Usually can't go wrong with pizza but it missed the mark this time. I asked for light sauce and I'm sure it was almost definately heavy sauced. It had an after taste to it. I just couldn't figure out what it was. Kind of reminded me of those mini pizzas my mom would feed us when I was a kid. I'm going to be 60. Every time they open the drive through window there's a bathroomy, old cheesy mop odor. I don't dare go inside anymore because the service is horrible and the employees looked un-bathed and their clothes look unwashed. This place really needs a makeover. Horrible service!! Got there early for the buffet and they only had a few slices of pizza and no pasta. I got what I could more like what was available and asked about the pasta. I was told that it would be right out. They brought more pizza and that was it. All I was able to eat was pizza. By the time I was finished, what seemed like the only server working, comes to our table and literally throws a plate with pasta on my table and said. Been here a total of 4 times and my complaint is the same. Pizza Buffet with no pizza. The salad bar section is bigger than the pizza section. What ends up happening is that people wait for fresh pizza to come out then when it does arrive everyone grabs their fill of pizza leaving a wasteland of empty pizza pans. I ordered a pizza online for carry out. I showed up at the time it was to be picked up and was told it needed 5 more minutes. I waited 15 and went back to the counter to ask. The man at the register said that his manager had been trying to call me because they were out of large pizzas (how does that happen?) and they could offer me 2 mediums instead. 20 minutes after I was supposed to pick up my order, the pizzas went into the oven. I checked my phone and did not have a single missed call. 5 minutes after okaying the 2 medium pizzas, I got a phone call from the manager, who apparently had no idea that the situation had already been fixed. I told her I was currently sitting inside of her store and she didn't even bother to come talk to me in person, just half-heartedly apologized for the problem. Where to begin??? I guess the beginning would be a good start. My grand kids are here for Spring Break and for a very special treat we decided to take them to Pizza Hut for dinner. We got there about five after 5 PM and the waitress came and took our order. My husband ordered a blue moon with a glass and an orange and by the way he still waiting for that glass and orange. There's a couple that comes in after we ordered that sat in the booth directly behind us. The waitress came took their order still no glass and orange for my husband's beer. I'd say about 35 minutes later the people in the booth behind us get their food while we still wait!! The girl walks around us several times looks through the window at us several times never once makes Eye contact with us. And then about an hour after we sat there waiting patiently with a six-year-old and a two-year-old, I see our waitress and another little girl at the cash register talking cutting up and then the other little girl come to our table and says I'm sorry but your order was thrown in the trash can we take your order again. Our waitress never once came over and told us that she had lost our order and then had the nerve to send someone else to tell us what had happened!!!! PITIFUL!!! THIS PLACE DESERVES NO STAR AT ALL!!!!! I ordered a pizza, and it was delivered BURNT (not just the crust, but large portions across the top of the pizza). I asked to have it replaced, and had both a cashier and a manager argue with me that it was reasonable of them to put my order to the BACK OF THE DELIVERY QUEUE AGAIN, just to have it made right. I am less upset by the laziness of the kitchen staff than I am by the rudeness and lack of concern for customer service exhibited by the manager. This pizza hit is terrible! I never get My complete order and never get credit for it or money back, even though they say they will credit you. Just a simple "we forgot to cook your food, sorry".
