Great food and service! I was pleasantly surprised. It has been at least 10 years since I've been to Cici's, but this location is likely to change that going forward. From the moment we entered until we left, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The salad bar was clean and loaded with fresh options. I was afraid that we may be going at an odd hour and the buffet wouldn't have much turnover, but that was not the case. They even offered to make my favorite (buffalo chicken) fresh. They were constantly putting out fresh pizzas and keeping everything clean. I was very impressed with the whole experience and rather surprised to see they had a fairly low score on Yelp. I wanted to try to boost their rating a bit since I truly don't feel it reflects the restaurant accurately. This has been one of the few businesses I've visited in recent years (especially chain) where the staff seems to actually care and possibly enjoy their work. Celebrated my daughters' 7th birthday party here. The kids had a wonderful time. Our party host, Bebe, was exceptional. I couldn't have asked for a better host. She was very attentive to all of our party needs. The manager, Queen, also was very helpful in explaining how everything would go the day of the party. This was definitely worth it. read more

Overall the atmosphere is pretty typical of a buffet. The service was well as was the atmosphere. Some of the items did taste like they'd been out for a while on the buffet, but it wasn't awful. The restaurant was very clean as well. This isn't a huge establishment and I went during a time that it wasn't extremely busy, so due to its smaller size I'd be curious to see how it fared with larger crowds. read more

my son and I got food poisoning both up sick at 3:30am and 4:30am! I ate the salad and pizza and he had pizza and dessert.

We ordered two large pizzas.They were very informative on menu. They were also friendly. Food was good and hot. They even gave complimentary drinks for our wait. Prices were reasonable, especially for their all you can eat menu. They tried to keep area clean where you enter and exit at, too. Thumbs up to them. read more

I went and ate dinner at cicis pizza around a week ago and it has left me with terrible food poisoning. I've never been this sick in my entire life. The food was terrible quality, greasy and the plates/utensils were sketchy to eat with based off the visual presentation of the food. The food was okay, could've been better. The dessert pizza was sooo good The waitress who was working this afternoon was a sweet older lady. She offered us a peppermint/ or sucker, she was very on-top of clearing our dishes. The overall vibe of the place was calming. If I could I would give this place a -5 stars! First off let me preface by saying I am 7 months pregnant and I'm not going to stand in a line if my husband can do it instead. So we get in the building and see it's pretty busy today. We are waiting on the rest of my family to get there so I tell my husband to pay and I will get our seat about 3-5 mins passes and this lady comes up to my face and starts accusing me of not paying and basically telling me that if I haven't paid then I have to get up. I responded by telling her that my husband is paying a point him out to her, she says that's fine and everything is all good. After he pays and we sit to eat she comes back over to us and claims that our seat was already "reserved" for someone else and that we will need to move over. I told her that wouldn't work seeing as we were already sitting there and tables were very limited at that point. We also were waiting for my family to be able to pay and sit with us. She says that we will still need to get up because "you can't reserve tables" (maybe a little contradictory!!) so I asked for a refund and she complied but not without arguing her point that the table was reserved for someone else who "paid before us" it really doesn't make a whole lot of since considering that you're not allowed to reserve a table according to her and the fact that this restaurant is first come first serve!! Why was the table wide open when I sat down the first time around if it was previously reserved? Also a manager is going to point her finger in my face and get all in my face to yell her point across. Y'all need to do better that was ridiculous. Now I'm very stressed out and have to think about how uncomfortable my unborn child is emotionally. read more

Cici's is a nice place to go if you want some pizza and do not want to spend a lot on it. They have a bar with salads, soup, pasta, sauce, brownies, lemon bars, cinnamon rolls and of course pizza od all kinds even sweet ones. If you want some specific type of pizza you can place or order and they bring it to you and the personalize order will not cost anything extra for you. I LOVE their chicken noodles soup! It is one of the best I've ever had. The pizza is decent and the service is okay. I wish they were a little bit more organized and clean, but for the price you pay and the amount of food, you get you can't complain much. read more

Came in about 8PM this Sunday night. I'm trying to sit in the back so the kids could watch the movie on TV.But it was disgusting. I took pictures of it. Instead of people cleaning up they were all huddled around the trashcan talking. So we went on the other side and try to sit down and have a single empty table was dirty or wet. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. First thing I see is a kid no older than 18 with the shittiest attitude and he stares me down and I had just walked in the building. That's just the tip of the iceberg I asked for one of the employees to re-fill in the eyes and he was too busy talking to another girl employee to do anything. Arrived on 10/13/19 in the evening. Food was ok, it started getting crowded so as usual they had difficulty keeping food on the buffet line. I always find it hit or miss with this location but I have to say it has come a long way from what it was years ago. However, the employee that worked the register that evening, young girl with reddish hair with highlights, was extraordinarily rude. She had such a horrible attitude, we considered leaving but stayed instead as we were seeing a movie afterwards. Me and my 6 year old son had a dinner date here tonight. I can't think of much good to say about my experience at the establishment Good: no wait to get in. Cashier was friendly. Bad:The pizza was terrible. Cold, underdone, barely any toppings. Same with the desserts. The "brownies" were mush. Definitely raw. The employees making them food right behind the open bar, we're listening to vulgar music. I thought this was supposed to be a family friendly restaurant?? Came in with a group of 55 after calling ahead a few days before. When we arrived the staff was cleaning up frantically because they just got done serving a group of 75 then a group of 25. I was told the AC just went out earlier that day, and it was warm in the restaurant. That is one heck of a work day for the fine folks at this Cicis. With all of that being said, the staff was outstanding, Especially the manager on duty and a gentleman busting tables. Friendly, kind, and were always asking if we needed anything else. It would be hard for me to be that positive after the kind of day and heavy business they were doing, but it was refreshing to receive that kind of service. I was refused survive based off a co workers opinion they said " my money was to old " 1st didn't know that to be a thing ! 2nd this money isn't as old as you are(30's) it was a 1993 20 dollar bill that the bank gave me when cashing my check & let me state that's why they made the pen to check money or the fantasy machine . I have been going to this location 2 times a week and never had a problem till today. Don't recommended going there because they will refuse you based off of personal opinions and the gm should be held accountable for refusing legal tender with out checking it . Pizza buffet..........that's if you can get to the pizza. We stopped going here for several reasons. 1) VERY LOUD guests. 2) RUDE guests that cut in front of you when your standing in a line. 3)Children running wild. Parents, caregivers just let them loose. We aren't in Chucky Chesses! 4)After you sit down, and if you wanted a certain pizza, you have to watch the buffet line to see if they will bring a new pizza out. Then it's a MAD dash to the supposedly "line" to get a slice. On the plus side, if there is a certain type of pizza that you want and it is not on the line, you can order it, but it takes at least 15mins to get your pizza. That's ok though. read more

I will not be returning here again! The service is terrible, it took two people to run run a register and one was a manager. The employees were eating fast food behind the counter while cussing and chatting with friends. They made pizza dough and changed out the pizzas with NO GLOVES and threw pieces on the new pizzas (all with the same French fry hands).... so NOT SANITARY and totally disgusting!
