As someone who struggles with occasional anxiety when going to the dentist, I can not speak more…read morehighly of how wonderful (and calming) of an experience I had at this office. All of the staff are courteous and kind, but I want to give a special acknowledgment to Dr. Park. She really calmed my nerves, and had such pleasant chair side rapport, that I was able to relax during my dental work. She was great about checking how I was doing, as well as explaining all the steps as she was performing them, relieving any anxious worries I had. I truly appreciate her professionalism and the comfort provided during my visit. I don't plan to see any other dentist in the future! (Fingers crossed I will not need any more dental work)

What can one really say about the dentist. I can't think of a single person I know that has ever…read morebeen excited about going. It's usually the most dreaded experiences one can have aside from maybe a colonoscopy. So why the five start review? Well I have been going to this dentist now for about 5 years. Every single person I have encountered at this establishment is not only kind and courteous but they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. They always try and make me feel comfortable and like I actually matter. It has almost become like going to see an old friend. Of course my friends don't stick their hands in my mouth and cause mild unpleasant pain. But close enough. If your looking for a new family dentist and live in the area give them a shot. I actually don't live anywhere close but drive about an hour because I not only trust them but don't absolutely hate going. I mean I'd rather not go to the dentist but hey if your going to go anyway better to find one where the people treat you the right way.

I have been to his office several times. In all honesty, I cannot recommend. Initially, I went…read morefor the bottom half of a tooth broke off. The tooth had to be extracted, and I was in pain over a week. I was advised to replace bridge I had would cost a certain amount, I felt the price was too high. So, while he was addressing one issue, I asked if the price could be lower. He went back and forth what would be needed. He kept bragging how he was the best dentist. Finally, when he realized I would not go for price he stated. He stated he could do nothing. At my last visit for teeth cleaning, a different person than the one I had been accustomed to did my cleaning. This woman did not explain things well, was extremely rough, and never gave me a breather. She started to floss my teeth, and I had to stop. When I went to the receptionist, I was very angry. I was not going to say anything. Then, this totally unprofessional woman goes to the receptionist and says she (meaning me) just got up and left. At that point, I got mad and stated why I was so angry. Woman then says that she was cleaning my teeth (that justified her extreme roughness) and at that point I lost it. She then says why didn't you say anything-I just looked at her (how can someone say something when something is in their mouth). Then, she and the receptionist go running to the dentist like two idiot children. At that point, I left. Finally, I cannot comprehend how this dentist was ever rated number one.

He is great for emergency visits, very accommodating, again, the patient's comfort is first. The office is clean and neat. All staff are professionally presentable; you won't about the hygiene in this office. His apt. scheduling is flexible, if you can not get the EXACT time or day, it will be as close as possible, but in 3 years, I always got the time slot I feel comfortable in.

I noticed a poor review for this dental practice (somewhere recently) and hastily entered my own…read morenegative experience with one of the office staff. Since then, I haven't been able to forget that hasty post. Other than the one office staff that is outright rude, and one dentist who is full of charisma personally, yet clearly doesn't seem to care about his dental treatment of my mouth (hence I avoid him), what good is the charisma? I should ABSOLUTELY offer my views more accurately on the rest of the staff. The office help (minus one, probably someone's cousin or sister) are without a doubt the kindest people one could encounter. They truly go out of their way to accommodate, make me & my spouse feel cared for, and are always exceptionally polite. Absolute dreams, 99.9% of the office staff. Re Dr. Bill? He is a dentist. I am not. So how can I assess? Well he has more designations than nearly any dentist I know of. DMD, FAGD, MAGD, and always tries to be in the office, even if I am only getting a cleaning. I hope (wonder sometimes) that this is to check my teeth and not for fear I might upset someone. My direct nature and tone though unintentional, rubs some the wrong way. Tho I would be the first to stop and help anyone incl. a stranger change a tire, use my Triple A, or drive them wherever they need to go. Yet my tone doesn't tell people that, yet I don't even hear it. What I do hear is Dr. Bill always surprising me with a joke, as soon as he enters the room. Nearly always taking me by surprise, as he is so intelligent, & with such a dry wit. He further Hums when working on my teeth. Who hums today while working? Few today love their profession, to the point of humming thru same. I do spend a lot on my teeth. I have had to re-do crowns. I have no knowledge of dentistry, so I just trust that he is doing a good job. Yet if 99.9% of his staffs kindness, or his, is any indication, I should not have let one person's bad review, cause me to chime in (without thinking) about the one staff person who intentionally insults me. The remainder of his staff, are giving "20th century Customer Service", in a time when all too often we encounter "Generation Millennials". As far as Dr. Bill is concerned, again, I have no idea about dentistry, yet if his designations, kind joking manner, and humming his work away, is an indication of the person... you cannot do better. So wherever I chimed in after reading another's review without thinking, That's what it was... My "not thinking" & truly appreciating how lucky I am to be tended to by his terrific staff.
