I just visited the spa for the first time today and definitely plan coming back soon!! I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage by Roxanne and it was the best I have ever had. She had such a friendly and welcoming personality and calming manner and put me at ease right away. She checked in with me several times during the massage to make sure I comfortable and the amount of pressure was good for me. The spa was very comfy and cozy with many candles and soothing music which just helped to relax me and put me in a peaceful state of mind. I left feeling so much better than I did when I arrived and just couldn't have been happier with my experience. I wish I had found Cielo sooner!! They also offer facials and waxing services so I am excited to try those also. read more

I booked an appt with Shelby based on the Yelp reviews since I was from out of town. She gave me the BEST Brazilian wax I've had so far...even better than who I see at home. Loved her and her cute place. Definitely recommend her for this service as she uses Hard Wax and it is WAY less painful! Probably the most relaxing massage I've ever had (which were many). They get all the details right too to make it perfect: little things like placing peppermint scented hands over your face after flipping over and your sinuses are plugged, or laying a towel over your eyes to keep from being distracted. I went to Cielo for my 18th birthday and I had the BEST time. Not only was I treated with kindness and comfort, the place was adorable! I just got a basic massage, might have been a Swedish one, but the prices are affordable and the service is AMAZING. I brought 2 of my friends along with me and they both said they had an amazing massage. The whole setting was clean, comfortable, and most of all relaxing! Had the pleasure of receiving a swedish massage from Pamela. Everything about the 60 minutes was wonderful. Prior to the massage she had asked me if there were areas I needed work on or areas of concern. During the massage she asked me couple times if the pressure was good. The explanation for this one star review is that it appears that the masseuse (Tova) stole all of the cash from my wallet ($180) at some point during the massage. As always, I disrobed prior to the massage and placed my pants with the wallet in the corner of the room. I realize that I cannot prove that Tova stole the money from my wallet since I was I was either face down on the massage table, or on my back with a covering over my face the entire hour. However, the facts are that I arrived at the spa with $180 in cash, and when I got home, I noticed that the cash was missing from my wallet. I made no other stops. In principle, Tova had time to remove the money since there were a couple of instances during the massage that Tova stopped for minute or so. I spoke to the owner who reported (unsurprisingly) that Tova denies stealing the money. I regret having to post this review. However, I feel it is my responsibility to do so as a warning to others. read more
