Ordering is pretty easy through their site and I went with a small mushroom, pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese pie along with some wings. Ok, the reviews were correct. The pizza was very good. Pizza is subjective and different flavors are preferred all over, but I think this will hit the spot for any pizza lovers. It was a nice buttery crust but not greasy and so glad there was an even amount of ingredients. At times you get way more of one ingredient than the rest and there is just an imbalance in the flavor like they have an overstock of one ingredient they need to get rid of. The wings were ok but wish they had a bit more kick in the buffalo sauce. When looking at the menu this place has it all. When I say all, I am talking about burgers, grinders (hoagies), pasta, seafood, quesadillas, chicken sandwiches, gyros, and I am sure if you ask for something not on the menu they can hook it up for you. If in the area again I will be partaking on another trip and stopping there again. A solid four stars.

It's not like this is my first time there, I am, errr...was a repeat customer. Guess I'm not in their desired customer base anymore. Anyhow, the place down the road was happy to take my money and didn't treat me like someone that wasn't as important as the people who arrived after me while I was waiting to order. I will spend my money on a place that values me as an equal with other customers. Good luck with that business model, I'm out.

Stopped in for dinner last night around 7:00PM. Place was not crowded. Was sat right away. Server did not appear until 20 minutes later. Took longer than it should to get our drinks. The appetizer we ordered took 25 minutes to come. Food was ok. In the end, our pizza/cheesesteak dinner took nearly two hours. The place seems nice. The wait staff needs to do better. After our meal, already in our vehicle the owner approached us accusing my two kids -- my son (18) and my daughter (16) -- of stealing a salt and pepper shaker from the table. To make matters worse, this accusation was repeated by the waitress, as if it were fact. As a parent, I know my children, and I know they would never take something that doesn't belong to them, let alone something as small as a table ornament, and especially not in front of me. What upset me the most was how quickly they jumped to accuse my kids without any proof or even giving us the benefit of the doubt. After supporting this restaurant for so long, it was disappointing and hurtful to have my family treated this way. I expected a family-friendly environment where customers are respected, but instead we were made to feel uncomfortable and wrongly judged. I'm not writing this out of anger but out of genuine disappointment. This experience left a very sour impression, and I cannot see myself coming back. Respect works both ways, and unfortunately, Giuseppe's has lost my trust as a customer. They are older and my dad has mobility issues. They came to KC Prime for dinner after a long day of travel. Madi was their server and truly treated them like family. When the owner (or maybe manager?) Anthony saw that they were planning to walk back to their hotel late at night, he not only made sure they got back to their hotel safely but he gave them his number in case they needed any assistance during their stay in PA. What an incredibly kind gesture from a complete stranger. Good restaurants are hard enough to find, but good restaurants with wonderfully kind and caring people are extremely hard to find.
