We just ordered the XL Hawaiian and it was incredible! We all couldn't get over how fantastic it was, and we eat a lot of pizza in our family and have high standards. The staff was very friendly (and yes they were wearing masks but I read in an older review that they were NOT which was disheartening). The value was incredible too! Still in pursuit of "NY" pizza in Bend, I tried Cibelli's last night. The Xtra large pizza, freshly made in about 10 minutes, was ample to feed my kids and two adults and was delicious. The crust was crisp and chewy in the correct places, the sauce to cheese ration was perfect, the sauce was perfectly seasoned..... the pizza folded for the perfect grease spill. The space itself isn't fancy at all. The inside tables are unadorned (other than table cloths) and on that hot day the a/c was a little inadequate, but if you are a true NY pizza foodie, you will note this decor as an authentic NY Pizza eatery aesthetic. If I could go 4.5 I would. I love Cibellis though not a fan of the prospects of eating there. This is definately a take out place. Lively crew of people in there too some waiting some working. I call it the wild life of the west side. fun, The best deal here is the Giant Family pizza. I used this size as an excuse with my wife to upgrade from my sedan to an Excursion and now a Suburban to fit the thing in the rig without opening the rear hatch! Huge and it feeds my family of five and leaves a couple slices for my favorite thing in the world. Morning pizza with two fried eggs on top! Try it first huh! Anyway, great crust and sause (they will sell it to you so you can make your own too) and ample ingredients. Not too much meat very similar to New York style as oppossed to Chicago. Great New York style pizza (go with the extra thin) served quickly. After moving to Bend my wife and I needed to establish a pizza joint for our weekly fix. We tried a few places, but this is by far our favorite. They don't offer delivery sadly, but it is close enough to our house that we have no problem making it there and back without too much trouble. With several locations to choose from, it is a good bet. Also, if you show them you have their phone number programmed into your cell phone, you get a 10% discount. Yee haw! read more

The impressive thing about this place is that when a mom with 2 little kids dropped her pizza, the cook made her a new one. The pizza wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't "New York style". This was my top pick for pizza but tonight took them down on my list. Pizza was burned on the bottom so bad that we had to peal away just to be able to eat it. I always check to make sure my toppings are correct but who knew you also need to check the bottom! What has happened to you guys? I paid $22 for a burned pizza? No more. The reason I am posting this review is the fact that I sent my husband in there to order a pizza and have pineapple added. To have additional toppings added it's only $2.75 for each. They charged us $40 for a pizza because we wanted one additional topping, one. We will never be going back there again. They could have charged us for a veggie pizza and added the additional topping but instead charged for a cheese and added 6 toppings at $2.75 each. This is absurd. Horrible service. I do not recommend Cibellis if this is the way they handle their customers and rip them off. read more

We were exhausted when we got into Bend. We ordered pizza and salad for pick up. We ordered a large, which was huge The Greek salad was excellent. It was fresh and the dressing was tasty. I had a regular dinner salad and I was impressed with how fresh the vegetables were. Our pizza had olives, pineapple, and chicken on it. The cheese was perfect proportioned and the olives and pineapple were plentiful. The thin crust was still filling and yummy. Great pizza! read more

The actual pizza flavor only gets a 3. The toppings were on the lighter side and the sauce was thin even though I asked for extra sauce. BUT the value and service was great, thus earning another star. We got the 8 for $38. A GIANT 3 topping pizza, large cheese breadsticks, large salad and 2- 2L sodas!!! The pizza is so big you can barely eat 1 slice! I would say the breadsticks were very good. They taste like really yummy , doughy bread and then add mozzarella and parmesan! We got the Caesar salad and the greens were fresh with lots of parmesan. This was an enormous amount of food. I would get this again, especially for a group of teens! (they seem to like quantity over quality) The actual business is small. There is a TV but I would not want to eat there. There is no real atmosphere, just very plain. It is definitely a take out kind of place in my opinion. I do have to comment on the service, that was really over the top kind, especially from all young people. A young man graciously carried that humongous pizza to my car, all on his own accord. I said I could handle everything and he insisted! Cibilli's is great pizza. Tastes good and has tons of toppings. Also the sizes of pizza can easily fill up four adults. This joint is a bit on the spendy side, but you know why when you see the mounds of toppings they use. The pizza also tastes great! read more

Great quality and size for the price, the $3.50 giant slice will fill you up and is tastey. Great for two travellers that struggle to eat out on $10 or less. Good Pizza, Great service. Here's something that I like that they do (not related to pizza): When you put money in their tip jar, they ring a bell and everyone working says 'thank you'. That's nice. I called for my pizza and they said a 1/2 hour and when I showed up they looked and started laughing because they forgot. They said it would be 6 minutes and then asked if I wanted 2 liters.
