What I got instead was what I can only describe as lightly warmed, paper-thin sadness. The meat was dry, completely unseasoned, and so thin I'm pretty sure it qualified as deli meat. I've had better flavor from airport food... and that's saying something. No sizzle, no aroma, no personality. Just a plate that looked like it gave up halfway through cooking. Service? Let's just say it matched the food--uninspired and forgettable. The only positive is that this meal actually helped my diet because after a few bites I had zero desire to keep eating. So technically... thanks for that? Would I come back? Only if I needed a reminder of what fajitas are not supposed to be. 0/10 for flavor 10/10 for reinforcing my self-control

We ordered 2 chicken items, Garlic Chicken and diabla chicken. Both essentially the same item but with different sauces. The Garlic chicken was good for a bit, and then became pretty overpowering. The sauce is a butter sauce, that would probably be great on some pasta. The Diabla chicken was anything but spicy. The red sauce it was in was about as spicy as milk. The pickled jalapeño slices served on the plate were extremely spicy in comparison and they didn't have much heat to them. The service was much better than the food. I'm really surprised they have the amount of traffic they do with the food as lacking as it is. Might be the bar is where the draw is.

No customer service skills AT ALL. Avoid these amateurs like the plague, they don't even know how to speak to customers and address basic concerns, they don't care to even try. Not a business worthy of anyone's time or money, NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, AVOID! For the same money go to a decent Mexican restaurant that actually cares about keeping customers, and btw, this is coming from someone who WAS a regular at Silvas until I got wise about how little they appreciated my business. I didn't think anything of it because usually the food is good there but I was wrong. I ordered a supreme burrito and got a regular burrito for $10 which is the price of the supreme burrito. No sour cream and barely any cheese. They also did not include any radish and only put two napkins for 3 orders, my burrito, my moms 2 tacos and my her husbands 4 tacos. The food was extremely greasy . My moms tortillas looked like they oiled them up and threw them in the microwave. My burrito was literally dripping so much oil that I couldn't eat it without getting grossed out. We will not be coming back here, it is $2 overpriced for extremely poor quality food. It's kinda of sad because I read the paragraph about the founder of the taco truck and they're not delivering her dream. It is possible that it was just the young worker but I will not take my chances and waste my money again.
