So up until 3 weeks ago I had smoked 2 Cigars in my 44 years of life. Three weeks ago I have lunch with a buddy and he asks me if I'm into cigars and I say I know nothing about them. He said let me take you to my new place. 10 minutes later we are walking into Cigars International and I'm amazed. It is a huge cigar store that is also connected to a bar filled with leather couches and chairs, high top tables, large bar and a bunch of TV's. Everyone is sitting around smoking and drinking. There are several folks sitting on their laptops using the free Wi-Fi to do work. I'm thinking this place looks amazing! The cigar store is overwhelming. There are literally hundred of different Cigars and they font really have a description of the cigar, so it's best if you go in with an idea of what you are looking for. Just outside the store is the bar area. Filled with leather couches, chairs, high top tables, regular 4 tops and the bar. There are generally 2 waitresses working the seating area to place drink orders with. There are also largeTV's all around the bar, so it's a great place to go catch a game. This place has quickly become my spot. I now have my own humidor, cutter, favorite cigar and a handful of them in my humidor. Being a native DallasSite, I always try to find great places to enjoy since I do not live in the area anymore. This place is nice. What I like most about Cigar International is the diversity and the location. When I arrived I loved the fact that there was alot of parking. The set up inside reminds me of a Twin Peaks with Cigars. There is a nice outdoor patio space if your into smoking inside. When you walk in to the left is a humidor. To the right is indoor seating and a large bar area. There is a sign in the front that has daily specials on drinks. If your in the area a great spot to relax and enjoy a stick. I enjoy coming here for the variety of cigars and more than adequate knowledgeable staff awaits your questions and curiosities as you roam the aisles in your his fabulous humidor. It's more of a bar atmosphere mixed with the coffee shop feel as there were a lot of people with their laptops open. ‍ So if you're wanting to relax somewhere quietly with your cigar, this place may not be for you unless you come during non-peak hours. 5 stars because some genius thought of Bloody Mary flights. Update: the last couple of times I have gone in it seems they the quality ventilation system has not been in use. I used to never leave here smelling of smoke, but that is exactly what has been happening. Since the weather is cooler/colder the doors cannot be up/open so one would think the system would be in at all times since more people have to be inside.
