Great affordable food! We got perfect seating outside on a great day. The waiter was very friendly and respectful. We had an extended lunch catching up over conversation and dint feel rushed at all. My meal was under $20 which is a steal!

The food was excellent, and the portion sizes were very big. Unfortunately, the service we received from our server, Alexis, was disappointing and made us feel very uncomfortable throughout the meal. From the beginning, Alexis rushed us to order without any warm or courteous approach. It wasn't just me who noticed everyone at the table felt the same way. One of my friends ordered chicken fajitas and waited for the accompanying rice and beans, which never came. When we asked about it, Alexis simply said she forgot to put the order in and walked away no apology or attempt to correct the mistake. While we were still eating and talking, she dropped the check on the table without a word again, very unprofessional. It was our first time at this restaurant, and we genuinely wanted to enjoy the experience, but the attitude and lack of service really left a bad impression. To make things worse, although my boyfriend still tipped 22% out of courtesy and didn't want to go back there ever again. We liked the food, but the service was far below what we expected. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because the food deserves better service to match.

Decent Mexican restaurant and bar located in the Springfield mall. The seats at the bars were outdated and I couldn't understand the theme with all of the different pictures on the wall. Drinks were very fairly priced and tasted great. Fajitas had a lot of flavor. The flautas were too fried and hard.

My kids are obsessed with this restaurant! We frequently visit the Springfield restaurant on the weekends. Food is consistent, fast, hot and always delicious! The worst part is trying to find a parking spot! This place never disappoints!

My mainstay Tex-Mex restaurant, which I wish was closer to my home. It's kind of a guilty pleasure, as I usually skip chain restaurants for mom n' pops, but I just love Chuy's. The chips come with salsa and some addictive, crack-like ranch dip. It's ridiculously good. My friend and I ordered grande swirl margaritas and damn are they good - a mix of frozen lime and strawberry margarita. Those suckers are so easy to drink. So easy! I got the steak burrito with the hatch chile sauce, which was massive! It comes with Mexican rice and refried beans, which I totally dig. Honestly, I've never had anything bad in the many times I've gone. I could do nothing but eat chips and drink margaritas and be very very happy, but then I'd miss out on all their sauces. ;)

Chuy's is my favorite. It's my go-to when I want Mexican food...which is pretty often I have not had a bad meal here. Nor have I ever had bad service. I've even ordered my birthday cake from here the past two years. My favorite is their enchiladas! It always comes out piping hot and the taste is consistent. Their frozen margaritas are also amazing. I recommend the swirl. And if you ask, they'll send you home with a bag of those amazingly fresh tortilla chips and their salsas. Writing this review is making me hungry for some Chuy's!! Might go there later today now

Typical mall mexican food. Good but not great. Our server was really friendly though and took great care of us. Food = 3 stars; Service = 5 stars. Thanks!

This was a cool chain Tex-Mex restaurant. I remember going here as a kid and they used to have a nacho bar and a creamy jalapeño sauce. They no longer have that but I did enjoy my burrito. The steak was extra tender. I sat at the bar during happy hour and also got discounted margaritas. The margaritas were strong and the bartender was very nice and attentive.

We discovered this small chain at another location, which is now closed. The fun decor, the yummy food and salsas (and sauces) are worth the visit. The white salsa is especially wonderful (Cilantro makes the dish). This restaurant is inside the mall. Our server was upbeat and absent much of our visit. He took a break without telling us. I was given a sauce with meat, even though I said I didn't want meat. There are several sauces that don't have meat. They are amazing. The "in your face" burrito is giant. Hubby enjoyed the Elvis dish. The chips are made on site and delicious. Two salsas are served with the basket of chips. The servers gladly give refills. It is easier to get refills if your server isn't on a break. Coworkers filled in, when asked. The manager brought extra salsa and made things right.

My family used to love the Chuy's in Rockville. However, after they closed down a few years ago, we haven't gone as frequently. While visiting my cousin who works in the mall, I decided it was the perfect time to get my fix of the creamy jalapeno sauce and fresh chips. After years of not having Chuy's, it was just as amazing as I remember. I got the flautas (which taste fantastic dipped in the creamy jalapeno sauce), my father got the Elvis special, and we took a container of sauce to go. Our server was super friendly and the food was out within 15 minutes.

Unprofessional service by the managing team. In step of looking for solutions, it's just rude guy not good for costumer service.

I ate inside at a booth with friends on Easter Sunday. I ordered my usual Lengua Tacos with Mexican rice & sides of salsa & sour cream. The rice was good and the lengua meat was good & succulent or semi dry / not so juicy. I probably wouldn't order lengua here again but I would definitely try other food offered. I love the great deals for lunch menu specials. I ordered two takeouts of : 1. Two tamales with beans, queso, & rice ($11.99) 2. Lunch Chimichanga ( Fried burrito with choice of beef or chicken, topped with queso, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream and tomatoes. Served with a side of rice and beans - $12.00 These takeouts were full portions of food in large takeout containers - very happy . My husband scarfed down his takeout food in silence- a sign that the food was amazing. I ate the tamales with beans and rice later for a good dinner. Highly satisfied. There are always lines for bathroom . Only two stalls are available . Definitely need a larger bathroom. The decor in the restaurant were very colorful and made me smile. The seated dining booths were comfy. Very cheerful place and colors everywhere. Great place to sit down with family & friends.

Curiously, El Paso was playing music on the sidewalk, but the music was of some pop strain and definitely not Mexican. For such a hectic evening, service inside was surprisingly good. This was our third visit here. We swore we wouldn't come back after the last time here when our expensive and tiny tequila shots came in shot glasses where the bottom of the glass was halfway to the top of the glass. But hey, who were we to turn down a free Cinco De Mayo dinner? So back here we were. Somebody at our table mentioned that the El Pasos in the DMV were not all owned by a single person, that the brothers in the family had a falling out so these El Pasos have different owners now. That would explain why the El Paso next to Five Guys up on Richmond Highway has such different menus and service. Our favorite El Paso remains the location in Springfield. I went with the birria tacos. They were fat and tasty and came with a great dipping sauce. They also came with rice and beans on a separate plate. A kind of white queso fundido was ordered for the table to go with the brightly colored tortilla chips. This cheese sauce was more like gravy than a true queso fundido. Parking is tight but you will always find parking in back near other businesses.
