I have given this location a one star rating due to the filthy silverware, plates, trays , and cups. I'm shocked that the Metro Health Department hasn't closed this location due these issues. A suggestion due to the food being prepared fresh is to replace or use paper products. My family and l had eaten at Cici's many years ago and it wasn't like this. One member of my family wanted to leave while we were in line but the children wanted to stay. Wow! We have some much regrets. From the decision to stop to the decision to park and walk in... we came after a football team had pass through apparently because everything was empty. We should have know that's was our final warning to just walk away but noooo we just decided to go ahead and live the whole life. All tables were dirty so I had to asked one of the associates to clean one of the tables for us. We stood there while she forgot and started to talk to her coworkers, I had to asked her again. After we were finally seated I proceeded to go to the buffet to find old cold pizza. Good thing they have the order a personal pizza at no extra cost because that's the only thing that saved us. They were taking their time on restocking the food. They asked for you to please use your mask and practice social distancing but they also have gloves that you need to use to serve yourself from the buffet. They also ask that you get a new cup every time you need to refill your drink and they have hand sanitizer available around the food station. Place really needs to have more on top of things kind of staff because it's a buffet and it's COVID season. My husband and I just moved here and the first time we came to eat here, they were closing an hour early, so we tried again today and found cockroaches running down the side of the pizza bar. You get what you pay for! This was my first visit to Cici's. It didn't look like much but my boyfriend insisted so... we went. You walk in and it is buffet style. You pay a few bucks and grab a plate. The one positive thing I have to say about this place is ... the price point is amazing. Two all you can eat buffets with salad bar and two drinks for less than $20. Seating is first come first serve/ seat yourself. I grabbed a plate and proceeded to go to the "salad bar" which consisted of: iceberg lettuce, croutons, cucumbers, onion, carrot, olives and bacon bits. (The sneeze guard was a little to high) I then grabbed a slice of Alfredo pizza. (Basically dough with less than a sprinkle of cheese and a dash of Alfredo sauce.) Pizza variety includes: bbq pork, Alfredo, cheese, bbq chicken and a few others that I can not remember at this time all of which were not available for at least 30 minuets after I received my first slice. The night shift is very incompetent to run the shift without a manager, its a bunch of kids in there that were pre-closing the restaurant down 2 and a half hour earlier that what they are supposed to. Normally pizza comes out at a steady pace but tonight one pizza per 30 minutes was placed on display with over 15 people in the place to have to share. They cleaned the entire serving place in the back and never placed anything else there. No apple pie, no desert made nothing! Very disappointed in this Cici's. Worse experience i have ever had here. They had little regard for our concerns with the excessive wait time. Its like 6 people there but they only had 1 older hispanic lady making pizza. Everyone else was standing around or cleaning while we look dumb waiting an hour for pizza at a buffet... The salad bar was completely picked over and barely anything left. Yahir was the cashier he was very attitud-ish and rude when we wanted our money back. Everyone that worked tonight was apparently ready to go and didn't care what any of the customer's say. That night shifts need managerial chaperoning because they were a terrible reflection of this business . Wont be back anytime soon! read more

Good food, closed out food 30 minutes before its time to close. Upsetting! Kids idles around a lot and left massive empty plates all over tables. Cleaned once every 30 to 45 minutes. Just as customer entered at 935, they were putting the chairs on tables very disturbing while we eat. They close at 10. The "open" sign is on, they are putting food away. How come? They close at 950. Is Cici's pizza good? Hello no. Is it cheap? Hell yes. That's why I can't give it just one star, but there are some other nice things: 1.) If there's a particular pizza you want that's not on the buffet, just let the staff know and they will personally make you one. 2.) While the pizza's not great, their desserts are unbelievably good. (In a bad, unhealthy kind of way.) Pizza, salad, pasta, dessert, and a drink for around $7 is nice when you're broke but feel like gorging yourself on carbs. I gave it a two star rating, but that doesn't mean I won't come back, because I almost certainly will. Unlimited pizza, pasta, and drinks for $7 or so is a good deal, but nothing is of high quality. The pizza has that frozen, store-bought quality and is never very fresh, I won't touch the salad, the pasta does not look fresh, and the desserts are very bland and uncreative. Now, if there's a pie that you want, you can request it, and it will fresh and piping hot, but it's still the Cici's pizza. They've got wifi, which is nice, and the bottomless drinks mean that you can spend a quiet hour, eating and surfing. Attendants take your drity plates pretty regularly, which is also nice. However, for the price, the food isn't up to snuff. And the service otherwise is flighty. That's what you get from teenagers. We presented a coupon for "buy one buffet, get one free." The girl at the register just stared at us, took the coupon, paused a minute, looked up at us briefly, and then told us it would be $11.88. I asked her why it was so much since one buffet was only $6.29. She said since I got two drinks, it bumped my price up. I just accepted her answer and was surprised when my receipt said one drink was $2.29! After we got our food and sat down, I looked around and saw that everyone had a drink that was a different size than ours. We were never asked which size we wanted. I put an order in for a pizza and it never comes, sat and watched my daughter eat for thirty minutes, I go to the counter and of course they screwed up, told them to shove it. Tonight was my wife's birthday. After her having to work late our options were limited. We first went to another establishment and got our family of four out in the rain to walk up to a locked door. Then we googled that CiCi's we're open until 9. We rushed to get there and paid for our meal at 8:10. We felt rushed from the moment we sat down. They turned down the next customers to walk in the door and automatically started cleaning up all the food on the bar and the entire restaurant around us. We asked for a personal pizza since they quit putting food out. They made it, but made it without cheese! Then we requested cheese and they giggled and said they would remake it. Then a few minutes later came out with a pizza that was not fully cooked. They were a bunch of young people. I understand they were ready to be off. But come on.... if it says online you close at 9, the you are not done until 9 or after. You do not mistreat customers and giggle and make remarks while running to the back. I paid for a family of four to eat dinner when we did not enjoy the food or the atmosphere. Very disappointed as we come to this location often. read more

Good tasty cheap food, but it can have its ups and downs. Usually when I'm there I see flys flying around and how the plates are always dirty when you pick them up from the counter. Also they leave dirty plates stacked at tables for long periods of time. Plus half the people there don't speak English, but the ones who do have bad attitudes or are rudely sarcastic about everything. My advice find better staff and people who are willing to be nice. read more

The employees at this CiCis are stellar!! My roommate and I went in there at 8:40 tonight not realizing they close at 9. Google showed their hours as closing at 10. The manager and his staff were nothing but nice and helpful! They even made the pizza we requested! I do not make it a habit of going in to a restaurant unless I have an hour left before they close, but this staff made both of us feel welcome and not a burden at all!! The pizza, the salad, breadsticks is all good @ a reasonable price. The only large clink in their armor is the slop wagon. The cleanup guy comes around while you are enjoying your meal and reaches his dirty hands across your table to pickup dishes, he then scrapes the plates off in front of you. Horrible experience!!! When I walked in the restaurant it was empty except for 3 small children running around the place like it was a playground. After I sat down and they continuously kept running by me and yelling out to each other. I told them not to run by my table anymore. The woman behind the counter very rudely told me "the children were aloud to be anywhere they wanted and could continue to run around". Ends up they were her children being unsupervised in the restaurant. I could not believe she would talk to me, a paying customer that way. I told her I would never come back again and she said "good". I told her I would tell all my friends not to eat there and she said "good tell them". After I demanded a refund she stared complaining about me to another employee in Spanish and I told her "I F---ing understand what you are saying!", then she started speaking in English again. I then recieved my refund and left. Lot's and lot's of kids. Rowdy kids. And it's always crowded. I have no interest in eating at Cici's on my own accord. I grew up eating at Cicis with my family. We used to go every Friday night and I enjoyed it. The pizza isn't as good as it used to be but the kids like it so we kept going. After my families last visit we will not go back. I told one of the workers that my pizza didn't taste very good and he said "maybe the new fake cheese" didn't taste the same. They were busy but the place wasnt clean and the manager was literally yelling at the workers in the middle of the dining room in front of all the customers.
