The food was excellent, the service was wonderful and the counter lady who took our order helped us select the best size pizza for the best cost. She also gave us suggestions for leftovers because you will have leftovers. My wife and daughter could only finish two slices. I order a smaller one for myself because my wife can't have mushroom. While the table setting reminds one of picnic table cafeteria style seating, it is well kept and comfortable. The place is well light, clean and the entire staff is friendly and appears to work well together. They also serve pizza by the slice in case you are not hungry enough. You order at the counter where there is still some sort of plexiglass Covid barrier. That's strange. I've been by several times and I thought I was just getting old slices of pizza because I'm typically here at lunch. I have always just gotten reheat slices from the case. It's always just been ok. Everything tasted so good! I had chicken Alfredo, pepperoni pizza, meatballs and cannolis. You can TELL everything was made fresh. 3 kids who are all very different eaters, ate everything. Husband couldn't stop eating and I was also having a hard time saying no to more. If you haven't stopped by, please try it at least once! They were also pretty friendly when I came in to pickup. I dropped by here on a random Saturday evening, and am glad that I did. My companion and I ate inside, which was the exception, given all the takeout orders we witnessed. We shared a regular Greek salad to begin our meal. The ingredients were fresh and generously portioned. The feta cheese was delicious. We had put in an order for an 18" Deluxe Pizza, minus the pepperoni. OMG! The crust was so fresh. It turns out that they make their pizza dough from scratch, and then proof it for eighteen hours! We brought home two cannolis, and they were worth every penny! There is ample indoor seating for a few dozen people, and there's an HD television with sports running on it. First review of 2024! Isabella's is a Bartlett small business and has been serving the area for many years. First visit was today (1/23/24), they offer dine in or carry out. A few patrons were dining in, but I chose carry out. I ordered the 14inch(small) Deluxe, a cannoli, and cheese sticks. The pizza looks just like their social media pics (no filter needed) and the pizza had a NY flop! The toppings were light, light sauce and melty cheese. I prefer this version over a pizza with lots of sauce. The cannoli was good also and full of filling! The cheese sticks ( mozzarella sticks) were good, I wish it was actually garlic bread with cheese or whatever and not mozzarella sticks. Either way, it wasn't enough for me to never go back. I was greeted, allowed to view the menu, and my order was quickly taken. Pizza took maybe 20-30mins, I didn't pay attention to the time. Pizzas are made to order, they do sell pizza by the slice, salads, cheesecakes, calzones, Stromboli, etc. The menu isn't extensive or overwhelming, they keep it simple, but offer a variety of items. The restaurant was clean, they have a shelf with products used for preparing the food, and the staff member that took my order was friendly. A big disappointment. Went there for the first time with big expectations after all the reviews. Ordered 2 small salads and 2 slices of de luxe pizza. The person who took our order was helpful. The salad was good. The pizza? Not good at all. It was cold to begin with. One slice had chopped ham and mushrooms. The other had pepperoni. Both had slices of raw onions and bell peppers. Both slices were supposed to be deluxe but what we got were 2 different cold slices. I think this place is over rated. I will not go back nor will I recommend it. We had 2 extra mouths last night and didn't feel like cooking so found Isabellas - the highest rated pizza place in our ares (if you ignore the pub that no longer serves pizza!). We ordered takeout and I reflexively ordered a large (4 people, right?) Pepperoni. When I got my first look at it, I gasped at the size - perhaps the largest 'large' I've ever seen! We ate 1-2 pieces each (hey, I'm not a young man anymore) and had about half left for today's lunch, etc. About $23 if I recall. The taste was great and it was ready on time. The food here is exceptional! They have the best tasting pizza, but i often come just for the grilled chicken salad. They're so healthy and filling! I get mine with all the veggies--carrots, black olives, red onion, cucumbers, banana peppers, pepperoncinis, tomatoes, and sometimes i add spinach. The chicken is lean, juicy and marinated just right. This salad has become a staple in my healthy eating plan since last fall & i end up eating one a few times a week. The italian dressing is authentic, made in house & delicious! I've been ordering my salad with ranch lately because they started making that in house too--yum!! Its a big salad. I never leave hungry & the pepperoncinis give it an extra crunch and kick that i look forward to. When i am giving myself a cheat day, i order the white spinach pizza or a steak sub. Steak sub from isabellas also happens to be my favorite sandwich in town. I've been ordering that since i was a teenager & tastes just as good today as it did back then. The bread is light and flaky, toasted in the oven with steak and mozzarella, then topped off with onion lettuce and tomato. They give you and one of those italian dressings on the side and it MAKES the sub! The vibe here is friendly, clean and professional with an upbeat atmosphere. The dining area is basic. There was a young lady deep cleaning a table and the floor. It smelled like she was using Fabulous; in which was too strong in my opinion if I was dining. I ordered the meat lovers pizza and a large garden salad. The pizza has an authentic taste; which was good. The slices were huge. The salad was mainly fresh. A few of the cucumbers were slimy and iceberg lettuce. I'm not a fan of iceberg lettuce and I should've asked. I wonder if there are options for a different type of lettuce? The three of us each got a slice that was large with a nice amount of toppings without being too greasy, and a couple large fountain drinks for $22. They also sell strombolis, salads, pepperoni breadsticks, etc. Definitely made one my top 3 places for a slice in the Memphis area. read more

I used to like this place, but it just wasn't my favorite. That kept me away for a while. Sometimes when one place closes, it's downhill from there. I was wrong here. I love it even more than before. I've had the calzone and the pizza. I love the dough. The calzone and Stromboli are big. You get a lot for your money here and it's good. There is a lunch special here and you can fill up on good food for only $6! Yes that's right. A $6 Lunch. Very happy with that! And one thing I noticed was that someone will greet you as soon as you walk in the door. And unlike some places where the cashier is busy with customers, one of the cooks will ask what you want so he/she can get your food in the oven right away, before you've even had the chance to order.
