All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed her happy and friendly personality, as did we. We received about 60+ preview shots less than 48 hours after parting ways with her, and they look so incredibly stunning. When we met Becca for the first time, we had a very comfortable conversation about who we are as a couple and what our goals were for our wedding (at the time, we didn't know much more than that we wanted great photos!). She recommended an engagement session so that she could "get to know" who we are and how we present in front of a camera. While we weren't completely convinced that we needed engagement photographs necessarily, the benefits she described from an engagement session seemed entirely worth it, so we proceeded. My only complaint would be that they make a big deal out of telling you free downloads on their website the next day and there's even a sticker on the photo card that they give you that says the same thing, free downloads. I went on their website the next day, scanned the event QR code and no free downloads. I'm not surprised that there was a charge because they are such good quality. Just stop telling people they will be free if they aren't. I even sent an email asking for an explanation but never received a reply.

Not only are they a family run business but they appear to care as much about their customers as they care about each other. Scott and Jennifer were professional, kind, and creative when it came to helping me host an event. They have a portable photo studio with a backdrop that allows them to take some really amazing high quality pictures. Every guest at the party was given a take home photograph to capture the evening. Before my Thomas Krueger Photography experience, my only "pro" photography was from JCP. Their…read moreprocess was a bit 'sweatshop'. TK works creatively, it's a true craft. Thomas spent time studying my face, and how the light struck it. He had me adjust my sitting stance, and face in different directions. At first, I was the classic dude and resisted the process. But he kept trying out new lighting set-ups and taking shots. I saw really good images coming out of the process. Once I relaxed into it, things really clicked (heh). The photos that resulted were more authentic and nuanced than any that I've seen of myself. It actually improved my self-image. It cost just a wee bit more than the sweatshop, but the difference in value is massive.
