And then came the food... We started with "nachos with everything." This was an extremely large plate of incredibly soggy nacho soup. Personally, I prefer melted cheese to queso sauce on my nachos, but I've had good nachos with queso. These nachos were swimming in a thin queso. It did not help that the chicken was also very, very wet. For the entree I ordered chiles rellenos. I was anticipating a nice cheese pull. Instead, when I cut into it it bled out the same darn thin queso. It was gross. I'd take Trader Joe's frozen version of this dish any day of the week. This was bad.
