Cicis Pizza has always been a special place in my heart ever since I was little. You can't go wrong with an all you can eat buffet and I'm glad this location reopened after Covid restrictions were lifted. I came in hungry since I went to the gym earlier and haven't ate anything before coming here. The salad bar is fresh and they're serving hot pizza at a good price which you can't go wrong with. I always be keeping an eye out when the employees put out new hot pizzas onto the hot plate. The best thing I remember about Cicis growing up is their apple cinnamon pizza and I'm glad it still available to this day. We arrived at 8.00. They were stacking chairs and sweeping and mopping the floors. At 9:05 she hollered last call for the buffet. While there I counted 10 people stop outside and saw the chairs and kept walking. I guess they went next door to Buffalo Wild Wings. Date is 05/16/2026. Hopefully the owner will see this. read more

Brought a wild bunch of boys in to enjoy some pizza and we were very happy with our entire experience! Jayda(I'm sorry if I misspelled your name) greeted us very kindly and had exceptional customer service/interaction throughout! The restaurant was constantly kept clean and organized. The food was hot and our kids really liked the variety. They also liked the games. My only feedback on the games was that the lowest cost game was 4 points(6pts,10pts,15pts,etc). When we used our cards we ended up having 3 points and 1 point left. Subsequently, there was nothing you could do with those left over points that you paid for and you couldn't combine. We kept them in hopes to add to them next visit but it would have been nice to have lower point options since there isn't a way to combine. read more

Took the kids here for a back to school treat. Was good enough , the ladies who was cooking and putting out the pizzas was very nice. I myself am not a big pizza fan, but the kids loved it. I'll for sure take them back. They will make any kind of pizza you like. And they really don't seem to mind. read more

Everyone who says there's a line is right! We got here around 5:15 and the line was out the door! They're very strategic about how Many people they let in vs how many leave. That helps solve the problem and paying and getting your food and not being able to find a table. After 15 mins, we had paid and were filling our plates. It was serious flashback from our days as kids going to Cici's. Everything was the same! Salad, pizza, pasta, cheese sticks, and those delicious cinnamon rolls! Will we be back? Decent location, pizza was served timely with a fair variety. I had pepperoni, bbq, and cheese bread. I think this place is legit for the cost ($5) and that includes a soda, so you get what you pay for. I only went because I had my two nephews both under the age of 8, so this was perfect. The pizza isn't going to win any awards, but it has a variety of options to choose from. They also have pasta, salad, and desert options (go for the cinnamon rolls). Nothing like how I remember back in the last decade... The service is good but the space is small. The pizza selection leaves much to be desired. None of the old favorites like the taco pizza or original BBQ pork pizza. They're being way too experimental. On top of that, you have to fill out a form to get a custom pizza and even that's limited. The pizza is on par with Little Cesar's so you pay for what ya get here. They have the basic pizza flavors for you but I wouldn't recommend going beyond that There are better choices for pizza but this is buffet pizza so this is a hit for the price but miss on the flavors. After paying, I immediately went to the salad bar. I noticed the pickles were almost empty, resulting in the tongs lying on the bottom, under the liquid and remaining pickles. I asked the cashier (who also managed the salad bar) if she intended to replace the tongs and container when she replenished the pickles. As a child, Cici's Pizza was my favorite restaurant. I marveled at the plentiful opportunities and the endless choices of different variations of pizza; however, in a failed attempt to eat more pizza than humanly possible, I fell ill and out came a lot of barf. The excitement of it all was too much to bear and I just sat there and looked at my throw up mixed with pizza. I was caught by the horrific fact that I could not differentiate where the up chuck ended and the pizza began. That picture will haunt me for the rest of my days. This significant event marked my loss of innocence, a child to a woman, a caterpillar to a butterfly, a butterfly that is haunted by barfy pizza. I've really missed cicis and after not having it for so long im glad they put a location here in trussivlle the pizza is good it's the second best pizza place in town after papa John's I enjoyed the cheese sticks and their cinnamon rolls are just delicious especially when their first out of the open. We eat at this location a lot. We've always been CiCi's fans from the get go. I have NEVER been so DISRESPECTED. When we arrived the restaurant they had tables but it wasn't packed (it usually is). We ordered two buffets and two drinks from the girll at the front. Props to her by the way because she seems to be the only one working right now. We stood around dirty tables for about ten minutes before we just sat at the one clean table, too small for our party. They don't keep cheese at the salad bar you have to ask for it, which is fine, so I ask the young guy behind the bar if he could grab me some cheese and he said sure and walked I into the kitchen. I then WATCH him stop in the doorway of the kitchen and talk to another employ for about 15 minutes. He comes out walks right past me and doesn't say a word. A few minutes later he walks over to the girl at the register (who is taking money and has a line) and tells her to grab me some cheese when she gets a chance. I stand there for another ten minutes, not being acknowledged before I ask him again. Hiis response was "I'm getting it rIght now" and reaches RIGHT BELOW THE BAR, grabs a cup, fills it with cheese and says "I'm sorry you had to stand there and wait" WHAT? I believe this is the manager in charge right now since he is the only one not in uniform. (UPDATE: he WAS the manager, his name was Woody) Not to mention that there has been basically no pizza out this entire time. The dressings were empty. There was no pasta. There were no desserts. Keep in mind there was another gentlemen here that asked for their table to be clean THREE times before he cleaned it himself. At this point we had been here for over thirty minutes and my fiancé is JUST now getting to eat bc there has been no pepperoni pizza. I work in the restaurant bussiness and am always super understanding. They weren't busY and NOTHING was done. It was beyond ridiculous. ADDED: My sister asked for marinara sauce and after ten minutes and multiple people asking we heard the kitchen staff say it wasn't prepared yet. (The pan is so empty that the sauce on the bottom is burning to the pan) My sister asks the manager if they make the marinara by hand and when he said no she asked why they hadn't made any yet and he lies straight to her face and is arguing with her in a disrespectful tone. My sister is noticeably getting upset and his response was "Ma'am I'm going to need you to leave my store now." After an hour and a half of us being there and basically eating nothing. He refunded us all our money while he spoke on the phone with his GM. I asked the lady at the register if he was the manager and what his name was. She told me and asked me if everything was okay. I let her know that she did great but that we had a horrible exPerience and I would be calling their corporate number. To which the manager turns to me and says "I'm on the phone with my GM you wanna talk to her?" DISRESPECTFULLY. We did talk to the GM who we know is a good manager and it never goes like that when she's there. The entire time we were speaking to her he was popping off with smart comments and disagreeing with her to the point where my sister has to tell him to stop talking because she was trying too talk to his GM like he asked her too. WHILE multiple people are interrupting us literally asking him to please do his job because there is no food out.. He refunded two of our checks and then left the girl at the register to refund the other. We apologized to her again to which she let us know that they have to give multiple refunds every time he works. None of the workers looked like they wanted to be working with him based on their interactions. I am just in awe of this experience and I really hope this review sheds some light on the management they have in there so that they can fix it. And by fix it, I mean fire him. read more

Went to Cici's with a group after a sports competition. The place was packed. The cashier was very inexperienced and slow. There was no food on the buffet. When food was put out, it was gone in a matter of seconds and the manager was fussing bc it disappeared quickly. She wasn't helping to cook more. The employees acted like they had nothing to do. All the customers were upset. It was a terrible experience. Will not go back. Let me add, this wasn't even a weekend. It was a Monday night. Every time the worker brought a pizza out to add to the buffet, she would call it out to let everyone know which one was available. I arrived here at 1:15 and was seated by 1:45. Apparently that's good time compared to what it's been since it's opening two weeks ago. The manager was very courteous and constantly came out to check of how many was in what party, and was always trying to see people as quickly as possible. $5.99 pizza buffet is something that just can't be beat. The restaurant itself is very clean, the workers circling tables, cleaning up after people and keeping people from having empty plates stacking up. Their salad bar is not fancy but it has all the good basics with what looks like ranch Italian and French dressing, and the pizza as I expected was phenomenal. They had stuffed crust,thin crust, and hand tossed. Barbecue will always be my favorite. All the ingredients seemed very fresh. The Alfredo sauce for the pasta was creamy and not bland. Plus with their pizza choices are always changing when one is empty you can never get bored. Finally after all the pizza in which I consumed I still have room for my dessert. The warm soft brownie and freshly baked cinnamon rolls killed the sweet tooth I have had for days. I know I will definitely be coming to this place again. Customer service is not great here. I called in a order and still waited over 30 mins. My order was not even started.

This place has major management issues! When I first walked in I had to wait 5 minutes because the cashier decided to sit and talk to her boyfriend rather than ring up my order, the salad bar was scarce, so was the pizzas. They chose to combine left over slices rather than just pull/throw remaining ones !! The floors were nasty and had to ask one of the workers do they have someone who cleans because it was disgusting. I don't eat here often but I remember the cheese bread that they no longer serve and I'm hopeful that it will be good. So I ordered a pan pizza. It had very little items. Have tried to get in Cici's since they opened several months ago. Line always out the door and down the sidewalk. I know now why. Only about 6 people can be in line to pay inside the store. Very cramped at the register area. Typical CiCi's. Types of pizza have changed over the years but light on the toppings, meat lovers only has 3 kinds of meat on it. Honestly, I liked the old kinds of pizza offered better than the ones they have now. Philly cheese is a sandwich. Doesn't work as a pizza in my opinion. Mostly pepperoni and chicken type pizzas. Trying to shorten this up since I have limited room. Long story short family of 5 plus my brother went to eat at this location tonight and were asked to leave the table because we came in before my wife to feed a 12 week old baby. She was in line to pay for all of us. I explain to the manager what we were doing and my wife even got out of line to tell him as well and he did not care and continued to ask us to leave.
