Wednesday about noon and several work trucks are in the parking lot. We have had take out from this Taqueria and it was good. So we joined the work crews and ordered in. The Asada plate includes a small thin steak, rice, beans, corn tortillas, salsa, grilled onions and a grilled jalapeño. Plenty of food for the price and most of it was pretty good. Although, the steak was overcooked and dry. My wife has two tacos, one each carnitas and asada. Both were delicious. Eat in or take away. Many menu options to choose from. Not expensive and large portions. Try it and see for yourself.

Great the service was good lady was kind the food came out fairly fast the food tasted great. Bathrooms were only for paying customers and I always disagree with that due to my health issues. Even if I was buying something the time it would take to get the key would not be great. Restaurant was clean and decorated and offered games. I would definitely come back!

Stopped by on my way home from the water park for the day. Was able to order online and it was ready by the time I drove from Sparks back to Reno. Ordered a carnitas burrito and birrria burrito as well as chips, salsa and churros. The carnitas burrito was delicious and the carnitas was crispy like traditional carnitas is supposed to be. The birria burrito was for the hubby and he really enjoyed it. The salsa was delicious and the bag of chips was a decent size (brown lunch bag size) the only thing I wasn't to find of was the churros as they were very dense and only had a very light dusting of cinnamon and sugar. Will definitely be back when wanting a quick Mexican burrito fix.

The service was quick, but we weren't prepared with our order when we walked in. The cashier had to wait for us, but she didn't seem too happy about it. There wasn't anyone else in line, so it's not like we were holding anyone up. ‍ This is an order at the counter type of place. No free chips and salsa. The food was just okay. There are definitely better places to eat in the valley. #restaurantreview #notworthit

They have the best quesabirria tacos!! This is a small spot in northwest Reno. Order at the counter and they'll give you a number. Choose your own table. They have beer selections and margaritas. They have birria ramen and I'm so interested in trying it. Maybe next time !

This is in the building where the Dickeys bbq was and recently opened. This was the first time I'd had a chance to check it out. The interior is basically the same as the previous business with just a couple changes in the signs on the walls. Also they have Mexican music playing from speakers which was quite loud. The food wasn't the greatest but ok for a quick bite. We ordered street style tacos and a side of refried beans. I'd say the mango aqua was the highlight, very refreshing. Pina was on the menu but they didn't have it. I ordered a Burria taco and also one chicken. My sister ordered chicken. She wanted fish tacos but found out it was Tilapia and came with lettuce instead of coleslaw/cabbage so changed her mind. We got two plates but our order came all on one and the other plate had no paper liner but I transferred it over and we each got salsa and limes. The red salsa not too spicy or flavorful but we both enjoyed the green sauce. The beef taco was full of tender meat, cilantro and onion. No sauce to dip into but it was juicy. The chicken was dry and not much flavor but we were hungry and ate it all! My sister liked the refried beans, smooth with melted cheese on top. They do sell beer and margaritas here and have combo meals in addition to Ala carte. Our lunch came to $21 for everything so not bad prices. Hostess was friendly and brought our order to table.

I have to stop here every time i visit in susanville from Pittsburg its like 4-5 hr drive. Food is really good :) service is good and what i have ate so far it's really good too.

This last visit was probably the best since my initial visit here. The consomme had all the rich components to a great consommé, but not so salty that we could not enjoy it. The meat in our birria tacos was not dry, nor did they skimp on the meat. It wasn't overly seasoned like the last few visits. Sadly, our birria noodles were inedible; it was too salty. This past week, I popped in with family to give it another try, and I'm so glad I did. This particular location is my favorite for their quesabirria tacos. Birria noodles are a must every visit. Coach, I hope you're not reading this review. We have always had great service when we have dined in. Never an unreasonable wait for our food. I'll be back for my next fix. I'm glad I decided to come back. I appreciate the change and their added specials. The tables are consistently cleaned and have plenty of tables since their renovation. My only suggestion is a little t.l.c. in the restroom. Thanks for another great meal, we'll see you soon.

    Customer service is terrible

Came here asking for extra meat no rice then they give me this. Dont know if they are drinking in back or if they actually read the ticket.

Last night I really needed tacos in my life. You ever get that feeling? The insatiable hunger for tacos that just won't go away, nags at you and instantly makes whatever you have in your fridge less desirable. Yup, that was me, and while my wife drove past all of the usual spots I'd say pick something up from, she recalled this little gem. Cielito Lindo! Tonight we went for a small order of Carne Asada Fries and a few flavors of tacos which included El Pastor for me, a variety of Carne, Chicken and El Pastor for my wife and Carne for my daughter. Of course the usual fixings of beans, rice, grilled onions and pepper. The flavors were great! The Pastor was tender, a little greasy which is expected from a delicious street taco, but flavorful nonetheless. Their fries were awesome. With a bit of Carne Asada on top, fresh pico and cheese, my wife ate most of it. Almost didn't share. Because the tacos were Birria style they had a nice bake of cheese melted into the tortilla and came with a dipping sauce I believe is called consomé. The service picking up that evening was simply prompt and efficient. One of the waitresses offered us some recommendations that helped and the cashier was very polite and accommodating. The restaurant was pretty quiet, with booth and bar style seating, things were pretty chill. This will definitely continue to be a go to spot for tacos for us now and one can only hope they maintain the same great quality of food and service they gave us this visit.

This place really stands out for both the quality of the food and the authenticity of the flavors. I then had to fight to flag a waitress to ask for chili paste to get any heat in my entire dish. I like that there are veggies with it and the noodles have a good chew, but I've found zero dishes with anything near Thai spices here My partner got the pad thai, which was sickly sweet yet didn't taste like tamarind, fish sauce nor contain pickled veg. The wood ear in it was excellent, but I've never seen it in pad thai. The thai ice tea was good, maybe a bit heavy on sweetener. I don't understand the high ratings here, based pireh on food. Thai Chili has far better flavors, and is rated lower. The wait staff/food runners lacked politeness, and never checked if we enjoyed our food or needed anyone. Sans the person filling everyone's water, we were never checked on in any other capacity. The restaurant was a cacophony of noise and conversation, I had to lean across the booth to have any chance of hearing my companion. The noise level is overwhelming if you have sensory issues at all. The decor is pretty cool.

We have family members nearby and a lot of them also say that Asian cuisine out in Reno is not necessarily the best. Not being the case I have to admit we kind of had low expectations of this restaurant. Things were a little weird when we arrived. But first, let me tell you he's at the parking lot is large and there's plenty of parking for everyone. This restaurant shares a lot with an el super market and a few other small businesses. When we entered, the gentlemen at the front seemed very flustered. There was one couple who had arrived just before us. They were there to place a to go order. Once we came in and let them know that we were going to be a party of four, the gentleman looked very confused. All of a sudden he didn't seem like he knew where to put us. There were more than enough tables. He initially was going to place in a tiny booth, but we explained that when we go out to eat that we may be a small group, but we order pretty large amounts of food and we like our table space. He got even more confused and flustered. We ordered green beans with chicken. We had pork chops with spicy salt and fried tofu with spicy salt. And because we were feeling slightly intrigued and curious, we ordered a fried eggplant with spicy salt. That fried eggplant was fantastic. It was so lightly fried, even though the batter, we weren't quite sure about because it looked a little heavy. I really like the green beans. They were still crispy and crunchy. To my liking, those were perfectly cooked. I love that. They use a lot of onion and garlic. Nothing was overly salty. The one oopsie that I experienced that was both a shock and a bit of a problem... one of the waiters came to refill my water and somehow he accidentally missed the cup and dumped about a quarter of the picture of water into my purse. Ughhhh. That part wasn't fun but luckily I keep my purse organized where everything is pretty much in pouches. So most things were protected. My wallet did get wet, but luckily it was just water and nothing else.
