    Veggie MACHETE VEGETARIANO
    Fred B.

We stopped in here after our visit to Tacos Azteca, just down the street. Much like Azteca this is a rather plain spot, and also not built for comfort. We decided not to order the tacos as they were $14.99 for 3. Instead we ordered the Vegetarian Machete ($12.99) to share. A Machete is a rather large corn quesadilla that is folded in half and roughly looks like a blade, and can be filled with a variety of items. The Vegetarian Machete here is filled with cheese, pickled onions, peppers, cilantro, spring onions, and then topped with pico de gallo, more onion, and both a red and a green sauce, there was even a few pieces of grilled zucchini. Also on this plate was a grilled jalapeño, rice (with corn, peas, etc), black beans, wedges of lime, and some sliced radishes. This is a dish I'd never had before, but I will certainly have it again if the opportunity presents itself. The dish was not just full of flavor there was plenty of food, and sharing was about right.

What a fun, unique place to get Mexican food! Cielito is vibrant and puts you in the mood to party! We stopped in before the dinner rush and sat at the bar. The space is bright and clean. Our waiter was prompt. The food was so fun! They had classic Mexican dishes but put on a pizza! They also have cocktails in shakers that are massive. The best part is that you can mix and match your tacos and pizza with a combo. The ACP was unique in that it had a sweetness to it that totally works. And I really appreciated the salsa bar so we could add as much flavor and heat as we wanted. This was definitely an experience that made us want to return!

Randomly found Cielito while visiting Burlington and so glad we stopped in. The ambiance is fun and unique! They have a nice enclosed patio area for additional seating. The inside is a little tight but still easy to get around. They had a nice salsa/sauce bar that comes with your meal. The menu has tons of options with a pretty authentic feel. The food was fresh and delicious and the service was great.

Delicious food, nice patio, HUGE and fun drinks haha. Very family friendly. Fine parking lot. Good service. Make sure to clarify how big food is and what comes with it!

    Shredded Chicken Nachos

So I've passed this restaurants many times while visiting my Parents... I decided to stop to see what it was all about. I don't know what I expected, but the restaurant looked entirely different than what I imagined. Nothing bad, it just didn't look like what I thought. I was seated and could not find any nachos on the menu. That's really what I wanted and became slightly worried. When the waitress came over, she assured me they do have nachos. My only issue with that is, they don't have ground beef nachos, only shredded beef nachos.... I'm sorry, I don't want that. I ended up getting shredded chicken nachosb with a margarita. They were pretty good, however next time I would order the nachos with the chips on the side, because the chips became SUPER soggy. I also got a side of guac.. all in all, I'm definitely going back to try something different! There were a few people celebrating birthdays and their celebration of the customers was too cute.

Love the warm crunchy chips accompanied by a rich salsa. The young kids enjoyed pizza while the adults indulged in Mexican favorites. Service was efficient and prices reasonable. There is a salsa bar, make sure to ask about it. We were not aware of it but would have enjoyed the experience.

Highly recommend outdoor seating when the weather is nice. The staff even brought over a large fan to cool off the outdoor area during the summer heat. The music was a bit loud initially, but otherwise the staff are attentive and the food is amazing. Larger portions. Delicious flavor. A white variety for drink selection, as well. 10/10

If you go you definitely have to try this. This was a must have for me and have been back to get it!! Vibes were amazing and apparently the birthday celebrations are it !

Cute little Mexican restaurant in Burlington. Great service and atmosphere. Lunch time was not as busy. The guacamole Con chichirron was not as good. The guacamole was as always delicious. The chichirron was really dried (I know its fried) and hard, didn't have much flavor to it. Both lunch special was good. The chips were fresh from the warmers. Salsa was spicy and flavorable. 2 clean unisex bathrooms.

The food was good and the portions are big! The cocktails are also very good. My only complaint is if you go on the weekend the music is very loud so it makes it hard to have a conversation.

    Barbacoa Bowl

I ordered the barbacoa bowl, it was good but I didn't think it was anything particularly special. I did enjoy the tortilla chips, they have a lemony pepper taste to them. The salsa was good as well but they only gave me a tiny little dish of it. One thing I didn't enjoy was the fact the music here was so loud, they play club type music. Might be fine later on in the evening but I was there around 5:00 p.m. on a Sunday and it was just annoying.

I've always wanted to try this place. Yesterday was the perfect opportunity. Came here for lunch and it's so cute and relaxing inside. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. I decided to sit outside. They have a lot of plants outside and it's screened in to keep the bugs out. The menu is simple but the prices are a little pricy. They didn't have a lunch menu or lunch prices....so I spent $45 on two items including tip. That's a lot considering it was during lunch. The food was hot and really good. Service was cool I am not sure if I'll come back because I am cheap.

We were in Burlington and looking for something to eat. We saw the positive reviews at Cielito and decided to stop in. My wife has always been a huge fan of Mexican food. I like it as well although it is not always my first choice. We pulled in the parking lot and saw they are located at the end of a small strip mall and in front of the Lowe's Home Improvement store. This was perfect for us because we needed to stop in there as well. On the end of the building we could see a nice outdoor seating area complete with plants and decorations. We entered the building and saw the sign stating they would seat us. The young lady began walking us to the outdoor area but because it was pretty hot outside, we told her we would prefer to sit inside. She chose a vacant booth and provided us menus. Our server stopped and brought us waters as well as a small basket of chips and salsa. We also placed our orders. My wife chose the Ultimate fajitas (steak, chicken and shrimp) with double rice and flour tortillas. I chose the birria pizza, I've heard of birria pizza and was anxious to try it. The chips and salsa were delicious. So delicious in fact that we asked for another dish of salsa because we were really piling it on the warm chips. YUM. The fajitas came out very quickly and were sizzling and huge! In fact, they could easily be shared by two people. My birria pizza arrived a couple minutes later and was also huge. I am normally a traditional pizza connoisseur with red tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni and other meats on a pizza crust. This appeared similar with the birria and cilantro on top but there wasn't much sauce. I couldn't taste the sauce or really see it. We both enjoyed our meals and would recommend both items. However, many of the menu prices for other items we saw (food and cocktails) seemed rather expensive when compared with other Mexican restaurants in the Triad. We both agreed we would have rather had smaller portions of the items we ordered with a smaller price tag.

I hopped on Yelp to read some reviews and out of the 3 I read Ferrara Pizza and Pasta outshined the others. I ordered dinner for my boyfriend and I to go. My boyfriend wanted the Penne Carbonara and I ordered the Pasta Trio, which comes with a huge stuffed shell, Manicotti and lasagna which I asked for White sauce instead of the marinara both out our meal included a side salad and seasoned garlic rolls. The prices here are extremely excellent and the portions are gigantic I was able to make 2 separate meal with my food and my boyfriend demolished his meal on one sitting lol. Their food is amazing delicious and seasoned well. Everything is made fresh to order which I love. When I come back here I will have to order more of the menu options. The customer service is top notch and the staff is very helpful and very pleasant. Next time I come I will dine in. The restaurant is super clean and organized as well. There is plenty of seating for groups or couple and families. You have got to check them out they definitely do not miss the make. I rate them 4.7 stars.

Fliers immediately filled my mail box with coupons and specials from them .After they opened we decided to try this newcomer to the pizza scene in Greensboro and we are glad we did. From the toppings, to the crust, the pizza has a spot on flavor that elevates it over your standard Dominos, Papa johns commercial pies. We ordered a half mushroom and onion pizza with the other half being chicken and bacon. The toppings on both sides came in good amounts and actually covered each side that they were supposed to be on. Note: "we all have had a pizza that looked like a 5 year old assembled at one time another. Am I right?" All of the veggie toppings tasted fresh except the mushrooms being canned but still they were good. The chicken was really tasty with a roasted flavor and the bacon was chunky cut with a savory hint of hickory and sugar. That bacon was tasty lol. As for the crust we went with the original pan. It was perfectly cooked and the texture was spot on. The tomato sauce was not to sweet and not to salty, with a happy medium in between on oregano and spice. With other chains the sauce to me is what makes or breaks it, and Marcos got it right in that area. There is also crust toppers to choose from. We chose the "Romason" , which was basically garlic butter and Parmesan brushed crust. It was rather tasty. There menu has sandwiches, wings and other sides that we haven't delved into yet. But we will be back and will try to mix those in as well. Keep up the good work Marcos, and welcome to Greensboro!
