Wow! We have some much regrets. From the decision to stop to the decision to park and walk in... we came after a football team had pass through apparently because everything was empty. We should have know that's was our final warning to just walk away but noooo we just decided to go ahead and live the whole life. All tables were dirty so I had to asked one of the associates to clean one of the tables for us. We stood there while she forgot and started to talk to her coworkers, I had to asked her again. After we were finally seated I proceeded to go to the buffet to find old cold pizza. Good thing they have the order a personal pizza at no extra cost because that's the only thing that saved us. They were taking their time on restocking the food. They asked for you to please use your mask and practice social distancing but they also have gloves that you need to use to serve yourself from the buffet. They also ask that you get a new cup every time you need to refill your drink and they have hand sanitizer available around the food station. Place really needs to have more on top of things kind of staff because it's a buffet and it's COVID season. They were nice and helpful when you ask them to do something for you but you needed to ask.

The workers are so rude and have so much attitude. Also most of the pizza tasted like a**. It's also kind of dirty and looks abandoned from the outside. only a a couple good things came out of eating here.

You get what you pay for! This was my first visit to Cici's. It didn't look like much but my boyfriend insisted so... we went. You walk in and it is buffet style. You pay a few bucks and grab a plate. The one positive thing I have to say about this place is ... the price point is amazing. Two all you can eat buffets with salad bar and two drinks for less than $20. Seating is first come first serve/ seat yourself. I grabbed a plate and proceeded to go to the "salad bar" which consisted of: iceberg lettuce, croutons, cucumbers, onion, carrot, olives and bacon bits. (The sneeze guard was a little to high) I then grabbed a slice of Alfredo pizza. (Basically dough with less than a sprinkle of cheese and a dash of Alfredo sauce.) Pizza variety includes: bbq pork, Alfredo, cheese, bbq chicken and a few others that I can not remember at this time all of which were not available for at least 30 minuets after I received my first slice. Customers were complaining about the time it took to receive pizza but again..... You get what you pay for. No more Cici's!

They always go above and beyond to make sure my little girls have what they want. Our last visit my 5 yr old had her heart set on brownies after her ballet recital and they made a special batch just for her and brought it to the table. Awesome!

Pizza. Lot's of it. For Cheap. That is the secret of CiCi's. Everything is pretty much average, but for the money you can't go wrong. Also, the bread sticks are so good, they are probably a Mortal Sin. Either that or all the butter will stop your heart.

Like, it's good enough that you *will* contemplate eating your order in your car before heading home. It's well worth the drive and it will live up to everything you've heard/read. It will. You absolutely need to patronize it. TdG had been on my radar for a minute but I'm not often in Hermitage* and I couldn't justify driving out of town for food when I have other options closer by. BUT I had to find out if the food was *just* that good. I'd read rave after rave. It's just pasta. Can it be that great? So, on a chilly late fall Saturday night I decided I needed to find out. I'd done my research so I knew the place was small. I knew I might need to play human tetris in the waiting area on a cold day. I knew what to order. But I also 'knew' that the 'say Yelp' phrase would offer a discount. The phrase was uttered but no discount came my way (which is the reason for the four stars instead of five). Lack of discount aside, everyone with whom I interacted was very polite and welcoming even despite the place being a madhouse of activity and orders. My food was ready in an appropriate amount of time and the bag had adequate weight/heft. The pleasant aroma filled the cold air as I walked to my car and surrounded me all the way home. I came home, poured a glass of wine, plated my food and... wow. This was/is phenomenal. I ordered the 4 cheese gnocchi and, without a doubt, one of the best gnocchi dishes I have had in life (and I used to be paid to eat**). I think I uttered the word 'perfect' between forkfuls. Each 'perfect' pillowy dumpling was lathered in a combo of mozzarella, asiago, gorgonzola, and pecorino. That alone would have been delicious but woven into the dish were ribbons of crispy prosciutto. Other.Worldy. It's getting cold. Sweater weather is here. Bathing suit season is months away. You're free to eat heaping plates of some of the best pasta you've ever had. *I came before they had a second location. **Among other things.

I think it's rather funny that everyone and their mom continues to make the location of the place…read moreseem scary. In short, writing that it is in a low-income area. And to those people, I ask, "Have you ever been to Antioch?" No, this place isn't scary or in a rough neighborhood. It's definitely not Brentwood, but it's safe to say you can leave your pitchforks and torches at home. It is, for lack of better words, located in a hole in the wall of a micro-tiny strip mall, next to a sports bar. Inside, it is sweet and cozy. In this cozy place, you will find the friendliest of staff members. To have an entire staff give their customers the utmost respect is one of the most challenging tasks of any business owner. So the fact that this owner was able to achieve such a difficult task is something to applaud. There is no board with an entire menu, but there are small pamphlets off to the side with the menu. I ordered the pepperoni pizza along with the meatballs as an appetizer. My friend and I sat outside, where they have outdoor seating and tables. That, I have to say, is the only downside to this place. The seating. No indoor seating, and with how ever-changing Middle Tennessee's weather is, you might have to drive it home or eat it in the car. But with humidity changing texture in a box or to-go box, it might take the freshness away from the experience. After the food was brought out to us, which is a plus and highly appreciated, we were ready to eat. I did have to run inside to grab some packets of crushed red pepper. You must ask for it, which, without hesitation, the man minding the wood stove gladly grabbed for me. Separating a slice of pizza from the others was a sight to see. What you typically want to see separating pizza. The ooey gooey cheese in entanglement. I took a bite and fell in love with the freshness. Every ingredient is fresh, and you don't feel that awful sloth feeling that a Pizza Hut pizza would leave you with. The pepperoni was to die for. Although the meatballs had a flavor that I wasn't too happy with, I knew they were good, even if my flavor profile didn't desire it much. The meatballs were incredibly soft, and the sauce they bathed in, with a sprinkle of ricotta cheese, was divine. My friend happily downed the entire box they sat in. This now will forever be one of my go-to pizza places. And yes, it's worth it to eat in your car, if need be.

We should have chosen a larger table because the small one was very crowded if you each get a pizza. We started with the Caprese (Tomatoes & Mozzarella) immaculate mozzarella cheese and slices of fresh tomatoes drizzled in balsamic glaze. We requested more balsamic glaze because it was light. The fresh mozzarella was fantastic with the tomato and acidic balsamic glaze flavor that works so well. Just a great light perfect start and so fresh. Next the Diavola Pizza (Pepperoni) Fresh Mozzarella & Pepperoni over the immaculate tomato sauce. The wood fire crust is so good and just a nice pepperoni pizza. Fantastic Flavor. The Margherita Pizza (Cheese & Basil) Magnificent Pizza Bread Fermented for no less than 24 hours topped with simple tomato sauce covered with Mozzarella and Basil. Ours was more like a cheese pizza as there was hardly any basil. I like a lot of basil like in Italy and being an Italian Pizza I was hoping it would be very similar to Italy. This was more a cheese pizza. The pizza with the wood fired crust was still really good and I would just request more basil if you like a lot like me. Excellent Wood Fired Pizza and would definitely try the others in the menu. The service was good and would definitely return.
