While this place smells nice and the people were nice, I really had a bad experience. I got a…read morepedicure with my sister. We waited 45 miinutes after our appointment time we were finally taken to the chairs. Okay thats fine people can get behind. I picked a pedicure that I think was 3rd from the top. It was supposed to have a 10 minute massage( I think I was trying to remember the exact time.) mine was 3 minutes. He set a timer to do the massage and then it ran for 3 minutes before he shut it off and got up and walked around. The lady insisted that the small flower HAD to be in get even though I requested multiple times to do not gel. I dont react to gel well and I dont like it. I tried to convey that to her even as she was forcing it on to my toes. Then they even charged me extra for the gel that I told her I didn't want. Fast forward to a few hours later. I look down as soon as I got home and half of the toe nail polish had come off. I was very dry and okayed to leave when I left. The cherry on the top is I go to get a pedicure a couple times a year to help combat ingrown toenails. I got a pedicure on Friday it is now Tuesday and I have an ingrown toenail. I am so disappointed and frustrated. You would think that paying $77 for a pedicure you would get a good one.

I went in four days ago for a pedicure and…read morethe woman was rude, she was rough on my nails, I couldn't wear shoes for two days, the color wasn't even on my nails, the nails were cut crooked, they left paint on the outsides of my nails and to top it off, they put the wrong color on my nails. I called them today and asked if I could get them fixed and they said to come in. I was a spectacle when I was seated, everyone had to come look, one of the men asked if I even got them done there because he didn't recognize the color!!! Then it was a big ordeal because they wanted to paint them the wrong color again , and were arguing with me!!! I'll never step foot in there again, that's absolutely a horrible way to treat a customer when it was their employee that made the mistakes!!!

We booked our pedicures online, and when we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The front desk staff…read morequickly checked us in using an iPad, and as they were doing so, they asked if we'd like a foot massage with our pedicures. We said yes, and we declined everything that was offered after that . The staff uses mini walkie-talkies to communicate. We were seated and given a sheet to choose our pedicure. That's when I noticed that what we were offered was extra services to the pedicure. Depending on the type of pedicure, a basic foot massage is included. So, we decided on keeping additional minutes for foot massage. After we picked our pedicure, the staff got to work, ensuring we were happy with everything. The salon was clean and welcoming, and on the day I visited, everyone was wearing Seahawks jerseys, which was a nice touch. They also have alcoholic beverages for sale, an ATM on-site, and live music entertainment. Overall, the experience was great, maybe get rid of automatically offering add-ons before you even start. The regulars know about this, but for first-timers, it's not a good way to add charges.

I got just a regular manicure and pedicure which was about $39 each. Quite Expensive. Since I posted to Instagram story and tagged them I received 10% off. They have an option for tip if you pay with your card, or you can leave cash. There is also an atm there. My manicure turned out good and clean but ending up chipping just days later. My pedicure was nice as well, just the polish was a little messy and toes were cut not the straightest so that was disappointing. The foot massage was very nice and felt good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I've gotten a better pedicure before elsewhere so I likely won't be back. This was just for a spur of the moment while on vacation I stopped here.

She also did an awesome job on my gel manicure as well. She was able replicate the design I found online. Definitely go see her when you need to get a manicure / pedicure. She's really pleasant to work with and she wants to make sure you are happy with her service before she'll let you go!
