    Went to OReillys for windshield wipers. Jesse was SUPER helpful and even changed the blades out in the rain. He's a wonderful young man.

    This was one of the most uncomfortable and unacceptable shopping experiences I've had…read more I stopped in during my lunch break wearing my construction work clothes, and from the moment I walked in, I was clearly being singled out. An employee named Cesar repeatedly followed me through multiple aisles, watching me closely the entire time. This was not customer service--it was targeted surveillance that made me feel harassed and profiled. I want to be very clear: being followed around a store like that is not only disrespectful, it crosses the line into behavior that can be considered harassment. I was doing nothing wrong, yet I was treated like a suspect simply based on how I looked. No customer should feel intimidated or uncomfortable while shopping. I expect better from any business that values professionalism and respect. If this is how customers are treated, especially hardworking people just stopping in during their day, then management needs to seriously address this immediately. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to be aware of how they may be treated here

    To start.... this is more about attitude towards the unhoused than AutoZone as a whole. The young…read moreman that originally helped me was great. I have no issues with him he was very polite and tried to be helpful. I have two gift cards that are each under $15. I have no car so they are of no use to me in the store. I requested to redeem the balancea for cash. I understand that the policy for AutoZone is that they do not redeem for cash. However, being that this is California, Effective April 1, 2026, California Civil Code Section 1749.5(b)(2) requires retailers to redeem gift cards with a remaining balance of less than $15 for cash upon request. Previously set at $10, this law applies to electronic and physical gift cards, excluding specific promotional or prepaid cards. The 2nd young man at the counter advised me that they don't do that. When I pointed out that CA law says they have to he stated that "well that's CA law... We go by AutoZone law". I asked if he would look it up on his phone as my phone was dead so I couldn't. He refused. I asked for the manager and he stated he was the manager. I asked for both of their names. The "manager" stated he didn't have a name. So I asked for his direct supervisor. I was told to call the number on the window. And again said he didn't have a name. I get it that maybe they are unaware of the requirement. But to refuse to offer to look into it.... Dismissing me as though he's answered and that is final.... The manager with no name made it very clear in his tone throughout the whole conversation that he has certain opinions about the unhoused. I am not JUST an unhoused person. I am a consumer who had 2 gift cards that I have no use for and would like to exercise my right to redeem said gift cards for the less than $30 so that I may put that towards something that would be useful for me. My housing situation should have no connection as to whether or not the manager with no name will be willing to do what a manager is expected to..... Simply look it up. Or reach out to the store manager for direction. Also... If the manager with no name had bothered to read the gift card I had just been issued....

    We came here to test our battery tonight and our car literally completely stopped functioning when…read morewe got here. While waiting an hour for a tow truck, an employee named Glen helped us to figure out the problem and potential causes. He went above and beyond what any employee would typically do to help. Glen treated us like family without aiming to get anything in return. His impressive knowledge, along with his incredible kindness were very moving and reminded us what true customer service and care should look like. This AutoZone has found an exceptional employee and we could not be more grateful for the service we received tonight. Thank you Glen!
