I went to Churches today. Today must have been a lazy day for employees. I ordered wings & 1 breast. There was a 16-20 minute wait for dark pieces. I couldn't wait this time, I needed to get my vehicle back to my daughter so she could go to work. Got home & I was super disappointed. The wings were like chicken jerky. All that you could get off of them was crispy crust because the chicken inside was dried up or it wasn't there anymore. My family couldn't eat the chicken. I guess they were trying to get rid of the OLD chicken pieces. Then they would cook fresh chicken. I couldn't chew this chicken skin crap. I lost my money going to churches chicken. read more

Extremely annoying this place sucks. I drove as quick as I could to get here 10 minutes before closing and they say they're closed. Sign says they close at 10 o'clock yet here I am at 9:51 and they are already closed. And at that they're extremely rude about it. Very rude. read more

The food is okay but the wait is always terrible! I have been waiting in the drive- thru for 25 minutes and it has barely moved 2 cars. This is ridiculous. Don't come here for fast food, if you're going through the drive-thru be sure to put aside 30-45 minutes just to get your order taken at all. This churches was the worst experience I've ever had in a fast food line, very rude lady taking my order, as I'm ordering she's mocking me and laughing, not professional at all, she's the one that had tattoos and very obese, wanted to go off on her but she's the type to spit in your food! read more

Entire experience left my husband and I angry! There were two cars in front of us. We started ordering(said we wanted 10 piece MIXED)and they asked us to wait half way through. Took forever to get back to us. When they came back on, she repeated what she heard. "10 pc chicken.." we said "MIXED" loudly. Also ordered bombers. She asked "regular or large" husband wasn't sure. Then she said "8 or 12 pc?". He said "8 pc". Pulled up- immediately noticed they all had masks but none of them had their noses covered. We paid and got our order. I checked it because they ALWAYS get our order wrong and when we don't check it, we drive 15 min home just to find out it wasn't complete or was wrong but don't want to waste more time driving back. Sure enough, they left out the bombers. We told them and they gave us attitude and charged us for them. I checked the receipt to make sure we weren't being double charged and noticed it said "DARK MEAT!" So I said I wanted mixed and we asked for mixed! The lady that took the order told the cashier to cancel and recharge us(giving us major attitude). She proceeded to argue with my husband saying she "didn't hear" mixed. He said "mixed" twice! Didn't want to wait around for the sides to get cold while we wait for mixed chicken. We just kept the dark meat and as we left the lady(assuming it was the manager) argued as we were driving off. One cup of fresh sweet tea, you had one job Church's, ONE JOB! I ordered a large FRESH sweet tea and my lips were christened with a foul day old brew. You know when brewed sweet tea is fresh and when it isn't. I was very nice, went back to the counter and asked for fresh tea. The woman manager told an employee to make fresh tea and bring me out a fresh tea. Problem solved, right? Wrong. We waited.....waited.....nothing. I went back and asked for a Coke instead, was told to pour out my tea and get it. I was so mad that they had not followed through with what they said they would do, I poured it out and trashed my cup. I work hard for every penny I spend, I asked for my money back. I was then told by the general manager "oh, you want fresh tea? We have some here." Whilst pointing to where the tea wasn't. :-/ It would have been good customer service to have clued me in instead of wasting my time waiting around. Tea is a luxury for me, I didn't want day old tea, I didn't want Coke, I wanted tea. read more
