They started us with fresh bread, herbs, and a bottle of olive oil for dipping it was SO good and full of flavor! We got our drinks right away and were able to place our order quickly. We ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, and they were perfectly cheesy and melted in your mouth with a delicious sauce. For our meals, my fiancé got the Chicken Alfredo and I ordered the Filet & Shrimp Pasta Toscana. Both were amazing! My steak was tender, juicy, and cooked perfectly honestly better than Texas Roadhouse. The shrimp and sauce tied everything together perfectly. My fiancé's Alfredo was just as good flavorful chicken and a rich, creamy sauce. The service was excellent, especially for how busy they were. Our food came out fast and tasted fresh. Stopped by for dinner on New Years Eve and there was no wait. I've noticed that this location doesn't usually seem busy so if you want a good dinner without waiting for a table, this might be a good choice. The service was great even though our waitress had a two very large parties. The inside could use a little maintenance as our table was at one time attached to the wall but now not and showed damage to where it had been attached. The complimentary bread is A++. I ordered the short ribs with mashed potatoes and honey carrots. Everything was really good but the carrots had Italian seasoning on them which to me made no sense with the sweet honey theme. Our first visit and we enjoyed it. We did call ahead seating but, it was not necessary. The service was was good as was the food. Plenty of parking on a Thursday night at 630. We started bread and olive oil spcied dipping sauce and the Arancini Appetizer with a dipping sauce, this was a very filling appetizer and very tasty. Next, I had the chicken parmesan, and she had the shrimp and scallop linguini. Both entrees were tasty and arrived at the table hot. We were too full for dessert, maybe next time. Dined for dinner a few days after Christmas. The restaurant was moderately busy with a calm holiday atmosphere and pleasant volume. We were astonished that TWO large tables were seated after us and that didn't affect room volume. Our server was excellent and attentive. We started with the Tuscan Breadstick tower (breadsticks and fried cheese) -- this was a fun app and paired great with their delicious bread service too. My Caesar Salad was crispy and dressed well. Tried to take my wife to dinner here. Walked up to a broken front door window and trash all over the ground. Waited several minutes to be seated. An older, very slow moving man that acted like a manager finally passed us off to a server and sat us in a booth near the bar. We sat there 20 minutes and were never greeted by anyone. The female bartender made eye contact with us then looked away. Finally got up and left. Wanted to talk with a manager but none to be found. Two female servers were on their phones at the host stand. After two unsuccessful attempts to eat a Olive Garden we kept looking and found this little gym. The danger of getting stuck in a comfort zone sometimes you can miss things they're actually better than what you were looking for. The problem we ran into at Olive Garden there was no hostess to us. When she finally did show up she said it'd be a 20 minute wait unless we wanted to sit in the bar area. Very confusing to a customer. Even if the reason is you're short staffed why not rebalance the tables so they're spread across all the weight staff? The second time we tried Olive Garden we left. And that forced us over here. Food is not good compared to how pricey it is. The servers are okay they have to do way too much for how much money they make. A little unprofessional from what I've realized with them being out of ice and the manager/OWNER not coming in when she needs and not letting anyone interrupt her when they need help. The ambiance is okay tho I would love to sit there if the food matched the pricing. read more

Example: Freshly grated cheese with the meal. Hot bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Ya know. Which increasing our wait time when hot food is on the table. No, thank you. We went in at 630 and there were only two other tables seated. When we finally got a table it was dirty so we asked to move. The whole place was dirty and moldy. The bathroom was a disaster of filth and poop all over the seats and only one of the three stalls had a working door. Like the whole restaurant hadn't been cleaned in so long. My husband looked at the moldy ceiling and the dirty silverware and asked if we wanted to go. We didn't trust them to prepare a meal for us without us getting sick so we walked out. read more

The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing and the tables are dimly lit at night so it sets a vibe that's perfect for date night. Our server was on point. His name was Uriah (what a cool name) and he was attentive without being smothering and such a gentleman. We ordered a pitcher of the Blackberry Sangria (honestly the main reason we come here) and he poured our glasses for us. It has fruit in it and it's so delicious. The Chicken Parmesan was great. It would've been better with pasta noodles - it was an option, but I wasn't very hungry and knew I wouldn't be able to eat them, so I didn't get them, so that's not a negative remark, that's just me saying it would've been better with the noodles, but it was great regardless. The cheese on top of it was thick and perfect. My husband enjoyed his food. He got the soup and some kind of shrimp pasta. I don't know what it was, I didn't care. I was consuming my own delicious meal. Haha. The fresh baked bread and olive oil they bring you to munch on while the food is being cooked is so good. This a great spot for dinner or to have a drink! The bartender took such great care of us and everyone else seated at the bar. I've only been to this location a couple of times but I will definitely be back because of the great service. I got the lobster ravioli and my husband got the veal piccata. We also had the zucchini fritte appetizer which came with an amazing sauce. Our dishes were very good but the Caesar salad was not one of the better ones I've had. The vibe is good. The bread and seasoned olive oil are good. The veal was good. My husband likes their steak - I do not. I am a steak snob, and I am not a fan. But he loves it. So you're on your own with that one. My advice - if you want steak, go to a good steakhouse. But to each their own. We eat here a lot and are always happy. Reasonable prices. I mean, it is Carrabas. We ate at this location about two weeks ago and it was the worst meal I have had in a really long time. The food was not up to quality. The prices were outrageous! The service was terrible. We did not have a large party of people and we waited about two hours for our food. There was a large table seated next to us and they were very loud so the ambience was far from pleasing we had chosen Carrabba's because it is such a great place to go for a celebration. Sam, TC, Ann and the staff at Carrabba's Italian Grill located in Mobile, Al treat us like family. My husband and I dine at this restaurant at least 2 times a week. The food is excellent, the staff is amazing and very attentive to their customers. This restaurant is a very nice place to have lunch or dinner. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We also enjoy the Wine Club! If I had any complaints, it would be the need for some attention to the ceiling tiles that need replacing.
