Went there for dinner, won't go again to this location. Pizza was really old, asked for personal pizza so that it would be fresh, when received the pizza it wasn't even made right. Wanted a salad but was told couldn't have salad cause they had no clean tongs to use, watched worker use her hands without gloves to scoop pasta from pan under shelf into pan on top counter for customers to eat. Heartbreaking. Such a wonderful concept.. horribly managed. Sunday afternoon (04/14/19) Full house.. steady business. Several dirty tables and no one in any great hurry to clean them. The pizza buffet was well stocked, but at no time did I see any plain pepperoni. Odd. They were lucky to keep the Dessert Buffet stocked with brownies (which were very good, by the way), but if they offer other types of sweets I never saw them. The staff kind of wandered about with no sense of urgency whatsoever.. didn't appear to be motivated in the least or know quite why they were there. The manager...... was running the cash register, which tells me a lot. You can't manage your store or direct your people with your head buried in the cash drawer. You become, in effect, just another glorified co-worker with a different shirt on. You Must be a leader to direct traffic and give direction. And the real sad part in all of this is that none of these negatives have anything to do with food. The only problem Here.. is one of simple Consciousness. You can't manage the overall vision (or goal) if you don't know what it looks like. If you can't visualize what the end result looks like.. how can you work toward it?? Too much potential here, guys.. just too easy to get it right... to do it this way instead. (Didn't really want to do this.. but just a note on the bathrooms- What good is the sign on the wall reminding us that "All employees must wash hands..." (we've all seen them) if the toilets are a mess, and the floor around them is covered with liquid waste?? Cici's is a fun place to be at! Unfourtunetly, we came at the wrong time as the place was very busy for lunch hour, there were events happening at the time, so who can blame them? After reading all the bad reviews of this place. I decided to take me and my family out on my birthday. To here. Price is great. 20 bucks for 2 adults, one child and one infant to eat and drink all we could hold. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was relatively clean. Food was hot and delicious. Lots of variety. Husband loved the salad bar. Kiddos loved the noodles with alfredo sauce. And of course I got my favorite pizza. Buffalo chicken. Yummy. The only thing I didn't like was all the wild children running loose unsupervised. And the restaurant needs more help with the dishes and busting tables. We didn't play any of the games. But we plan to go again and will take change for the games. This was a change of pace from ordering pizza in that would have cost me thirty bucks. Give the place a chance it's not all bad. read more

It's cheap, pretty decent pizza. They used to be better. But now the pizza they put out is mediocre. They used to have really yummy pizzas out. Now you have to ask for them. They put the basic pies out. One of my personal favorites is the zesty ham & cheese pizza but they never put it out anymore. But I'll go if I'm starving and only have a few bucks that I want to spend. Staff behind the registers are usually nice, the staff behind the pizzas are okay. Kind of unprofessional. But I do have to say, their best employee is their busboy who's been working there for years! He's an African American man who is honestly the sweetest and most clean guy there. I went for lunch with a friend and my child and was beyond disgusted because as soon as I came busloads beyond busloads of kids came in and it was filled beyond capacity and when we got our personal pizzas it was raw and the toppings fell off of them and it was getting so full of people that the overcrowding started pushing whoever was already there out. When I spoke to management they had nothing to say and when I showed them the undercooked pizza they took it from me and just threw it out. They really didn't care about losing business. All they cared about was that the cash register kept ringing and didn't care about the customers being extremely discomforted and being pushed out. It was chaotic and disgusting environment as soon as the basically unsupervised kids came in they were touching all of the pizzas and putting them back and contaminating them by doing so and no one was doing a thing about it. I was so upset that I called as soon as I left and management was denying it was filled beyond capacity that the limit was 150 people but I assure you it was way beyond that and as I was leaving two more busloads of people were there. I see all they care about is having the cash register ring and I felt very very ripped off and not only that I got sick from the under cooked pizza. read more

Yes, you can find better pizza, but for what you're paying ($5.00), Cici's can't be beat. The salad bar has made improvements including beets, 2 different olives, sunflower seeds and delicious bleu cheese dressing (albeit the lack of many cheese chunks). Their spinach flatbread pizza is very good and crispy. I always get a dish of their marinara sauce for dipping! Wish they had caffeine-free coke. But all in all, it's a great value! read more

i've gone to plenty of Cicis from atlanta to this one in Lake Worth. Mostly this one is ok, BUT my last 2 times 2/06/17 and 2/20/17. the store opened at 11am . Both days i was there at 11;05. Both times they had NO pizza on the buffet. It was like they had no idea they needed to cook the Pizza before opened . The lady manager didn't seem to care when i was there 2/06. I asked to have a special pizza cooked she said it will be awhile. I wasn't happy Ok so I try again 2 weeks later 2/20/17. Again No pizza , no sight of a manager. The employee said they will have pizza in about 10 min. Now as i was walking in one of there employees walked past me went to her bfs car and in 5 min came back in the restaurant with dunkin donuts coffee and a bag. That was when i walked out. To have this happen 2 times in a row shows they and the owner doesn't care anymore ! That is the only way i can explain this happening 2 times in a row. Cicis is unbelievably good and truly cheap. Its a great place to take a date if you want to impress her and overeat. She'll admire how you stuff yourself like a pig and your stomach sticks out, its so big. The pizza comes any which way. It tastes so good, it'll make your day. The thin crust pizza slides down your throat all covered with cheese. It'll be time to propose to your girlfriend if you get down on your knees. The salad items make the experience truly healthy. Absolutely disgusting, and I've been to other Ci Ci's Pizza places before. I was reluctant to go to this one due to the bad rumors I'd heard from others, but I tried to stay optimistic and gave it a shot. To my horror, I found a lengthy strand of black hair half-baked into one of the pizza slices I'd chosen. I instantly lost my appetite and sent my plate to the manager before leaving. If your a fan of great tasting greasy pizza then this is the place for you. Despite the greasy pizza and the 4 figure calories when you eat at this all you can eat pizza buffet. They have all kinds of pizza fro. Ham to ham and pineapple, spinach which is my favorite bacon cheddar pizza , pepperoni you name it they got it. Also they offer pasta and a salad bar in the buffet. They are also run by a great manager and spectacular staff. The resturant also features a game room for the younger guests. I am a frequent visitor of the resturant and a great fan of it. I highly reccomend it for all pizza lovers. read more
