It had been a while since I visited a Cici's, and likely will be a while before the next visit. The half dozen pizza offerings on the buffet were simply unexceptional. They were reminiscent of the cardboard-like crusts and uninteresting sauces of the worst grocery store, frozen pizzas. Then, there were just the odd combinations--spaghetti (seriously: spaghetti on a crust topped with minimal marinara sauce), buffalo (wing sauce and chicken chunks), and alfredo (white sauce with bits of spinach). I took my three year old here today with our friends from our neighborhood. For 12 dollars for both of us, it was a fantastic deal and the games were fun for him. The pizza was hot and constantly refreshed - and there was a huge, huge crowd that came in right after us but the staff handled it with ease. The salad bar was crisp and cold. Really have to say this location is doing a great job and for little ones or families on a budget (like me) this was a fun and very affordable place to have a night out. We go here quite often, but today it was a very pleasant visit! Kinda peaceful! I tried the new Tot and Bacon pizza and it was so good! Then we had them make a BBQ Pork pizza! Everything was delicious. I had a salad for the first time but it won't be the last! Everything was fresh. One thing I would like to see is maybe some green olives and some shredded cheddar on the bar. We like to go in Sunday but there are a lot of people that day, so we usually go during the week. They always have clean floors, and clean surfaces . The workers are super helpful! read more

Today me and my friends were eating lunch, because one of our friends is very sick and this is his favorite place to eat. And one of my friends does not eat his crust so my friend that did not pay ate his crust which would have been thrown away. And what I can only imagine as the most disrespectful worker I have ever encountered, came up to our table and was harassing us about him eating the crust. I am extremely disappointed! Went to grab some lunch here. It is always a friendly place to eat. It was one senior, two children and four adults. It was pretty bare with pizza options when we first arrived but they shortly after about 15 minutes got the bar restocked. They cleaned the tables off immediately after someone left and made sure to smile and offer assistance if needed. The dessert bar was the only one that seem to have issues. We (a group of six people) decided to drop in for dinner during a flash flood thunderstorm. It was a very quiet rush for them. The cashier that helped us was super friendly. As we walked to the pizza line she said we don't have much out but if you tell me what you would like we will make it to order and she did. The pizza and salad are somewhat standard. My kids love the dessert options! The cashiers service was excellent. I didn't visit the restroom but the facilities dining area seemed clean. We all left fat and happy! read more

Would NOT recommend going. We were just there for my Autistic baby brother's birthday, and one of the workers were cleaning around us. He would then walk around the entire store. HOPEFULLY doing his job, but now I feel like he was doing that to harass me. I was holding my baby brothers toy like a plate and it was around my chest area. He was standing on the other side of my boyfriend, STARING AT MY CHEST. /Then/ he spoke AFTER staring at my chest and asked about my baby brother's toy. We talked to both manager and GM. GM said she would handle it, and the manager told us that he was autistic. THAT DOES NOT EXCLUDE HIM FOR LOOKING AT MY CHEST. The pizza is good. Try the one with white sauce, chicken, and mushrooms. This place is great when you are feeding a big family on a budget. Our children love to come here since they can go pick out whatever they want. I would say it is their number one choice if we ask them where we should go eat. Cici's has absolutely the worst pizza I have ever eaten. If you like dough with lots of sauce, no meat, and no cheese this is the place for you. Do yourself a huge favor and head east on 96th Street for approx. 1.25 miles. There's a Hideaway on the north side of the road just after you pass 129th E. Avenue. You may have to shell out some bucks but Hideaway puts Cici's to total shame. I wouldn't eat at Cici's again if it were free. read more

We brought a group of 30 kids and adults the other day. Overall, the experience was positive. However, we had one student who required a gluten free option. They asked him what he wanted in his gluten free bowl. They brought out a tin bowl with just a little bit of mozzarella cheese and some sauce. He did not eat and was embarrassed by this dinning option. We did not complain, but just refunded his money (it was our annual outing of laser tag and pizza that we take the kids on during the summer). For those who aren't familiar with Cici's you are in for a real treat. This is a buffet style pizza. There are basic salad fixings. Macaroni noodles with your choice of garlic Alfredo sauce (which is beyond delicious) and spaghetti sauce. They have bread sticks that are soft and garlicy. Plenty of variety of pizzas. And you can special order if you don't see what you want for no additional cost. They have a dessert section with dessert pizza, glazed cinnamon rolls, and Brownies. The food is delicious. And when you are done eating send the kids to the little arcade and relax a few minutes. This is one of my favorite places to eat. Best bang for your Buck for sure. read more
