It was a typical 2 in 1 jumper nonetheless! I ordered from them couple months after Covid hit around the end of May 2020 and I am a frequent customer. I was pretty disappointed when the jumper was delivered and inflated... I requested to have a newer/clean jumper and that was not the case... jumper was old crusty and dirty. I had to go in and clean disinfect, and sanitize the jumper myself.. it was cracked up and pretty dingy. Cindy's Jumpers was amazing! The delivery went very smoothly. The delivery people were on time, really friendly, and polite. The setup was super fast, I think it only took them about 10 minutes to fully set up and inflate the bouncy house. The bouncy house was in great condition - one of my guests even commented that it looked brand new and asked if it was the first time being used. The generator they provided kept the house going strong for the entire time, no issues at all. The pick up was also very quick and efficient - they arrived on time, packed everything down in no time flat (I am amazed at how efficiently they can get the bouncy house rolled up in such a compact shape), and were super friendly at pick up. Will definitely book them again for future parties, my kids loved it! I also liked how they work often with local city parks so they are familiar with the city park rules and regulations, and they are very familiar with the locations so they can recommend the best place to set up, etc. read more

Cindy's Jumpers saved the day! My daughter had one request for her birthday- she wanted a jumper. I had ordered with another business that I found here on Yelp and one hour before he was scheduled to deliver he tells me he wouldn't be able to due to rain (It was drizzling at this point and the rain was supposed to stop within the hour). I called Cindy's with 3 hours to go until the party started and the jumper showed up 30 minutes after I placed the order. Set up and take down was fast and the jumper was nice and clean. Staff is great, which merits the 1 star otherwise I would have given them zero. I am a champion of employees who seek solutions rather than provide blame and excuses. Prior to booking online, I spoke to someone about my event. I explained it was for our team member ice cream social and inquired about the usage and quantities needed. I called 2 days prior to the event with my Director of Facilities to make sure we had the proper electrical output for the machines. I had three 2-hour shifts where we were providing soft serve ice cream to our employees: 9:30am - 11:30am 1pm - 3pm 6pm - 8pm In the middle of the first shift, I called with my concerns. We agreed to evaluate it for the 2nd shift. We were able to limp thru it, albeit somewhat runny, so I hoped the break in-between the shifts would give it time to solidify. I also kept the batter in our walk-in refrigerator to help quicken the process. I stayed in contact the entire day with your office team and By the 4th serving in the 2nd shift, it everything was coming out runny, despite waiting 5-7 minutes between serving. We ended up giving up and just serving regular ice cream from our own storeroom. So I called your office again and they agreed to send someone out to take a look. When they came out a few hours later, they told my assistant it working as it should. However, this was after it had 3-4 hours to solidify and we had stopped using it entirely. My assistant was told to "pour slowly". The bottom line, the machines are not meant for high volume, or even moderate volume. They work well for about 2-3 servings (2-3 ounces per serving) and then become runny. Instead of the 1-2 servicing per minute they told me. It was more like 3 servings every 7-10 min. This is not for a concession stand as it is labeled and should have been provided in the explanation and Staff needs to be able to explain this. ***please note...they changed the website description AFTER I provided them this feedback and information*** Wasted over $700. read more

We've only had the jumper for a little over an hour, and I felt compelled to write a review already. This is only our second time renting an inflatable. The first time, we used Jump4Fun. In most ways, the important ways, the experience with the two businesses was night and day. With both businesses, the people who delivered, set up, and removed the inflatable were great. Really polite and professional. That's the only commonality though. With Cindy's Jumpers, every charge was disclosed, and I was asked if I was ok with it. With Jump4Fun, I spent the morning shaking with anger, on the phone with a condescending jerk trying to scam me. With Cindy's we received a pristine, bright and shiny jumper. With Jump4Fun, it was in terrible condition; filthy, torn, and awful smelling. With Cindy's the set up crew brought cleaning products and used them to thoroughly clean the jumper. He worked hard and spent quite a while wiping down all surfaces. It looked great upon arrival, and was sanitized before we used it. SO appreciated! With Jump4Fun, it smelled like mildew and barf. There were questionable stains and no surface cleaning, Cindy's was right on n time with delivery. Very professional. Just an overall good experience. Now that I see what a jumper rental experience can be, I know how bad our experience with Jump4Fun was. Cindy will be our go to from now on. Highly recommended! read more

The weather was a bit suspect leading up to the event and their office staff allowed us to easily revise our order three different times the week prior to our event taking place. The day of the event, the delivery crew was punctual and explained the use of the cotton candy machine and jumper very clearly. The jumper was as advertised and the kids loved it during the party. The cotton candy machine worked without a hitch, was easy to operate, and everyone (adults and kids) really enjoyed it. This is a review for a package rental that we placed with Cindy's Jumper. We rented a combo slide jumper, five tables, 40 chairs, and a popcorn machine. I was hesitant to work with Cindy's this year due to a not so great experience last year (they arrived late, when the party was starting, and forgot the popcorn machine, which they then retrieved an hour into the party). But because their website was relatively simple to work with, I thought I would give them one more shot. Boy, was I wrong to do so. We had a rental time frame from 10am to 6pm this past Saturday. They arrived an hour late - that was somewhat OK, as the party was starting at 12. However, they forgot two tables, and that was pretty major, as we had a large party to seat. The driver said he would be back in 15-20 minutes with the tables, and I was like, OK. That didn't happen. 12pm came, still no tables. Call log from my phone: 12:09pm: I called, asking what's up. The guy says he's stuck in traffic on the freeway, and will be there in 20 minutes. I hang up, check Google maps, there's no traffic. Clearly lying. 12:34pm: I called again. Still "stuck in traffic" he says. I tell him there's no traffic and hang up on him. Lying again! 12:36pm: He calls me back, says he'll be there soon. 1:00pm: He calls again, says he has the tables. 2:05pm: He calls again to say he's arrived with the tables. Finally here with the last two tables, fours hours after the appointed time, three hours after the initial visit, and two hours after the party has already started. I had people sitting on chairs facing each other like some version of musical chairs. I was so mad and embarrassed. I was complaining and venting about the company to our guests, which is not something that I really want to do during my son's birthday party, but hey, word of mouth? So if that wasn't bad enough, then we had issues about having everything picked up. Back to the call log: 6:00pm: Driver calls, asks if everything is OK, and asks if we would like extra time with the jumper. I say, I don't care about extra time, I just want my money back for the two tables that basically showed up halfway through our party. He's like, OK, I'll take care of it. 8:55pm: Driver calls back, states that it's too late for them to pick up the jumpers, asks if he's able to come by Sunday morning by 10am. I'm beyond irritated by this point, but OK. Sunday morning rolls around. 10am rolls around. No sign of a pickup or phone call. At 1:50pm, I call the main office (I don't want to talk to the driver anymore - he might be "stuck in traffic"). I explain the situation to the person who answers the phone, he says he'll see what he can do. Still nothing happens. At 4:01pm, I call the main office again, speak with another person (warehouse manager?), and while I'm complaining on the phone again, the crew finally arrives to pick up the jumper and stuff. He also gives me $10 in cash for the table situation, and says it won't happen again. I basically state that I will not use their company again. So W O W. Talk about dropping the ball. I will never use this company again. Burned once, burned twice, and I will definitely not give you a chance for third time. read more

They were so easy to work with - after calling 5 other local places they were the only place that picked up their phone, returned calls, had an updated website, etc. Everything worked great, instructions were super clear, pickup and drop off was a piece of cake. They even walked me through the ordering process step by step when I was having trouble figuring out something on their website. I have used cindys jumpers before and had a great experience. This time not so much. The jumper arrived 45 minutes past the time that was asked for during my registration process. The driver took off the $5 charge for an extension cord fee (which ive never paid before) once the Jumper was inflated we found trash, a tshirt, and a bandana inside the jumper along with food stains. Also the jumper was not in the best condition many patches everywhere along with gum like stains. I feel like the price was too high for the condition of the jumper. After speaking to their customer service they did refund me a very small amount. (Less than my required deposit) Also the delivery fee was high. Will not be using them again i will be going back to my usual jumper company. read more

The only problem I had was that I wasn't very happy with the original placing of the jumper, and when I asked if it could be moved the younger driver stated I should have told them before they laid it down, making you feel uncomfortable and not ask him again. I just docked a star because the banner looked a little old and one of the side "steps" to climb up to the slide was a little old too.
