My clothes were brand new when I brought them in. I asked them to dry clean and crease my pants. I got my clothes back with a broken button on the suit jacket. I had dog hair on my pants. (I don't own a dog) Also the crease in my pants was messed up. They didn't straighten out the bottom of my pants so they creased it while it was all folded up. It was obvious to see. Will never come here again. I've had a couple issues in the past with them being late on completion times, but this time was my worst. I dropped off a brand new shirt and asked for dry clean and heavy starch. They charged me for both but when I got the shirt back it was still wrinkled and no starch was used. I honestly feel like all they did was take the tags off and "fluff" it out a couple times then hung it up. Never again. They completely lied about pricing. I stopped in and asked how much for Mens business shirts to be LAUNDERED, not dry-cleaned. The lady said $2.50 for laundered shirts w/ starch. I got my items home, looked at the tag on them and saw I was charged $3.75 each!? I called, asked to speak to the owner. She said they were actually $3.38 to $3.75 depending on the SIZE for laundry, and started at $6.60 (!) for dry-cleaning. She basically didnt give a ****. I took shirts here for the first time in ten years. I asked the price for cleaning and pressing mens shirts. It was $3.50 which is ridiculous, but they decided two of the shirts needed dry cleaning, even though the tag in the shirt says differently, those shirts are 6.50 each. Then there were some miscellaneous 25 cent charges. They stuck some labels in my shirts that are not removable, I wish they asked first because at these prices I won't be back. I have had two sets of items cleaned here. The first time I visited I was a little put out by the prices and the refusal to clean a designer bag because they "didn't want the liability." It left me wondering if they weren't able to clean a nylon bag work suede handles, what would happen to the sets of clothes I dropped off that all together cost way more than one little bag. On my second visit I dropped off a king sized comforter to be cleaned, I was quoted a price to have it laundered. I had specified multiple times that it needed laundering because a guest's pet had left an odor. When I returned to pluck it up, I was told that because it was oversized they were unable to launder it but they had spot-cleaned it. Spot cleaning was not necessary because it was an odor, no stains. The comforter was returned to me as I had dropped it off but not without them charging the quoted laundering price. They insisted somehow I was getting a discount because the spot clean was supposed to be more expensive, and yet my problem had not been resolved. I've never been charged for something I never asked for until I stopped in this shop. My advice is to make the trip to any other shop, they've got to be better than this racket. read more
