I learned about the IDerm facial through a website, and since I was going to be in the LA area, decided to make an appointment. I'd never heard of such a wild facial and was dying to try it. Making the appointment was really easy - I was afraid that trying to book only a week out would be a problem. Even when I needed to change the time, she was able to accommodate me. If you've ever had a facial, you're going to be a bit taken aback by this one. There were a couple times when I looked a bit like Hannibal Lecter or Michael Myers' less attractive brother. However, my skin looks really, really great, and it didn't hurt or feel uncomfortable in any way. Marianne has a firm hand with extractions, but if it's uncomfortable at all let her know and she'll adjust as needed. Speaking of Marianne, she is an incredibly friendly and kind woman. She's totally excited about what she does and she loves doing it, and that is easily apparent! She explained every step along the way, what she was doing and why, which I appreciated immensely, having never experienced a facial quite like this one. I ended up purchasing the face wash she sells and a serum from the same line. When she used the cleanser on me, I decided I had to buy it - it smells really nice and feels great while cleansing. As a winner of Marianne's healthcare worker giveaway, I was treated to a relaxing Spa Day. This studio is located on the second floor of a small shopping center. Parking was free and easy in the center's lot. The studio is beautiful inside and as soon as you enter, you are greeted. The studio is impeccably clean and everything is set up perfectly for your comfort. I spent time in the Infrared Sauna which has beautiful glass doors and even an ipad screen so you can chose to watch netflix, browse facebook, or listen to relaxing music on pandora. Cold water to drink is provided which you can bring into the sauna. The room is private and you are provided with towels and a towel wrap with buttons to wear. I also went into the Rejuve Body Spa which covers your body in a mist infused with metals to soften your skin. The total experience was extremely relaxing and refreshing. read more

So I've just moved to LA and I know no one but my fiancée and he knows nothing about facials...and I needed one...ok so two.. Really bad! I started to research on the Internet and Marianne's name came up. I looked at her reviews on yelp and called for an appointment was was there in less than an hour! The person on the phone was adorable as she is in person and was fun to talk to so that made me excited to come in. Also when you come through that door the smell is intoxicating, all of the product wafts into the seating area and let me tell you it is wonderful. You've probably never experienced this before. There is no " fluff" to this facial it is all work to make your skin looking awesome. What I mean is typically while a mask is on you are given a neck massage, hand massage, etc. Instead....Here you get hooked up to a mask that sends electric pulses to help you skin absorb all that good stuff that is slathered all over your face. It's called the galvanic system. To top it off Marianne explains everything, which I love! She is also a wonderful person who is extremely knowledgable at her craft! I felt like I was in safe hands! I thought the results were wonderful! My problem areas, (acne...shh don't tell anybody); have diminish and healed quite a bit... I also made an appointment a week later because I was so impressed and it was also reccomended that I comeback soon so she can make sure that my skin's lil tiff is over. I love it... Also she has this quick picks thing...I havent used it but if you've had a facial and something pops up,(a zit), that you shouldn't mess with stop by her spa and she'll help you out with it...no charge! Love that lil bit, never heard of this anywhere before! To top it off my Mom came into town the next day and complimented me on my skin, I hadn't said a thing about getting a facial...needless to say my Mom wants to make an appointment nextime she comes to visit. Make an appointment you won't be disappointed! Also pleasant surprise when I was checking out....I got a discount for being a new customer! Awesome! What an amazing experience! In all areas. I booked a session in the infrared sauna. *Customer service...so good. Super friendly and helpful staff. I had a great conversation with Marianne as well as the lovely receptionist. *Price: super affordable. You can get your sauna treatments done for only $15 each if you buy a package (I did!) *Parking: tons of it! Which is hard to find in LA. *Facilities: clean, peaceful. The sauna itself: great! Love Marianne. I just moved out to LA and started feeling some serious LA-perfect-skin pressure. I've only had two appointments with her so far and my skin has never felt better. I was a strong dermatology/obagi/microdermabrasion/retin-a/pill popping user and she commanded that I stop all of it. I hated the harsh things I was putting on my skin but I was still afraid about dropping all of it in exchange for gentle, soothing cleaners, balancing waters, etc. ... I mean could it be that easy? shouldn't we have to suffer for great skin? so far my non-suffering Marianne treatments are doing me a lot more good that the harsh chemicals I was using before. Also, she's very focused on long-term results - on keeping your skin great in 10 years, 20 years, and so on.... which is absolutely fantastic! I don't want to sacrifice my great skin later on in exchange for a quick boost right now. As for setting up appointments, scheduling, rescheduling and all that admin jazz...they're great. Marianne (and her assistants) work with your schedule, call you back within a few hours if you leave a message, and its easy to reschedule. Also - I asked for all of her recommendations, ointments, thoughts, opinions, make-up advice, etc. -- I like information. But if you don't, know that she is by no means a product pusher! She's more concerned about developing a relationship with you and understanding your skin than she is about selling product. Lastly, the facilities are awesome, easy to find, great freeway access and free parking! yay! read more

Today was my very first facial, and I'm 29! I was referred by a good friend of mine and I'll tell you what, it was amazing! Marianne and Delta are both so friendly and welcoming. Her place is quiet, clean, smells nice, has dim lighting in the perfect spots and is comfortable. She gave me the full experience and gave me pointers on how to take care of my skin at home. I bought three products before my departure. Cleanser, the clear spray and the moisturizer. It's so hot outside and I was running around all day so when I got home I showered and as soon as I put the cleanser on my skin I was so happy with my purchase!
