We've corresponded about fixing my floors they damaged since September of '25. After hearing the cost of the repairs to my flooring to be performed correctly, (I have LVP so it can't be sanded out like he wanted) Ron called me an extortionist, (even after I offered a way to settle and requesting that he USE his "insurance"), then he GHOSTED me and is evading being served. After taking legal action, I came to find out his website has dummy links for the warranty and contracts as well as a revoked license, so he probably doesn't even have insurance. Also he is not BBB accredited as his website would make it appear. You shouldn't move people out of homes that you can't afford to fix if you damage them. read more

Jon packed what few miscellaneous items I had. When we arrived at the final destination he organized all the boxes and items. First of all, Ron was very responsive and answered all my questions via call and text. I decided to go with them because of the great price and no hidden/extra fees. Someone called me a day before to confirmed the move, and the next day they showed up right on time. Jon, Tommy, and James were amazing. They work efficiently and carefully moving me from a three story to a two story place. They were so polite and even asked if they could take a 2 min water break. They wrapped all my furnitures making sure not to damage anything. They usually don't transport plants but they did an exceptional job at moving my giant monstera with wild leaves. Ron and his staff were awesome in helping us move from our three-story to our two-story house. I called around a few places and they wanted to charge us one-time fees, costs for renting the truck, extra for blankets, etc. Ron gave us a flat hourly rate with no BS. They provided the truck and all the materials needed for the move (blankets, tape, etc.). His guys showed up on time and were very efficient and hardworking. They didn't slack off, they were careful and deliberate with our furniture, and, best of all, the team all had great attitudes. Ron even personally showed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. You can really tell how much he cares and what an honest business he runs. I somehow became the client from hell... mostly by accident. First off, I underestimated the amount of stuff I was moving, we've been here 6 years and the pandemic made me a pack rat, and I also didn't factor in the fact that I live high up in a high rise and the walk to the truck from my unit alone is about 10 minutes. John, James and 'Thomas moved my parents from a 4,500 sq ft house to a storage unit and made it look easy! They were on time, over communicated and patient! They don't nickel and dime like other moving companies and charge for gas and extra odds and ends that come up during a move! When we got to the storage unit they unpacked everything and were so smart about how they unloaded the truck! These guys are the real deal. Jon, Tommy, and James packed up and moved my almost 2200 sq ft house into two PODS. Upfront, communication was great and they were on time. They came prepared with tape, plastic wrap, wrapping paper, straps, and blankets. Almost everything was individually padded paper wrapped, taped, and/or plastic wrapped. The guys were personable and friendly too. They know how to pack the container from floor to ceiling. read more

We did have a hiccup on the actual moving day but they made up for it the next day, since instead of a two man job it was a 3 man job and they needed someone else. They were great, they were fast and efficient and wrapped all my things so they wouldn't get damaged. They didn't charge for wrapping and a few other things which is a plus. Jon and James did my move. They were great! I had a small move which would only take an hour or so. Other moving companies charged minimum 2 hrs. I was referred to Jon who took my job right away. He was so friendly and flexible even when I changed my move date 3-4 times lol. Even when I went over an hour, he didn't overcharge me, so I gave a good tip. When dealing with a less than familiar area, you have to be extra cautious or should be extra cautious. After getting a few quotes from other movers Vegas Xpress landed in the middle as far as price. The catch is that their crew , Israel and Jon were amazing. Extremely courteous and very, Very hard working. They wouldn't let me help which was for the best, (they worked more efficiently without my interference). He made me feel comfortable after calling a few other places and I could hardly understand what they were saying. He insured that his employees would take care of my furniture by wrapping and protecting my things. Jon contacted me before showing up which is great due to we are all on time schedules. If I could give this moving company a negative number review I would! First off the required people for the job did not show up, when a third man finally came a 4 hr move took 12 as their truck was not big enough or they didn't pack it effective enough. They dropped my washer and it is broken now, they dinged my brand new fridge, were rude and disrespectful to me multiple time as a client. They had me transport my own TV In the back of my car with then antenna hanging out. Most of my items were not secured in the truck. They left my food in thermo bags in the kitchen and brackets on the wall (I literally had to go back in before locking up and tell them what they rushed not doing). They moved my outside furniture last causing it to get water logged and made one piece immovable. I haven't finished unpacking yet, but I can't wait to see what else they damaged or destroyed and the owner just said sorry about that. "I'll talk to them" no reduction in price, no paperwork to process insurance just crickets. These movers are the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. I do not recommend! read more

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. All my furniture is damaged. I haven't unpacked boxes yet to see what more damage there is to my items. I called Jon and sent him pictures of all the damage and he hung up on me, not taking any responsibility. I payed $2000 for this job and that's how Jon treats customers. Boxes have busted, furniture has been scratched/dented because Jon and his crew turned all furniture upside down or whichever way they felt, then dragged it. My $1500 air hockey table has its edges scraped off, my tv base is scratched up. They showed up with filthy shoes and completely damaged the carpet and also made a 2" hole in the sheet rock. The legs of my $3000 mirrored furniture are cracked and broken. The list and pictures of damage is endless. Jon is a bully, was pushy and tried to get payment before the job was even finished. He was also pushy with up charges for extra padding and also argued with me multiple times. The job also took way too long. Unfortunately this company is unable to own up to their mistakes and I assume they don't carry any insurance to cover damage. read more

Phenomenal moving company! The owner, Ron, was super personable and took the time to get to know us. Didn't charge us for an estimate like some other moving companies - just came out and looked at everything we needed. It felt like working with a family friend. He was also very communicative during the process which made for a very stress-free (or as stress-free as moving can be!) experience. The movers Ron and Israel were also very friendly, courteous, punctual, efficient, and worked very hard to not only get everything taken apart, but they also carefully wrapped everything so that all of our belongings were taken care of. They were also very careful with not damaging the walls/floors when moving things out and in. Israel also assembled everything at the new place that we moved to. (He's a furniture wizard.)
