I'm back searching for good food and now I'm in Huntington Valley. Found Randazzos Pizza cause it was rated well. We Ordered theVeggie Pizza, a garlic pizza, some garlic Knotts and some jalapeno poppers. The poppers were really good and since it was the ranch sauce instead of the marinara that was a good touch for me. The Knotts were perfect not over done but not burnt. As For the Medium Garlic Pizza we added some chicken as well. The pizza had good flavor with a nice blend of garlic and chicken definitely not burnt like some places will do with the chicken. The large Veggie pizza we added black olives, jalapenos and anchovies. It was probably the 2nd or 3rd best type of speciality pizza I've had in a while. The only down side was the price of the food and the up charge of the added items. Might as well brought a whole can of olives and a pound of jalapenos for the prices charged. I guess at the end of the day places like these are charging full restaurant prices not pizza shop prices. But if money budget or large family isn't your issue try them out. read more

Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza for delivery. Estimated time for delivery was 45 minutes but they ended up bringing the pizza in 30. Flavor was good, not too spicy which is how I prefer it. DO NOT COME HERE! Beware Luigi the manager who is both hostile and uncaring of his customer's experience. Randazzos has been one of our family spots over the years. Today, we decided to try out the food per our family's recommendation. We went into the restaurant excited to experience a possible new date spot only to leave disgusted and appalled by not only the food but the behavior of Luigi the manager. We ordered our food and were told that it was going to be a 15 minute wait. After waiting 45 minutes we finally received our cheesesteak pizza and slices of Buffalo chicken ranch. We had also ordered a drink and after trying 3 different sodas at the fountain we were told by the staff that the machines didn't have syrup. We pushed through and tried to make the most out of the situation and started to eat our cheesesteak pizza. It honestly just didn't taste good. We continued to eat because we had spent $40 on our dinner and didn't want to waste food or our money. We then tried the slices of Buffalo and it was honestly inedible. I almost threw up and my boyfriend described it as "eating cold vomit." It tasted like a microwaved pizza that wasn't heated properly. I nicely approached one of the workers and explained to them how our food was cold, didn't taste as well as we anticipated and that we were just dissatisfied with our meal. I wasn't expecting a full refund by any means. I was more hoping for a discount or some credit. The manager Luigi interjected and loudly demanded "what do you want me to do about it?" Ignoring his attitude I calmly explained the situation and his response was "what do you want me to do about it? Go get me the food and I'll take a bite to see." Shocked but ignoring the blatant disrespect I presented him with the food only for him to glance at it and aggressively yell "nothing's wrong with this food. What do you want me to do about it?" He then proceeded to rudely tell his staff "give her the money and get the hell out. Don't come back here ever again". I've never experienced such disrespect and hostility at any restaurant before. His staff was nice and they even expressed to me that they were sorry for his behavior. After hearing the commotion my boyfriend approached us and basically said "Our family comes here weekly and we've heard nothing but good things. Why are you treating your customers like this?" Luigi just continued to yell. I asked him what his name was and he laughed and said "you want to talk to the manager?" Did a turn as if he left the room and reentered and said "I am the manager and owner." I was just absolutely disgusted and appalled by his behavior. I would also like to note that he didn't have a mask on. He was the person cooking all of the food and he had NO mask on despite CDC regulations. They ended up giving us partial of our money but as we were leaving Luigi continued to yell and persisted with his tantrum. I would understand his reaction if I had approached them aggressively and demanded a refund, but I was nothing but nice and polite. Do not go here to eat because you will be greatly disappointed and god forbid you have a problem with your order since the manager is clearly inadequate and doesn't know how to talk to his customers. read more

I've never had a slice of pizza from here that wasn't utter perfection. The bottom of the crust has that crisp bite to it, and it's loaded with delicious, hot toppings. My only complaint is they do have one cashier who was pretty rude to me on one occasion but when I go I just pray she isn't there. read more

The food is delicious and reasonably priced, however I had an experience that I feel should be mentioned. One night I called in an order for pick up, it was two large plain pies. When I got there to pick it up I was a few minutes early, I stepped aside and let other people order. A gentleman went up and asked if there were any pizza specials, she replied two large pizzas for twenty dollars (that's not the right price, I forget what the actual price was). When my pies were ready I went to pay and asked if I could get the special price, the girl said to me, no, you have to mention the special when ordering! If my kids weren't home and wishing for pizza I would have walked out, instead I paid the regular price and decided not to return! So mention specials when ordering, or they won't honor them! The Cheesesteaks here beat out some of the best cheesesteak joints in Philly. I'm Not even joking. The portion is huge too. I can only eat 1/2 due to the amount of meat and cheese they use. It's crazy. Their pizza is also really good. A lot of different varieties to choose from (bbq chicken,buffalo chicken, chicken bacon ranch, etc...) Mozzarella fries,chicken fingers,mozzarella sticks... you name it, it's all good. The only thing holding this place back from 5 stars is that they always forget something. Lol Every single Visit. Found this place after shopping at the nearby Weis Market. They have a huge menu with a lot to select from. The first time I went with my daughter, brother and nephew and got the cheese steak special which comes with fries and a fountain drink for $9.99. The steak was filled with so much meat and the meat was literally spilling out! The steak was delicious. Me and my daughter tore it up. The fries were well done and tasted good as well and the fountain drinks were free refill which is also a plus- since I live in Philly and there's a soda tax. The second time I came with my family, I ordered the cheese steak special again since I like it so much and ordered a slice of gourmet pizza. It had spinach, ricotta cheese and tomato on it. It was really good, I especially love the taste of the crust. The crust brings me back to a childhood pizza place that since been closed down. The prices here are a little on the higher side, but it's worth it because the food is great! If you go also try the mozzarella fries, they are delicious. They packed the fries with so much cheese and the fries were still crispy not soggy. The staff is very friendly and helpful and very fast when there are lines. I frequently order from here for lunch with my coworkers because we work just a couple stores down. Their caprese salad is seriously awesome! It's a huge salad filled with so much mozzarella, tomatoes, a lettuce wedge, red peppers, and balsamic glaze. It's usually my go to, but if I'm feeling a cheat day I'll order their chicken finger platter. They give you a lot of food so it's good to share! Usually runs at about $8 for both of the items. Workers are on the ball and make your food quickly. Randazzos is a much higher upgrade then what it used to originally be. The staff are all friendly, especially Gus! One of the Worst customer service I have experienced. I placed an online order for pizza and wings, i used coupon for the wings that was Published on their website. Coupon was accepted and order went through fine. 10 min later i got a call from the store saying that they cannot honor the coupon. I said it was on your website not a 3rd party coupon but the caller was adamant about not accepting the coupon and order would be $10 more for the wings. He even said, you can cancel the order if you want. I said i cannot accept partial order, why don't you cancel the whole thing. To that the caller responded with..."Get the F**k outta here" and hung up. Totally appalled at the callers behavior. Needless to say, I would never go to a place where you get treated this way. I've only experienced this place once and would be willing to bump up my rating on more trips. My first try was a good one though. French fries are super crispy and amazing. I'm a picky fry person, so they won me over immediately with that. I had the "Chicken Italiano," which was a sandwich consisting of some deliciously crisp chicken, broccoli rabe, and sharp provolone.
