on 10/18/24 around 8 pm we ordered a large regular crust specialty pizza (pepperoni, green olives, onion and extra cheese) and a drink. at around 9 pm we received a large cheese and cold black olive pizza and no drink! It went in the trash since it was some tee did not like! I immediately called the store and spoke with a gentleman who said they would send out our correct order as soon as possible! I realized it was near closing time but he said they would deliver! We had to order from someone since by 10 pm nothing had arrived and we were hungry! He should have offered a refund but we didn't get that or food! I called again today at 1pm and spoke to a young lady that was very apologetic about our experience snd safe she would have the manager call me back. I guess we will see if that happens! Poor organization and fulfillment of online order, incomplete order and poor customer service! We are trying out restaurants in the Williamsport area to recommend to our new AirB&B clients and this restaurant will not be on the list!! read more

The worst experience!!! Haven't been there since before pandemic. The whole atmosphere has changed, especially with employees and service. Not friendly, rude!!! It is 6pm on Saturday maybe one pizza on buffet, no pasta, we asked if they going be any they said it's in oven, they pointed it's like they just will be out in little yeah right!!! Man oh man the worst experience to the point where it was funny. We got there around 11:45 so they weren't open that long but they had barely any food out. I had just went there today and took my fiancé, my kids and my mother(who didn't want to eat the buffet and wanted to actually order something from their menu) AJ who claims to be a manager said she had to purchase a buffet in order to get anything from the menu. We decided she would just eat when we left and she sat down while my fiancé, my kids and myself went to the buffet that we had purchased and AJ came over to tell my fiancé and me that my mother had to go out of the restaurant since she wasn't eating. on a 93 degree day AJ expected her leave in the heat despite how old she is. horrible and terrible place to go. So today we stopped at CiCi's because I had kids with me. It was about 11:15am so they had not been open too long. The red sauce on the bar was ice cold as if it had just come out of the refrigerator. I told the guy behind the bar about the issue. He shrugged his shoulders at me and said, "it's warming up." What poor customer service and lack of care for your job!! Then to make matters worse (if it's possible) he was eating as he was working. The brownie tray when it was finished was set on top of the trash can and scrapped the old off into the trash can. Then new brownie was put onto the tray that was hangin in the trash can without being wiped off. Then some of the pizza trays were dropped on the ground then put right back into the same pile to be used. This was done by the same younger guy that rang us up, so between cash register use and food handling, no washing was done, and phones were touched then wiped hands on clothes, another cook is currently drinking from a straw that his hands are all over, then right back to cooking. Pizza was not remarkable in it's use of oils or marinara, but they got creative with their toppings and made some great combinations. Mac and Cheese pizza - sounds weird, but it was really good! Pulled pork pizza, BBQ chicken pizza, ceasar salad pizza... What a surprise. Don't go out of your way, but if it's on your path, cheek it out. For a $5.99 all-you-can-eat buffet, you really do get a good deal here. They have more buffet options than I expected - pasta, soup, salad bar, pizza, and deserts. Everything I had tasted fresh. They seemed to be good about monitoring the pizza and had many different types, my favorite being the buffalo chicken pizza. It was spicy yet savory. They had stuffed crust, flatbread, and traditional pizza. The flatbread really didn't appeal to me but the stuffed crust was delicious!! Definitely worth trying even if you're not big on cheese. One thing I really liked in particular about this place is there isn't a lot of noise. You can actually have a decent conversation unlike at some restaurants where they have blaring music or televisions. Oh, and as far as deserts, you HAVE to try their cinnamon buns... For the price, you can't go wrong. I love the fact that I can order a pizza any way I want it and it will be brought to the table. They have a nice salad bar, the soups are not what I would exactly term soup, they have white sauce and red for dipping or putting over pasta, they have good thick crust pizza, their breadsticks are tasty, and their desserts are a must try. Those cinnamon rolls are awesome. I could just shove my face into a plate of them and be as happy as a pig in mud. They are extremely cheap If you went an order of them to go home with you. The Apple pizza is addictive and the brownies are good. The staff is very friendly and they are more than willing to whip you up your very own pizza. my friends and i went to cicis pizza in haggertown cause we were hungry. we came all the way from Ashburn VA. when we got there , it took a while for someone to come to the register. i asked for three of a specific pizza. they agreed and repeated it. only one came out, after i asked again for the 2 since we never got the three pizzas we asked for. after, we only received one. customer service was not pleasant. they did not follow as we requested more than three times. nobody was wearing gloves at all they were handling money , pizzas , plates etc. just bad customer service & not what we expected. read more

Cici's pizza is a pizza buffet. The pizza is below average but ranks above the cardboard-and-sauce franchise delivery options. Two things make this place stand out IMHO 1. Price especially for a family with kids 2. Customized pizza in 5-7 minutes brought to your table. We are vegetarian so that is a nice plus. Also the salad bar is well above average with 16 core salad ingredients plus two toppings and six dressing options. Heck I would pay this price just for the salad bar..... have been here 2 times in the past couple weeks. as everyone says this isnt some outstanding pizza, but on the other hand for a chain place with a cheap buffet this pizza is pretty good. you can get any kind of toppings you want, they take requests. everyone gets what they want. salad, soup, pasta, breadsticks, and dessert is included. the best and i mean the best part about this place is the service they provide. i dont know what they are doing over there but definitely keep it up. both times by different people we were super impressed with the service. the one guy working the buffet line was exceptional in assisting us on our first visit, and the gentleman cleaning the dining room bussed the entire thing in 10 minutes when they were super busy. i dont think ive seen anyone work so hard and diligintly at a buffet. i made it a point to even notify the management. read more

Dirty and disgusting! There was dropped food all over the buffet that was never cleaned up during our visit, the pizzas were burnt and sloppily made, the cinnamon rolls were burnt, and the water and Sprite from the machine tasted like mold.
