I have been meaning to write a review for a long time for Bree and The Cinderella Company but wanted to give it the time it deserved! I cannot say enough about our experience with The Cinderella Company, from start to finish it was perfect. They were in touch several times throughout the party planning and helped put my mind at ease! We hired another company before The Cinderella Company, but it was a disaster. Luckily I called and was able to get an even better party set up. I am so happy it worked out the way it did. Bree (Cinderella) NEVER broke character and was AMAZING with the girls! She did a magic show, face painting, singing, & dancing and all of the girls were blown away. We hired The Cinderella Company for my daughter's 5th birthday on May 21st. They sent Maaika as Princess Jasmine. Everything about this company is just perfect. (It kinda tells you something when every single review on this company is five stars.) First, I agree with a previous reviewer that they are well-organized and run a tight ship. We got a call two days before confirming the date and time and providing us with all the necessary info. Because we were going to have so many children at the party -- more than one poor princess could accommodate -- we were warned that the children could have tattoos, but not face painting (it would take too much time). Fair enough. The company and performers do everything possible to keep the magic alive. Maaika would have passed even Disneyland's tough standards for Princess Jasmine. She was absolutely perfect. She presented my daughter with her very own princess crown, did storytelling for the children (even kept the boys entertained), made balloon animals, and even (in spite of how many kids there were) squeezed in face painting! I would have to say that the biggest compliment -- and the best evidence that we chose well -- was when one of the guests told her father, "That is the REAL Jasmine!!!!!" You can't fool a five-year-old on these matters. So if she says that was the REAL Jasmine at the party, then that was indeed the real Jasmine! I would absolutely hire this company again, and if you ever need Princess Jasmine, hold out for Maaika! Oh, and one other thing... the school teacher told me that several kids were still talking about Jasmine and the party the following Monday! read more

The Cinderella Company was recommended to me by an actress friend, who also happens to be one of their princesses! I'm in theatre and had seen my friend in a few of her costumes, so I had pretty high expectations when I booked Laura, as Ariel for my daughters "Under The Sea" themed party. My daughter was only turning one so the princess appearance was much more for the older children (Ages 3-7). I was extremely impressed by Laura. She called me before the party to gather more information about the party (my daughters name, how many kids and their ages, as well as what I was hoping for her to do during the party). I booked her for an hour since the crowd was younger, this short attention spans. The website gives an outline of what the performers provide with different amounts of time. I explained what I was hoping for, story, some singing, some magic, then photo ops and to sing happy birthday. She did all of these things and made the kids feel special and kept them engaged despite some louder adults having conversations around the room. She also gave the kids temporary tattoos (which I think they would provide, but I provided them since I had purchased them already). The kids had an absolute blast with Laura and the adults were all very impressed with her as well. She looked the part, played the part effortlessly and expertly and provided the party with an extra bump of fun for all the guests! I hired the Cinderella for my daughters birthday this year and choose Brittany as Sleeping Beauty. I was totally impressed! I had hire a Cinderella princess for her previous year party, and although that company was great, the costume was not to high standards and you can tell she was wearing a wig, however the princess that we got from the Cinderella company really looked like Sleeping Beauty comparable to the Disneyland Princess. I was not only impressed with the costume, but with the characters voice! She sang Once Upon a Dream, I was perplexed of how beautiful the voice is and how you can't really tell the difference from the movie. I tried to book an event with this company for my daughter's 4th birthday. Via their website I requested additional information and asked several questions. I received an email within the hour stating the performer was available but my questions were not answered and no phone call was made to me. I called the next day to book this and was told the performer was available, then upon further investigation she was not. I didn't understand why I was originally told yes. I had been calling around to several different companies and one company put a hold for 48 hours on that date to insure my satisfaction. The reason I'm not giving a good review is solely based on the phone conversation I had when I called them to schedule. When I'm paying potentially $250 for 1.5 hours I expect to be spoken to in a professional manner. Not to be spoken over where she asks me "What questions did I have" but then does not allow me to speak. When I mentioned I was going to yelp the company this only upset her more. Then to top it off to be hung up on is not what I expected. They lost my business. I would rather pay more money for a professional company with no headaches and to not be hung up on. VERY DISRESPECTFUL and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! To respond to Jennifer actually the package I was requesting was the Glass Slipper package that does include the balloon twisting. You stated to me that Elsa doesn't do balloon twisting. I asked why doesn't it state that on ur website. You responded with there is not enough room on your site for those little details. To me I want a company that pays attention to those details. I stated you put plenty of other footnotes on the page if a character doesn't offer that you should put it on the page. I did request this in the email I sent on Wednesday also and that if u would allow me to speak I could continue. Abruptly she kept saying then ask your questions, I don't hear you asking anything. To me it is that kind of tone that was unprofessional. Your company seems very unorganized, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. And yes I did say I would yelp it. People have a right to know how business is conducted. Again like I said before, my dissatisfaction was with the phone conversation. You plainly put words in my mouth and said I was angry. I stated I was not angry and ur perception of me was incorrect but you are entitled to ur opinion, as am I. This is why I chose to go with another company. read more

I wish I could give Madison who came to my daughter's 5th birthday party dressed as Elsa from "Frozen" 6 stars! She was very easy to communicate with before and during the event, very professional, on time, wonderful and patient with children (you know you need magic powers to keep fifteen 3-5 year-olds interested in you for 1.5 hours... Not a challenge for Madison!). She told the story, did some face painting, a couple of magic tricks (my kids are still talking about how she made snow) and her singing voice is so incredible even adults stopped chatting and started listening. Several of our guests went to music school and commented on her talent. I don't know what she does M-F but I hope it has something to do with singing and working with children. (I guess he's called Anakin, I'm not hip to all the star wars speak... :)) The guy was amazing, he entertained 16 6 year olds for 1.5 hours, and when some of them wandered off he handled it well, and kept them all engaged. My wife set up "Cinderalla" for my little girl's birthday party. As a daddy of two little girls and a wife who goes over the edge on girly stuff, I kinda step back from some of the activities that she sets up. Our house is set up well to have a Cinderalla party - big living room for cinderella and a bunch of munckins and an upstairs to watch, drink and make sarcastic comments with my other drunk daddies on the block. So cinderella showed up and she was done up amazingly. My daughter's Frozen themed birthday party was last Saturday and she and all of her little guests were overjoyed with their visit from Queen Elsa (Madison) and Princess Anna (Jacqueline). Both performers arrived a few minutes early and were immediately swarmed by 15 excited little girls. Elsa and Anna sweetly greeted them and kindly asked that they sit around them in a semicircle. They talked to the kids and answered questions before starting story time and singing songs. Both Madison and Jacqueline have beautiful voices. They're costumes and hair were beautiful and elaborate...just like in the movie. They are both very good with children and stayed in character the entire time. I used the Cinderella Company to hire a Cinderella for my daughter's princess birthday party. Their website is very informative. But booking was a little bit cumbersome for me. Every time I called there was no answer, so I finally just sent an email via their website. Then it took a bit for them to get back to me. However, after the booking, everything was smooth. They were super responsive and easy to work with. The cost is really not too bad when compared to other company's that provide kid's party entertainment. My entire experience with The Cinderella Company was positive and fabulous. I was able to book the performer of my choice (Elsa from Frozen) with ease, despite the current demand for her. I researched several different princess performers prior to booking with The Cinderella company, and though the packages were similar, the quality of their performers outshined the competition. "Elsa" was right on time, called to let us know when she was 5 minutes away and when she arrived. She was so gorgeous, and the detailing on her costume were fabulous. Despite the 3-6 year old guests being fairly rabid with excitement over the appearance of their current obsession at the party, she stayed in character and was a picture of patience. The story and magic were fun, and then she taught the girls "Princess Etiquette" and dancing. She left time for individual and group photos. Just brilliant!! Would highly recommend. read more

WE LOVE THE CINDERELLA COMPANY. Today we had our 5th party with The Cinderella Company. We had the honor of having Elsa performed by Marina and Anna performed by Katie. It went so well and they played off each other so perfectly. I almost thought I was watching the movie at times. The story was perfect, the singing was perfection and the interaction between the kids was out of this world. Today we had our triplets birthday with Elsa and Anna, Last year we had Belle for our oldest daughters birthday, the year before that Ariel for our oldest daughter and the year before that Rapunzell and the year before that Cinderella. Every year we are amazed at the quality of actors who play the princesses. They are so kind and professional, they keep everything moving right along and don't miss anything. They take the time to answer questions and they even play off some of the kids jokes. I look forward to doing the next party with The Cinderella Company next year.
