As mentioned, I ordered the Medium Cup (2 Scoops - $8). I selected a milk chocolate scoop and a cookies-flavored scoop. Portion sizes are fair and adequate for its quality. The flavors are delicious. The milk chocolate scoop reminded me of rich, dark chocolate milk. Its consistency felt very velvety, and its strong chocolate flavor almost teetered towards chocolate brownie territory. The cookie-flavored scoop was very tasty as well. This scoop flowed smoothly, and I happily enjoyed the soft cookie chunks within. This had a milder taste, but it felt very satisfying. This gelato was not icy; rather, it had delightful flavors while flowing like chilled silk. Concerning ambiance, Il Gusto (West Covina) shows genuine effort. The location is very clean and well-ventilated (refreshingly chill). I also enjoyed the Elvis Presley music.
