I ordered a pizza online for carry out. I showed up at the time it was to be picked up and was told it needed 5 more minutes. I waited 15 and went back to the counter to ask. The man at the register said that his manager had been trying to call me because they were out of large pizzas (how does that happen?) and they could offer me 2 mediums instead. 20 minutes after I was supposed to pick up my order, the pizzas went into the oven. I checked my phone and did not have a single missed call. 5 minutes after okaying the 2 medium pizzas, I got a phone call from the manager, who apparently had no idea that the situation had already been fixed. I told her I was currently sitting inside of her store and she didn't even bother to come talk to me in person, just half-heartedly apologized for the problem. She really gets it messed up so we have to keep repeating the order to her. She finally says it back to us correctly And then goes off to the kitchen. And then we wait. There's a couple that comes in after we ordered that sat in the booth directly behind us. The waitress came took their order still no glass and orange for my husband's beer. I'd say about 35 minutes later the people in the booth behind us get their food while we still wait!! The girl walks around us several times looks through the window at us several times never once makes Eye contact with us. And then about an hour after we sat there waiting patiently with a six-year-old and a two-year-old, I see our waitress and another little girl at the cash register talking cutting up and then the other little girl come to our table and says I'm sorry but your order was thrown in the trash can we take your order again. Our waitress never once came over and told us that she had lost our order and then had the nerve to send someone else to tell us what had happened!!!! PITIFUL!!! This is probably one of the few places that make me feel like I'm going home to eat. It almost feels like family. The waitresses are always ready to serve you with a smile. They bring out orders within reasonable time. If you order via the Pizza Hut site, they will have your order ready on time. After you pay, they will ensure that you have help to carry pizzas( On big orders obviously). The buffet pizzas keep on coming out as needed, even with big groups.
