He had all of my contacts and I wrote back saying that I would still like the arrangement and that it is for someone quite high power. He responded that I should go somewhere else because he offered "normal florals". For a business that deals with emotion I.e birthdays, weddings, funerals, illness etc. the EQ was really lacking.
