As many times as I've came to this location I have never been so disappointed with my experience before. Not only did I order a custom pizza ( no cheese , just bacon & sausage ) in which the server repeated back to me my exact order just for it to come out a taco pizza. This is the second time I've came here ordering the same thing in which the taco pizza is what was given. ( I did not get a picture bc I did not take the plate) I then proceeded to reorder my pizza in which they gave it to me as shown. 2 slices with no meat just straight sauce as well as an attitude by the manager , Ron , when I asked them to correctly make my pizza that I paid for. First Ronald Let's just say I rarely go to any buffet because I've had a gastric surgery but my son took his last final for HS this week and all he wanted was a cici's buffet. The fact that you felt entitled to ask me for my medical records to prove that I had a gastric surgery is appalling. The fact that you were dead serious and had obviously requested this as a cici's Garland standard is clear HIPPA violation in the past just shows how cheap your sick company is. No I will not be going to get written verification from my doctor to prove to you that I had a gastric surgery to save 3$ on a buffet. Yes I offered to pay full buffet price to take a buffet Togo not knowing it was pay by the slice so I could sit and eat with my son. I have done this same thing at every Chinese buffet and Dimassi's Lebanese restaurant for 10 years. How would I know the manager at cicis (Ronald) would be the one that would ensure that I didn't use my medical procedure to steal an extra slice of the cici's gourmet buffet. I appreciate your candor and cannot wait to never return to your establishment. This way I will not have to be patronized by Ronald and higher order of humanity that cici's obviously represents. I'm really disappointed with my recent visit to this Cici's Pizza. The place felt dirty, which already made the experience uncomfortable. On top of that, they don't offer water cups anymore you HAVE to pay for a drink cup just to get water. My dad has diabetes and can't drink soda, so that's honestly unacceptable and makes things way harder than they should be. Also, while I was there, I saw one of the workers taking pictures on her phone, touching it, and then going right back to work without washing her hands. It just didn't feel sanitary at all. The manager is a cool guy who keeps the pizza fresh by using timers on top of the buffet. They didn't have my favorite Bavarian dessert pizza. When we arrived, it was quiet and clean. The chicken noodle soup was nothing but broth. We had to get creative and just use the noodles from the pasta. There weren't many pizza options, and even though we could ask for them to make any pizza, I just didn't think it was worth the trouble since we were the only ones there. It slowly started to get busier and loud. They never came around picking up plates so the piles on tables were starting to get pretty high. They couldn't keep up with the cinnamon rolls and every time a tray came out, they were gone within a minute or two. Once it was time to leave and get back to Fort Worth, there was no changing table in the restroom to change my daughters diaper, so that was very inconvenient. This has to be one of the worst cicis locations in Texas. The short bald man with DS claiming to be a manager is very rude and does not care for customers. The food is always cold. Best Cici's pizza, I have ever been to. It was very clean, staff were so friendly and helpful and they all had a smile on their faces. They even had it all decorated for Valentine's Day and did a magnificent job. They made my experience here so memorable that I had to give praise to charlotte and Kimberly for their amazing customer service!!!! The management is doing a great job with their employees. On March 23,2024 i had a bad dine-in experience. I was enjoying some pizza and pasta when I go to drink some soda and noticed I was out. Upon opening the lid to the cup I noticed a roach on my ice. I tried to notify the employees working but was only met with "when the manger gets back". No one tried to apologize, I was only offered a large drink with "ice from the back" where the initial contaminated ice was from. Get home only to find out one of the pizzas is fresh, and one is cold and burnt and the cinnamon rolls were all messed up and cold and overcooked. So I called the store to express my dissatisfaction with being lied to and the manager continued to assure me that he himself cooked the pizzas and they were not cold at all. We got to cicis and fight off the bat, the team wasn't paying very much attention to customers. We asked for a veggie supreme pizza to be made and the lady behind the counter said they don't do that. When I said they have before, she spoke with the manager and the manager told her they do. They gave us the buzzer to let us know when the pizza was made, which never went off. When we asked if the pizza was ever made, they said yes and then turned and laughed about it. It was very rude. Get it together. Definitely would NOT recommend this place at all. Last two times we've been to the buffet, the quality has gone way downhill. They seem to be trying to save money by putting less cheese and tomato sauce on the pizzas.
