We waited 45 miinutes after our appointment time we were finally taken to the chairs. Okay thats fine people can get behind. I picked a pedicure that I think was 3rd from the top. It was supposed to have a 10 minute massage( I think I was trying to remember the exact time.) mine was 3 minutes. He set a timer to do the massage and then it ran for 3 minutes before he shut it off and got up and walked around. The lady insisted that the small flower HAD to be in get even though I requested multiple times to do not gel. I dont react to gel well and I dont like it. I tried to convey that to her even as she was forcing it on to my toes. Then they even charged me extra for the gel that I told her I didn't want. Fast forward to a few hours later. I look down as soon as I got home and half of the toe nail polish had come off. I was very dry and okayed to leave when I left. The cherry on the top is I go to get a pedicure a couple times a year to help combat ingrown toenails. I got a pedicure on Friday it is now Tuesday and I have an ingrown toenail. I am so disappointed and frustrated. You would think that paying $77 for a pedicure you would get a good one.

I called them today and asked if I could get them fixed and they said to come in. I was a spectacle when I was seated, everyone had to come look, one of the men asked if I even got them done there because he didn't recognize the color!!! Then it was a big ordeal because they wanted to paint them the wrong color again , and were arguing with me!!! I'll never step foot in there again, that's absolutely a horrible way to treat a customer when it was their employee that made the mistakes!!!

We booked our pedicures online, and when we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. We said yes, and we declined everything that was offered after that . The staff uses mini walkie-talkies to communicate. We were seated and given a sheet to choose our pedicure. That's when I noticed that what we were offered was extra services to the pedicure. Depending on the type of pedicure, a basic foot massage is included. So, we decided on keeping additional minutes for foot massage. After we picked our pedicure, the staff got to work, ensuring we were happy with everything. The salon was clean and welcoming, and on the day I visited, everyone was wearing Seahawks jerseys, which was a nice touch. They also have alcoholic beverages for sale, an ATM on-site, and live music entertainment. Overall, the experience was great, maybe get rid of automatically offering add-ons before you even start. The regulars know about this, but for first-timers, it's not a good way to add charges.

I chose the upgraded "mask" pedicure but don't recall a mask being applied. I did receive a discount for paying in cash: $84 total. I was asked to rate the visit and gave them and gave a "good" when asked what could have been done to make it better, I told them it was exactly as I expected a mani/pedi to be. Nothing outstanding about it. Other things that went into my decision: they were very flat with upselling to me, but with others they explained the upsell. They offered drinks to others who arrived. I was not offered anything. My nail tech was having a conversation with anyone group of employees behind me. She did say anything to me besides what I wanted for my service. I will not be back in the area, but if I was, I would not visit this salon again.
