One or the worse experiences I've ever had eating out in general. Very unfriendly service and I also left a tip btw. I ordered a pizza when we got here and after 15mins asked abt it and they forgot. Which is fine but no apology then they came to me 5mins later saying they made the wrong pizza I told them it's fine just bring the one they made. Pizza never came... so disappointed because I use to enjoy CiCi's but I can absolutely see why they're getting shut down. Half star rating tbh read more

Really tried giving Cicis the benefit of the doubt but tonight was just disappointing . Walked in with a group of 5, received no greeting just stares. We check out and begin to go get our drinks and realize other customers are complaining about no ice - after everybody had paid. Mind you it's 6:30 and almost every pizza was gone. I went to talk to someone and he was very condescending when talking and gave no apologies for their inconvenience and when I walked away him and the girl were in the back giggling about it. As a restaurant manager I would never laugh at a customers complaint while they were still in the room to where they could still hear me. Very unprofessional. read more

As expected unfortunately, I was hoping they had made improvements since my last visit. They did offer to make anything I wanted on the bar, which was great but the employees were arguing with each other over cleaning the drink station. read more

The buffet was filthy - lettuce was old and the mushrooms were completely brown and gross. There was NO soup - sitting empty with spoon in it. No pasta and the sauce looked like it had been sitting for hours. Two available pizzas and they were cold. The staff made a couple more pizzas when we asked - dough was raw. The staff were young and just hanging out. A young lady was wiping the bar up with a rag and literally wiping it across the pizza. Probably the very worst experience I have ever had and I did not have huge expectations. read more

Very clean Plenty of parking Friendly and attentive staff If the pizza you want is not on the buffet you can request and they will make it for you! They always announce when a new pizza is being added to the buffet. Overall this location has provided a pleasant dining experience each time we have come. Would definitely recommend! read more

Visiting Bass pro shop from Navarre Florida, decided to stop by the always good cicis pizza seeing the mid reviews left here made me hesitant to eat here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful made a ton of fresh pizzas and dessert. Great experience. read more

All of the teenage employees are on their phones. Pizza is old and cold. No ice for drinks and the sweet tea isn't sweet.

Phenomenal service and great food! I definitely recommend this restaurant. It was my first time in this cicis location and they came to our table and greated us and made sure everything was great even though they were about to close didn't rush us or anything. read more

We arrived about 915pm. They employees were so welcoming and helpful. They even took the time to search for a soccer game we were wanting to watch. The food was fresh and the restaurant was clean. Service is unmatched to any other buffet I've ever been to. 8.99$ for unlimited pizza buffet including pasta and salad is very cheap and a great deal. We were greeted with smiles and a very cheerful staff and he offered to make us any pizza we wanted- anything we could think of! We both ordered custom pizzas and it was delicious. The man working on 1/5/24 was super friendly and such a lovely person. He was the epitome of excellent customer service. There's even a cute little arcade in the corner for kids. Overall, a must visit if you are in the area and hungry. read more

STILL NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR PIZZA It being Father's day the steak house and a couple of others places were packed. So we seen Cici's so we decided to go there. We entered at 12:15 pm and there were no one inside eating. We paid and as we went down the line I notice there were only partial pizzas. It dawn on me that this was pizza probably left over from Saturday night. A total of fifteen people were in the restaurant when we left and that included children. They only put out three hot pizzas during our visit. I don't think I will ever try them again. Foley restaurant has this site beat hands down. I will drive down there first before ever coming back to this place. read more

I really hate to give them one start because the food was pretty decent for our first time visiting. The staff is the issue. Super young disrespectful children are working there and it makes it stressful when they want to be rude or argue with you over something that could of easily been handled. Stopped in with my boys late Friday evening after baseball practice. Even though we were shortly after closing the manager told us to come in. I was so impressed with his friendliness and service, very attentive, and the food quality was really, really good. If you get the chance ask for the cinnamon rolls, absolutely delicious. And tell that manager thank you. He made the night for my two boys! read more

The normal Wednesday manager is AMAZING! He always makes our favorite pizzas for us, but today their was someone else there. Both manager have definitely turned this store around, and you can tell that the new management is working hard to make this Cici's awesome. read more

It was not quite as good as I remembered it to be BUT the cleanliness was on point. They are handling all the COVID guidelines beautifully. The desert pizza was amazing. There was a really awesome staff member working on the day we visited. She had pink/ blonde hair and was OVERLY friendly and accommodating. She deserves a gold star for sure.
