I bought a car from Cincy's Finest Auto the beginning of August. A couple of weeks later we realized there was a problem with the radiator. I called Tre. He bought me a brand new radiator. Today which is September 22nd I called Tre to let him know I was having trouble with a tire. He told me to bring the car to him. He took the tire off in the pouring rain and found that there was a nail in my tire. He plugged my tire and aired it up. He ask me if he could do anything else for me. Do not do business with this guy! Sold my car and he agreed to pay $1300. He then stopped payment. Owner Tre Styles stopped payment even though he owed the balance. I've added photos as proof that he has scammed me, my husband, and ultimately my teenage daughter whose car it was (titled to me) but she paid for the car. *****BUYER BEWARE*****Posting on behalf of my family who got SCAMMED by Cincy's "Finest" Auto in Cleves- which couldn't be anything further from finest. Tre Styles (the owner) CAME INTO my dad's place of work threatening him and telling him to take down the review in return for the money he owed. My dad showed up and Tre gave him a hard time while signing a check. We found out he canceled the payment after the review had been taken down. NOW we'll be posting it everywhere for everyone to see. We have everything on recording. Cops won't do anything and he continues to scam residents of Cleves not only buyers, but sellers too! * UPDATE: from my original post on June 29, 2023. He came into my work asking that I take down the review and for that he would give me my $800 that was owed. I was told if I deleted my review he would pay me (not my wife who was on title) my $800 that he originally owed my wife for my daughters car from which she had to draw from her own savings account to buy a new one. Well after I read over his agreement I signed it and he wrote a check for $800. He broke our agreement by putting a stop payment on the check that we went to the bank and cashed. On 7/6/23, I received the stop payment notice by mail and he put payment owed on memo line. The fact he came into my place of work and harassed me to take down the review for the payment he owed but still refuses to pay is extremely unprofessional and quite violating. ORIGINAL REVIEW: In July of 2022 my daughter got into an accident. Within a couple days we had it towed to a shop and contacted Trey at Cincy's "Finest" Auto. We have sold him other vehicles previously so we thought we could trust him. He agreed to pay $1000, and my wife managed to get him to throw in the towing cost of $300 to get it to his shop. We shook hands on $1,300 for the car. I was told not to sign the title and he'd "fill it in" while the car was in the shop still. Thinking we had built rapport with Trey, I told him he would be able to pay when the car was sold. Months go by and he claimed the car was still not sold because it needed parts. However, it was in his lot with a price tag. There were texting conversation and phone calls where he claimed I was "stalking him" and hung up on me after offering me less than half of our agreed price. We then decided it was time to get authorities involved 3/18. Police were able to run the plates and found that the car had indeed been sold on January 27th. I sold my vehicle (titled to me but was my college student daughter's car to drive) to Cincy's Finest Auto and Tre Styles refused to pay what he owed. He finally agreed to pay the remaining balance after a YEAR. He signed a check and noted it was the final payment for the vehicle he purchased. He then stopped payment on the check. He agreed to pay a total of $1300 for my vehicle. He made a payment of $500 and refused to pay the balance until my husband wrote a review of his business. We agreed to remove the review if he were to pay the remaining balance. He wrote a check for $800 and stopped payment on the check. When he was asked about it, he began yelling and screaming over the phone. In my opinion, this business cannot be trusted. Tre Styles tried to intimidate me and my husband by yelling, cussing, and saying "let's take it outside and handle this like men". I do not recommend this business and I regret having done any business with him. Tre would not handle any business with me. He refused to discuss anything with me and would only speak to my husband.
