Reminds me of the Chuys near our house in Dallas back in the 90s. Food was very tasty. Had the Elvis combo. Everything was done well. The beans were great. Wife had a chicken burrito which she really enjoyed. Like this one a little better than E Tulsa location. read more

Very excited to see this restaurant finally open! EXTREMELY great service! Very attentive and huge sense of urgency. The food was amazing. I had the CHUYChanga, with shredded beef and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. At the very end we ordered the Tres Leches cake, and if you're Latino- you know what a good TL cake is and this is a good one for sure! Wether you come here for lunch or dinner- I recommend getting dessert! It felt as if we were the VIP guest the whole night. This is one of my fav Tex Mex locations; food always fresh and tasty, great customer service. If It weren't so loud inside it would be more enjoyable and they crunch way to much furniture in the space... it's normally pretty comfortable but this last Sunday it was extremely cold inside. So cold I went back to my car and got my Carhart. I know they cant please everyone on the temp, so I'm willing to bring my comfort items. Back to the good, I eat light, normally a cup of their fantastic tortilla soup and I would like a small dinner salad... but the only offer a very large salad. My guess is do they can charge more... it's just too much. So come on Chuy's offer a small dinner salad with a small price. We just left there and I'm now at the drive in at sonic because it was just awful. The food may not be bad, if they could've gotten it right. My husband ordered nachos with steak and chicken with no veggies, they brought him ground beef and chicken. So we had to send it back. It came back with right meat but loaded with lettuce. Yes he's picky but it's his food and if he didn't want lettuce then he shouldn't have to pick through his food. My kids ordered tacos with meat and cheese only, they came out with bell peppers in them! I understand that's probably how their meat is cooked, but we all know probably less than half the child population actually likes bell peppers...back they went. My chimichanga was supposed to have the sauce stuff on the side (I wasn't sure if I'd like it), nope, it was drenched in the sauce. I didn't have the heart to send it back after sending every other dish back. Needless to say, we will not be returning. The waitress was a trooper and super sweet though... read more

Stopped here for lunch, place was crowded, took awhile to get food, that's okay but getting the wrong food is not ,our table and table close bye both got wrong food, plus I had hair on my plate! We're not given a choice of enchilada sauce, mine was so hot, had to scrape it off!! Table salsa is hot but was tasty plus the chips real salty! Best restaurant ive had the pleasure of experiencing in some time. The food was delicious, the prices are very fair and the wait staff and management are great!!! Our waitress Nicole was very good with my toddler and very helpful to this first time chuys customer! She even let me sample the different sauces so I'd know which would go best on my food. I'm slightly hard of hearing so she was gracious enough to repeat herself plenty of times and still maintained a positive, courteous demeanor. The managers came to my table jst to see how I was and we talked about our days a little. It truly felt like family. If you ever want some tex mex and looking for somewhere you will feel comfortable, head on over to chuys , they will take care of you! read more

If you want to eat don't come here. After a hard day's work my friends and I were very hungry and we decided to come here for dinner. We brought a large group of people with us, and even though we had a reservation, they told us there would be a 45 minute wait. The hosts told us to visit their complementary salsa bar. AGAIN I WILL EMPHASIZE WE WERE VERY HUNGRY! The salsa bar was mostly full when we arrived and as we were waiting we proceeded to eat all the salsa and chips. The very rude manager then came out to tell our group we were unable to be seated for a reason that was never explained to us. He refused to let us sit and order, leaving us no other option but to leave. Stay away from this restaurant if you want anything more than free salsa. PS as an all-american-christian-boy I will also point out that I found the shirts for sale in the lobby very offensive and in bad taste. But then again it appears bad taste is what this restaurant is going for. read more

Love this place! Great atmosphere and good food. You have to get the creamy jalapeño dip!!! I love their thin crispy chips and our waiter was awesome! We had some misshaps at our table with a toddler and an 8 months old. He was very patient with us and helpful when possible. read more

This is a new Chuy's. I would normally give them a pass on service because it is new. I sat in the bar and was Promptly waited on. My food was good. Could have had a bit more boom boom sauce but overall it was good. My complaint is the service after getting my food. I had club soda with my meal then switched to beer. Football was on so I decided to stay and have a couple of beers. My reason for three star has nothing to do with my service. It has to do with the way one bartender treated a waitress Who was picking up her table alcohol order. She was trying to talk to the bartender something her table wanted and he totally ignored her. Didn't say a word to her. Made the drinks and handed them off. How rude can you be? I felt so bad for the waitress and her customers. Obviously she had something important to say and he seriously ignored her. It was just plain rude. I'm sure they have tip sharing so he should care about her questions. Anyway he was very good at taking care of his customers. I just wish he hadn't been so rude the the waitress. read more

This restaurant is more of a like it or not kind of thing. Their theme is very cluttered and full, there's no space on the wall that doesn't have something on it. The food itself is also a bit plain. I ordered some fajitas and a queso appetizer. Their queso was very odd and almost had a bad aftertaste. The salsa that came with a bag of chips I got was less like salsa but more of ground tomatoes in a bowl. The fajita meat was almost plain off the grill, it had no seasoning on it and just tasted dull. I wouldn't call this an authentic Mexican restaurant. read more
