Not a great look when an employee takes out a gun and tries to shoot someone at the front desks. Also the fact that other employees were trying their hardest to hold him back from getting there in the first place. Clearly someone knew something and didn't think to say "hey, he has a gun in his backpack and may be trying to shoot someone". But hey! Don't bring your toddler here (ages 1-4). It says they have a toddler area.... LOL they have a small bridge, some mushrooms, And a bear... all not worthy of playing on. Came here for a birthday party and the kiddos had a blast. I have seven year old twins and a four year old. When you walk in the first thing you need to do is sign a waiver which gets emailed to you immediately. When we made it to the birthday area the employees would not place a bracelet on my kids until I showed them the waiver on my phone. The birthday party included unlimited jumping, a ride on the water ball and a $10 card for the arcade. The kids started with the trampolines. They have some areas that are designated for smaller kids and I did see an employee ask some older kids to leave the toddler area. The problem is that at various times the toddler areas are not being monitored. The water ball is a three minutes ride. I think this was not worth $5 per kid; the attraction looks better than it is. My twins were able to somewhat enjoy it but my four year old floated around the pool too scared to make the ball roll. Most of the day was spent at the arcade. The arcade games range from $1.00 to $3.00. Most games are $1.25-$1.50. This is too expensive for some of the games offered. If it was not for the fact that we got $50 worth of credits from the party host I would not have spent my money there. It's simply too expensive especially when these games are half the price anywhere else. My twins also tried the ninja warrior course. I think this course is for older kids. The course is hidden in the back in a dark hallway not being monitored by anyone. It seems like this was an after thought for Jumping World. Like I mentioned before, my kids had a blast and they really enjoyed the birthday party. The issue I have is with the trampolines being their main attraction my kids only enjoyed it 20% of the time there. The rest of the time was spent doing other activities that cost extra. I don't see us being able to enjoy this place when there is not a party to attend. It's probably cheaper to go to an arcade where the price per game is more reasonable. read more

I bought a Groupon to go to this place because the little one likes to jump and be active. The deal was $12 for 2 hours of jumping, which turned out to be too long for a 2 year old. The normal cost for a weekend is $8 for the first hour and $4 for the next hour, so I am not really sure what the benefit of Groupon was. We ended up staying just over an hour so the Groupon was not a good deal. There are a lot of activities here. You pay for jumping (different areas depending on age) but there are also arcades, a pool feature (you float inside a plastic bowl type thing), a swing in the far back, and of course lots of vending machines and a place to eat. The arcade games cost extra and most of them are $1 per attempt. You have to buy a game card that starts at $20. So, you can see that the money adds up. After you sign a waiver upon entry the process is pretty simple. You get a timed pass at the register and then start to play. They announce every 15 minutes when time has expired. The operation seems pretty well run. The main criticism that I have and the reason for 3 stars is that there are "jump guards" (employees who police who and what goes on in the jump areas). They do a good job of keeping out adults who need/want to help their toddlers, but they do a poor job of keeping out over-age kids. We were in the under 5 area and there clearly were kids (boys) who were over 5 and huge, thereby creating a dangerous situation for the smaller kids. The jump guard did nothing. The other thing is that the music is really loud (rap) and so it gets annoying after a while. On the other hand, kids were running everywhere and having a good time. Plus, it's great to see kids getting activity instead of sitting in front of their iPad. I think if our little one had been a bit older it would have been better. I think I liked this place better than the wife. But then Groupon was my initiative so I have a vested interest whereas she does not. The wife says she likes a play area in Mesquite better so I guess we won't be back. read more

we have visited this place three times. its just like any local jump park. they have a toddler area which is what we really came for. A regular jump area for kids and adults and arcades in the back. They do not allow any outside food or drinks and they provide a food court area in the back. plus we saw sodas machines. Now the toddler area is made of 2 areas. A jumping court that's for kiddos under 5 years. and a little sliding area with balls. Toddlers pricing is $6 during the week and $8/hr on the weekends. The place gets packed and my baby did enjoy himself. My only issue is that bigger kids come into the toddler areas alot. I'm not sure why, it's so small. On our second visit there were a couple of big kids in the toddler slides. I saw one of the teen attendant and was like the big kids are in here and we have little ones here. He was prompt and got them out. we went yesterday and of course big kids AGAIN in toddler areas. we have never spent more than an hour here. the bathrooms looked decent. we have not had anything from the food court, so I'm not sure of the food or pricing. fyi bring socks! read more

We had my daughters birthday here. I would say it was just ok, nothing spectacular. The kids had fun. But it was rushed. A few kids got sick with colds afterwards so I'm not sure if it was a sanitation issue or something else. Guests said the bathrooms were nice. All of the trampolines appeared clean. My daughter wasn't big enough to do the ninja warrior course. But everything else was great fun for her and her friends. I didn't like that I couldn't bring outside food or drinks. Party guests got made about that but I wasn't about to pay $14.99 for another pizza when they ordered from papa Johns. No thank you. That's a rip off. But for the 10 jumper package you put $100 down, you get 9 jumpers in addition to the birthday kid. 10-$5 game cards. 2 pizzas. And 10 waters. Or 2 - 2 liters. Or half and half which I did. They decorate nicely but there isn't a huge space or any organization for personal decorations. I think we ended parting a totally of $300 for the whole party. Such a fun place!! My friends and I had a girls night out here and we had so much fun and felt like the kids that were there too haha :) this place is great for anyone - kids to adults. Luckily no one got hurt which I was nervous about but it's basically a bunch of trampolines. There's also another area that has a foam pit. This was also really fun and my friend's kids had such a blast. Lots of birthday parties were happening here but every kid had a smile on their face. My son loves this place especially since mommy gets to jump with him. There are two things that bug me about this place it is not clean at all and the young workers that are suppose to be monitoring the area seem like they hate their job. There waa an older kid in the little kids section throwing a coke in the air in front of the worker and the worker did nothing so I had to go tell him to get thw kid in check because the bottle almost hit my son in the head. Zero stars!!! I Should have taken other yelpers review seriously, but decided to give this place a try. Everything looked okay from the outside, but things got quickly ugly, first one of Staff member kept shadowing us like we were there to rob this place. I was like really???!!! We paid for 2 hrs but then asked if we leave after only playing an hour can we get the second hour refunded, staff member said NO! Lmao! Anyways, we will never be back, and will discourage anyone that I know from coming here. Inside Irving mall there is a similar place you only play $5 for all day. I don't think this trampoline park will last long. And one of the reasons is their silly rules or misinterpretation by teenagers that seem to run the place. Twice I was asked that my 4 year olds not lean against the netting while the were resting and then again when they running and their feet would land on the padded brace instead of the bounce pad. I took my 7 year old twins there today. The place was nearly empty and yet they were told to leave a place they were playing because they were too old. I would totally understand but there were no children in that area or in fact the building. Shortly after that one of the twins started vomitting and we were force to leave. I went to the front desk and told the woman behind the counter that we were having to leave after just 15 minutes and why expecting either a refund or a voucher to come back when she was feeling better. I got neither, not even a "hope she feels better." I paid $25.00 for 15 minutes. I will not be going back. Now I understand why the place was empty. This message is for the manager 'David', and whoever else that wants to visit this horrible establishment. We visited Jumping World because we were invited for a birthday party on Saturday. The vending machines ate our dollar. We put in a dollar bill and 4 quarters. But the coin slot was stuck. Nothing happened so we pressed the button for it to dispense our change back. We only got back 4 quarters. We went to the front, the girl told us to talk to the manager. We approached David, told him exactly what happened. He walked to the machine, we explained again what had happened.. And he went to the cash register to grab a dollar. He then walks back to the vending machine TO CHECK AND SEE IF THE MACHINE REALLY WAS EATING OUR MONEY! He puts the dollar bill in and finally finds out that 'Oh, the machine really did eat our dollar.' Finally, after he's done testing it, he gives us our dollar back. What kind of crap is this?? Oh, and several times there weren't any jumping guards watching the kids jump. This place is ghetto. Never coming back. read more

I liked the place but there are so many other options for cheaper. Odd it's so expensive here given the rent is probably cheaper here than at places that have cheaper admission. I have a two year old and they wanted to charge for me too if I got on with him even for one minute. I rarely jump at the other jump places but sometimes I do just to get him comfortable with the place or I need to get on if another kid pushes him or hits him, etc. I don't think I've spent more than 5 min at a time with him on the trampolines at other places. I live near White Rock Lake and this isn't far from me. I wish their prices were more in line with competition. It is $8.66/hr here plus if parent wants to join it is $8.66 additional so $17.32 for one hour! Way too pricey! I chose not to buy one for myself thank goodness as we only spent 20 minutes there...he didn't really get comfortable there. At other places the attendant interacts with him, tossing balls and showing him how to do stuff at this place the attendant just watches. Other places have a play all day for $5 and do not charge parents if they need to get on temporary. Even if they were slightly more than the other places I would consider it since it is closer to me than Forest & 75 but that price difference is so strong I probably won't be going again. read more
