However, cold showers get old after the first one. Anyways, I assumed it was repairable due to clogged valves or needed replacement as it was over 10 years old and maybe much older. I called this company up because of the reviews and anything veteran owned is usually legit. Nassim was my technician and he can right in the middle of the service window scheduled. He immediately found the issue and gave me two options - repair or replace. I decided to replace because I know the water supply in this community tends to have a lot of minerals buildup. I'm glad I did. Upon removing the old hot water heater, a ton of deposits was found. I may have been missing out on full powered showers for years. Not anymore! Highly recommended. No BS. No upsell. Harry called me back promptly & let me know right up front that he was fully booked until August. But he also eased my mind by reminding me that the toilets were all put in at the same time, so more than one could have components wearing out at the same time. Since I only had leaking to the bowl, I changed the flappers & now they both work great! Even though he was very busy, he took the time to call me back. Even though he was booked until August, he listened to what I said. She even helped me come up with a workaround for a leaky shower handle until they could come out to look at it. We had two showers that were both constantly dripping from their handles, and Gary was able to fix one and order the part to fix the other within an hour. I had previously called another company that was unable to fix either problem and had recommended a full replacement of my shower handles to fix the leak, which would have required tile work and thousands of dollars. I have an older home and want to maintain instead of constantly replacing. They have also recently completed a rather complicated water heater replacement at our rental house that involved multiple visits and coordination with another service provider, and were so easy to work with during that process. Re-update They misquoted me on the replacement of the 2nd toilet which I had them do at the same time as the other I had issues with.
