restaurant not far away.

Was actually perfect as I was heading over to see the tennis tournament after dinner. On arrival, the place was empty. As expected, when we left, it was completely full. A half bottle of Sonoma-Cutrer Chardonnay was perfect with my lobster. The wine list isn't extensive, but it's well chosen and fairly priced. The food was excellent across the board. A special of Scallops, Crab Cake, topped with Shrimp over Vegetables was fantastic. My guest enjoyed the Clams Oreganata. It had whole grilled shrimp on sun-dried tomato ciabatta with mixed greens, tomato and bacon. The chipotle aioli was too spicy for me. It was delicious but took away from the sandwich. Obviously it's a personal preference so if you can't handle spice, ask for something else or at least get it on the side. They put a lot on. It made the bread slightly soggy by the end. The tomato was fresh. The greens were wilted from the dressing. The grilled shrimp were cooked perfectly. It was a little different to eat with them being whole but it worked. The ciabatta was very flavorful. I'm not usually a fan but it was soft and really held up to all of the sandwich fillings. The fries were nice and crunchy on the outside. They gave me regular fries instead of sweet potato fries but the server brought out a small plate of sweets for me. If you like sweet potato fries then order these! They were much better than the regular ones. I enjoyed the coleslaw. Perfect portion size and balanced flavors. I tried the key lime pie martini. Definitely not worth it for the price. I didn't get much alcohol out of it. Great presentation though! Oh and I ordered the conch fritters appetizer to go. I wanted to try them but knew I couldn't eat them and my sandwich. You get 6 big fritters. I can see these being super filling before an entree. The conch was tender but they were doughy - a typical fritter. I wish they had cracked conch.....
