My skin looked worse than expected to Camille upon initial observation, so my treatment was increased to $375 for a different treatment. I was already lying down upon being swayed with the idea and did not have a choice, and I accepted because I was desperate for an improvement in my skin. For the entirety of the treatment, Camille was selling me on different products for my acne. I have no problem with skincare products, but I prefer silent facial treatments. As I was a new customer, I agreed to everything she was influencing me on. The red flag was that she never mentioned prices. To make a long story short, my total came out to over $700 as a first-timer (I attached receipts for my first and second appointment, which was over $500). The products did help my skin, which is why I chose to come back a second time, where I also set a third appointment. After my bank account had been drained the first two times, I was still open to returning for a third time. However, I contacted Camille prior to the date, to let her know I got COVID and couldn't make it. I was told she had no openings until MONTHS later. I let her know that the wait was fine with me. But, I was never scheduled for an appointment. Her availability month came along, and I never got a notice. If you are someone on a budget, or need an esthetician who is understanding of cancelations, this place is not for you. Also, the products sold at this establishment (Biologique Recherche or Osmosis) can be found on Amazon, or other spas in the LA area.

The room was adorable--cozy and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing experience. The facial itself was incredible. Cielo tailored the treatment specifically to my skin's needs, which I really appreciated. She was super knowledgeable about the ingredients and techniques she was using, explaining everything to me in a way that made me feel confident in her expertise. One of the standout parts of the facial was the lymphatic drainage. It felt so soothing and really added to the overall relaxation. I had a facial with Cielo yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. She took the time to go through my current routine and really assess my skin before recommending anything. She helped me create a simple, realistic routine focused on staying hydrated, protecting my skin with daily SPF, and improving my skin health from the inside out. The facial was very relaxing, and my skin looked noticeably brighter and glowing afterward. She's incredibly knowledgeable and explains things in a way that's easy to understand.
